Whereas it appears to the appropriate Government has given Additional Administrative Sanction that a total of 0.12.08 hectares of land is required in Pirancheri Village in Cheranmahadevi Taluk in Tirunelveli District for public purpose namely Tamirabarani Karumeniyar Nambiyar interlinking Flood Carrier Canal Project. Environmental Impact Assessment study for the irrigation project (ie) formation of Flood Carrier canal from Kannadian Channel to Drought prone Areas of Sattankulam, Tisayanvillai by interlinking Tamirabarani Karumeniyar Nambiyar Rivers in Tirunelveli and Thoothukudi Districts in Tamil Nadu has been carried out by "WAPCOS" under the Section 3(3) of the Environmental Protection Act 1986. The land is acquired to wit for the formation of Flood Carrier Canal. As the Environment Impact Assessment study has been carried out for this irrigation project, Social Impact Assessment shall not apply according to the provision of sub-section 2 of section 6 of Right to Fair Compensation and Transparency in Land Acquisition, Rehabilitation and Resettlement Act 2013. The Requisition body entered on the project area on 03.02.2011, 24.07.2017 and canal was dug to Flood Carrier Project. No family was displaced due to the land acquisition. The Sub Collector, Cheranmahadevi is appointed as Administrator for the purpose of Rehabilitation and Resettlement. Therefore, it is notified that for the above said project in Pirancheri Village of Cheranmahadevi Taluk in Tirunelveli District, land measuring an extent of 0.12.08 hectares, the details of which are specified in the Schedule below, is under acquisition:

Schedule

This notification is made under sub-section (1) of section 11 of the Right to Fair Compensation and Transparency in Land acquisition, Rehabilitation and resettlement Act, 2013 (Central Act 30 of 2013), to all whom it may concern.

A plan of the land may be inspected in the office of the Special District Revenue Officer, Tamirabarani-Karumeniyar-Nambiyar River Linking Project, Tirunelveli and Land Acquisition Officer on any working day during the working hours.

The Government is authorized the requiring department Executive Engineer, Water Resources Department, Nambiyar Reservoir Project Division, Valliyoor and his staff to enter upon a survey land, take levels of any land, dig or bore into the sub-soil and do all other acts required for the proper execution of their work as provided and specified in section 12 of the said Act.

I Under sub-section (4) of section 11 of the said Act, no person shall make any transaction or cause any transaction of land i.e. sale / purchase, etc or create any encumbrances on such land from the date of publication of this notificatrion in the Tamil Nadu Government Gazette without prior approval of the Collector.

L திருநெல்வேலி மாவட்டத்தின் சேரன்மகாதேவி வட்டம், பிராஞ்சேரி கிராமத்தில் 0.12.08 ஹெக்டேர் நிலம் தாமிரபரணி, கருமேனியாறு, நம்பியாறு இணைப்புத்திட்டத்திற்காக வெள்ளநீர்க்கால்வாய் எனப்படும் பொது நலப்பயன்பாட்டிற்காக தேவைப்படுவதாக உரிய அரசு உத்தேசித்து கூடுதல் நிர்வாக அனுமதி வழங்கப்பட்டுள்ளது. தாமிரபரணி, கருமேனியாறு, நம்பியாறு நதிகளை இணைத்து கன்னடியன் கால்வாயிலிருந்து உபரி நீரை சாத்தான்குளம், திசையன்விளை ஆகிய வறட்சி பகுதிகளுக்கு வெள்ளநீர்க்கால்வாய் அமைக்க உபயோகப்படுத்தப்படுவதால் நீர்ப்பாசனத்திட்டத்திற்கான சுற்றுச்சூழல் மதிப்பீட்டாய்வு "WAPCOS" நிறுவனத்தால் சுற்றுச்சூழல் பாதுகாப்புச் சட்டம் 1986 பிரிவு 3(3)ன் படி சுற்றுச்சூழல்

N A D U மதிப்பீட்டாய்வு மேற்கொள்ளப்பட்டது. இந்நிலங்கள் வெள்ளநீா்க்கால்வாய் நீர்ப்பாசனத்திட்டம் அமைப்பதற்காக மட்டும் கையகம் செய்யப்படுகிறது. இத்திட்டத்திற்காக சுற்றுச்சூழல் மதிப்பீட்டாய்வு மேற்கொள்ளப்பட்டுள்ளதால் 2013-ம் ஆண்டு நிலம் கையகப்படுத்துதலில் நியாயமான சரியீடு பெறுவதற்கும் மற்றும் ஒளிவுமறைவின்மைக்கும் மறுவாழ்வு மற்றும் மறுகுடியமர்விற்கான உரிமைச்சட்டத்தின் பிரிவு6(2)-ன் படி சமூக தாக்க மதிப்பீட்டாய்வு மேற்கொள்ள வேண்டியதில்லை. இதற்கான சுற்றுச்சூழல் மதிப்பீட்டாய்வு அறிக்கை நகல் இணைக்கப்பட்டுள்ளது. பிரஸ்தாப நிலங்களில் 03.02.2011 மற்றும் 24.07.2017 ஆகிய தேதிகளில் கேட்புத்துறையினரால் முன்நுழைவு செய்யப்பட்டு கால்வாய் தோண்டப்பட்டு விட்டது.

