The following errata is hereby issued to the notification ordered in G.O.Ms.No.7, Highways & Minor Ports (HW-2) Department, dated 13.01.2011 published on page No.42-44 of Tamil Nadu Government Gazette Extraordinary No.4, Part-II, Section-2, dated 02.02.2011 issued under Section 15(1) of Tamil Nadu Highways Act, 2001 (Tamil Nadu Act 34 of 2002) in connection with the formation of Constructing Road under Bridge in lieu of existing LC-4 near Korattur Railway Station in Korattur Village, Ambathur Taluk of Tiruvallur District, the following shall be substituted.

NOTICE UNDER SUB-SECTION (1) OF SECTION 15 OF THE TAMIL NADU HIGHWAYS ACT, 2001

The Government of Tamil Nadu having been satisfied that the lands specified in the Schedule below are to be acquired for highways purposes to wit for the Formation of Western By-Pass to Pollachi Town from Zamin Uthukuli @ Km 81/0 (SH 19) to A. Sangampalayam @ Km 26/0 (NH 83) of (via) Zamin Uthukuli, Zamin Muthur, Thalakarai, R. Ponnapuram and A. Sangampalayam in R. Ponnapuram Village, Pollachi Taluk of Coimbatore District and it having already been decided that the amount of compensation to be awarded for the lands is to be paid out of the funds controlled or managed by Chief Engineer, Highways Projects, Chennai. The following notice is issued under sub-section (1) of Section 15 of the Tamil Nadu Highways Act, 2001 (Tamil Nadu Act 34 of 2002).

Under sub–section (1) of Section 15 of the Tamil Nadu Highways Act, 2001(Tamil Nadu Act 34 of 2002), the Governor of Tamil Nadu, hereby acquires the lands specified in the schedule below measuring an extent of 7204 Sq.mtrs to the same, a little more or less needed for the purpose of Formation of Western By-Pass to Pollachi Town from Zamin Uthukuli @ Km 81/0 (SH 19) to A. Sangampalayam @ Km 26/0 (NH 83) of (via) Zamin Uthukuli, Zamin Muthur, Thalakarai, R. Ponnapuram and A. Sangampalayam in R. Ponnapuram Village, Pollachi Taluk of CoimbatoreDistrict.
The plan of the lands is kept in the Office of the Special District Revenue Officer, Land Acquisition and Management Unit, South Taluk Office Campus, Coimbatore-641 018 and may be inspected on any day during office hours.

The Government of Tamil Nadu having been satisfied that the lands specified in the Schedule below are to be acquired to the formation of Hosur Outer Ring Road in Aavalapalli Village, Hosur Taluk of Krishnagiri District and it having already been decided that the amount of compensation to be awarded for the landsare to be paid out of the funds controlled or managed by Highways Department. The following notice is issued under sub-section (1) of Section 15 of the Tamil Nadu Highways Act, 2001 (Tamil Nadu Act 34 of 2002).
NOTICE
Under sub-section (1) of Section 15 of the Tamil Nadu Highways Act, 2001 (Tamil Nadu Act 34 of 2002), the Governor of Tamil Nadu hereby acquires the lands specified in the Schedule below measuring an Extent of 46749 Sq.mtrs., to the same, a little more or less needed for formation of Hosur Outer Ring Road in Aavalapalli Village of Hosur Taluk of Krishnagiri District.
The plan of the lands are kept in the Office of the Special Tahsildar (LA & M), Krishnagiri & Dharmapuri Districts, Sub Collector Office Campus, Hosur and Special District Revenue Officer (LA), Tamil Nadu Road Sector Project-II, Salem may be inspected on any day during office hours.
