AMENDMENTS TO ADHOC RULES TO THE TEMPORARY POST OF PROGRAMME DEVELOPMENT AND MONITORING EVALUATION OFFICER IN THE DEPARTMENT OF SOCIAL DEFENCE IN TAMIL NADU APPROVED SCHOOLS AND VIGILANCE SERVICE.

In exercise of the powers conferred by the proviso to Article 309 of the Constitution of India, the Governor of Tamil Nadu hereby makes the following Amendments to the Rules published with the Social Welfare and Nutritious Meal Programme Department, Notification No. SRO B-26(a) /2023, dated 27th July 2023 at pages 1-2 of Part III—Section 1(b) of the Tamil Nadu Government Gazette Extraordinary, dated the 27th July, 2023.
2. (i) The amendment (1) hereby made shall be deemed to have come into force on the 30th April 2018.
(ii) The amendment (2) hereby made shall deemed to have come into force on the 2nd March 2007.
Amendments.
In the said Rules,-
(1) The expression "Programme Development and Monitoring Evaluation Officer" wherever it occurs, the expression "Deputy Director (Monitoring and Evaluation)" shall be substituted.
(2) In rule 2, in sub-rule (ii), for the word "Juvenile", wherever it occurs, the word "Children" shall be substituted.
