No. II(2)/HO/834/2023.— In exercise of the powers conferred by Section 5 of the Tamil Nadu Civil Courts Act, 1873 (Central Act III of 1873), the Governor of Tamil Nadu hereby fixes Tenkasi as the place at which the District Court of Tenkasi shall be held with effect from the date on which the District Judge, Tenkasi assumes charge of that court.

No. II(2)/HO/831/2023.— In exercise of the powers
conferred by Section 3 of the Tamil Nadu Civil Courts Act,
1873 (Central Act III of 1873), the Governor of Tamil Nadu
hereby establishes a District Court at Tenkasi.
No. II(2)/HO/835/2023.— In exercise of the powers conferred by Section 10 of the Tamil Nadu Civil Courts Act, 1873 (Central Act III of 1873) and in supersession of all previous Notifications on the subject, the Governor of Tamil Nadu hereby fixes the local limits of the jurisdiction of the District Court, Tirunelveli and District Court, Tenkasi, comprising the Revenue Taluks, as specified in the Table below, with effect on and from the date on which the District Judge, Tenkasi assumes charge of the District Court at Tenkasi:-

No. II(2)/HO/839/2023.— In exercise of the powers
conferred by sub-section (1) of Section 9 of theSep. 20 2023] TAMIL NADU GOVERNMENT GAZETTE 605 Code of Criminal Procedure, 1973 (Central Act 2 of 1974), the Governor of Tamil Nadu, hereby establishes a Court of Sessions for the Tenkasi Sessions Division with effect on and from the date on which the Sessions Judge, Tenkasi assumes charge of District Court, Tenkasi.

[G.O. Ms. No. 463, Home (Courts-III), 31st August 2023, ஆவணி 14, சோபகிருது, திருவள்ளுவர் ஆண்டு-2054.] No. II(2)/HO/840/2023.— In exercise of the powers conferred by sub-section (1) of Section 57 of the Provincial Insolvency Act, 1920 (Central Act V of 1920), the Governor of Tamil Nadu, hereby appoints the present Offical Receiver, Tirunelveli District as the Offical Receiver for Tenkasi District also, until a separate Official Receiver is appointed for Tenkasi District.
Section 17 of the Prevention of Corruption Act, 1988 (Central Act 49 of 1988) and in supersession of the Personnel and Administrative Reforms Department Notification No.II(2)/PLAR/989/2018 published at pages 1046-1047 of Part II-Section 2 of the Tamil Nadu Government Gazette,dated the 21st November 2018, the Governor of Tamil Nadu hereby authorizes the Inspectors of Police of the Directorate of Vigilance and Anti-Corruption, Chennai, to exercise the powers of investigation and arrest specified in the said proviso, but excluding the power to arrest without a warrant, any officer belonging to Groups 'A' and 'B' with the equal pay or higher pay.

Ms. No. 146, Labour Welfare And Skill Development (K1), 2nd September 2023, ஆவணி 16, சோபகிருது, No. II(2)/HO/841/2023.— In exercise of the powers conferred by sub-section (1) of Section 11 of the Code of Criminal Procedure, 1973, (Central Act 2 of 1974), the Governor of Tamil Nadu, after consultation with the High Court Madras, hereby establishes a Court of Judicial Magistrate at Tenkasi in Tenkasi District.

Ms. No. 471, Home (Prison-III), 4th September 2023, ஆவணி 18, சோபகிருது, திருவள்ளுவர் ஆண்டு-2054.] No. II(2)/LWSD/845/2023.—In exercise of the powers conferred by sub-section (5) of Section 1 of the Employees' State Insurance Act, 1948 (Central Act XXXIV of 1948), the Governor of Tamil Nadu, in consultation with the Employees' State Insurance Corporation and with the approval of the Central Government, hereby extends the provisions of the said Act to the class of establishments specified in column (1) of the Schedule below and the draft of the same having been previously published, as required under the said Section of the Act.

No. II(2)/HRM/844/2023.—Under the first proviso to No. II(2)/LWSD/846/2023.—இந்த ஆணையின் இணைப்பில் குறிப்பிட்டுள்ள பொருள் தொடர்பாக, வெஞ்சர் லைட்டிங் இந்தியா லிமிடெட் நிர்வாகத்திற்கும் சென்னை ஏற்றுமதி வளாக ஊழியர்கள் மற்றும் பொது தொழிலாளர் சங்கத்திற்குமிடையே தொழிற்தகராறு எழுந்துள்ளது என்று அரசு கருதுவதாலும்;

மற்றும் சம்பளமும் மேலும் திரு. பாஸ்கர்ராஜ் (961) மற்றும் திரு. ரமேஷ் (499) ஆகியோருக்கு ஓராண்டிற்கும், திரு. முத்துராஜ் (940), திரு. அருணாசலம் (1183), திரு. குமார் (1454), திரு. தட்சணாமூர்த்தி (1325), ஆகியோருக்கு 2 வருடமும், திரு. மதன் (1555), என்பவருக்கு 6 மாதமும் சம்பள உயர்வு நிறுத்திவைத்த நிர்வாகத்தின் உத்தரவை ரத்து செய்து அதற்குண்டான சம்பள உயர்வும் வழங்க வேண்டும் என்ற தொழிற்சங்கத்தின் கோரிக்கை நியாயம் தானா? ஆம் எனில், உரிய உத்தரவு பிறப்பிக்கவும்.
1947 ஆம் ஆண்டு தொழிற் தகராறுகள் சட்டத்தின் (மத்தியச் சட்டம் XIV/1947) 10(1) (c) பிரிவிலும், 10(1)(d) பிரிவின் வரம்பு நிபந்தனையிலும் வழங்கியுள்ள அதிகாரங்களைக் கொண்டு இத்தகராறை கீழ்காணும் எழுவினாவுடன் காஞ்சிபுரம் தொழிலாளர் நீதிமன்றத் தீர்விற்கு அனுப்பப்பட வேண்டும் என்று தமிழ்நாடு ஆளுநர் அவர்கள் இதனால் ஆணையிடுகிறார்.

மேலும், 1947 ஆம் ஆண்டு தொழிற் தகராறுகள் சட்டத்தின் 10 (2A) பிரிவின்கீழ் இந்த ஆணையைப் பெற்றுக்கொண்ட நாளிலிருந்து மூன்று மாதங்களுக்குள் தீர்ப்பு அளிக்குமாறு, காஞ்சிபுரம், தொழிலாளர் நீதிமன்றம் கேட்டுக்கொள்ளப்படுகிறது.