இத்திட்டத்திற்காக நிலங்கள் கையகப்படுத்துவதன் காரணமாக குடும்பங்கள் ஏதும் நிலம் மாற்றம் செய்யப்பட வில்லை. மறுவாழ்வு மற்றும் மறுகுடியமர்வு வழங்குவதற்காக சேரன்மகாதேவி சார் ஆட்சியர் நிர்வாகியாக நியமனம் செய்யப்பட்டுள்ளார். எனவே திருநெல்வேலி மாவட்டத்தின் சேரன்மகாதேவி வட்டத்தைச் சோ்ந்த பிரான்சேரி கிராமத்தில் மேற்சொன்ன திட்டத்திற்காக 0.12.08 ஹெக்டர் பரப்பளவு கொண்ட நிலப்பகுதி கையகப்படுத்தப்பட உள்ளது என அறிவிக்கப்படுகிறது. அதன் விரிவான விபரங்கள் பின்வருகின்றன.

இந்த அறிவிக்கை, 2013 ஆம் ஆண்டு நிலம் கையகப்படுத்துவதலில் நியாயமாக சரியீடு பெறுவதற்கும் மற்றும் ஒளிவு மறைவின்மைக்கும், மறுவாழ்வு மற்றும் மறுகுடியமர்விற்கான உரிமைச்சட்டத்தின் (மத்தியச் சட்டம் 30/2013) 11(1) பிரிவின் கீழ் வழங்கப்பட்டிருக்கும் விதிமுறைகளின் கீழ் தொடர்புடைய அனைவருக்காகவும் வெளியிடப்படுகிறது.

G O V E R N M E N T மாவட்ட ஆட்சியர் மற்றும் தனி வட்டாட்சியர் ஆகியோரால் யாதொரு வேலை நாட்களிலும் வேலை நேரங்களிலும் நிலத்தின் திட்டம் குறித்து ஆய்வு செய்யப்படலாம்.

மேற்சொன்ன சட்டத்தின் 12 ஆம் பிரிவில் குறிப்பிடப்பட்டுள்ள மற்றும் வழங்கப்பட்டுள்ளவாறு நிலத்தில் நுழைதல், யாதொரு நிலங்களை அளவெடுத்தல், அடிமண்ணை தோண்டுதல் அல்லது ஆழ்துளையிடுதல் மற்றும் இது தொடர்பான அனைத்து செயல்களையும் முறையாகச் செயல்படுத்த கேட்புத்துறையான நீர்வளத் துறை, நம்பியாறு நீர்த்தேக்க திட்ட கோட்டம், வள்ளியூர், செயற்பொறியாளர் அலுவலருக்கு மற்றும் அவரது பணியாளருக்கு அதிகாரம் அளிக்கப்படுகிறது.

G A Z E T T E இச்சட்டத்தின் 11(4) ஆம் பிரிவின் கீழ், யாதொரு நபரும் நிலத்தை விற்பனை செய்தல் / வாங்குதல் போன்ற யாதொரு பரிமாற்றங்களில் ஈடுபடுதல் அல்லது மாற்றங்கள் செய்தல் அல்லது மாவட்ட ஆட்சியரின் முன் அங்கீகாரம் இன்றி இந்த அறிவிக்கை வெளியிடப்பட்ட நாளிலிருந்து யாதொரு வில்லங்கங்களையும் ஏற்படுத்த இயலாது.

கையகப்படுத்துதல் தொடர்பாக மறுப்புரை ஏதேனும், இருப்பின், இச்சட்டத்தின் 15 ஆம் பிரிவின் கீழ் தெரிவிக்கப்பட்டுள்ளவாறு இந்த அறிவிக்கை வெளியிடப்பட்ட நாளிலிருந்து 60 நாட்களுக்குள் (அறுபது நாட்களுக்குள்ளாக) பற்றுள்ளவர் அதனை, திருநெல்வேலி தாமிரபரணி-கருமேனியாறு-நம்பியாறு நதிநீர் இணைப்புத்திட்ட தனி மாவட்ட வருவாய் அலுவலரிடம் அளிக்கலாம்.

N A D U கால்வாய் அமைக்க உபயோகப்படுத்தப்படுவதால் நீர்ப்பாசன திட்டத்திற்கான சுற்றுச்சூழல் மதிப்பீட்டாய்வு "WAPCOS" நிறுவனத்தால் சுற்றுச்சூழல் பாதுகாப்பு சட்டம் 1986, பிரிவு 3(3)ன் படி சுற்றுச்சூழல் மதிப்பீட்டாய்வு மேற்கொள்ளப்பட்டுள்ளது. இந்நிலங்கள் வெள்ளநீர்க் கால்வாய் நீர்ப்பாசனத்திட்டம் அமைப்பதற்காக மட்டும் கையகம் செய்யப்படுகிறது.

இத்திட்டத்திற்காக சுற்றுச்சூழல் மதிப்பீட்டாய்வு மேற்கொள்ளப்பட்டுள்ளதால் 2013ஆம் ஆண்டு நிலம் கையகப்படுத்துதலில் நியாயமான சரியீடு பெறுவதற்கும் மற்றும் ஒளிவு மறைவின்மைக்கும் மறுவாழ்வு மற்றும் மறுகுடியமர்விற்கான உரிமைச் சட்டத்தின் பிரிவு 6(2) ன்படி சமூக தாக்க மதிப்பீட்டாய்வு மேற்கொள்ள வேண்டியதில்லை.

பிரஸ்தாப நிலங்களில் 25.02.2019 அன்று கேட்புத் துறையினால் முன்நுழைவு செய்யப்பட்டு கால்வாய் தோண்டப்பட்டுவிட்டது. இத்திட்டத்திற்காக நிலங்கள் கையகப்படுத்தப்படுவதன் காரணமாக குடும்பங்கள் ஏதும் இடமாற்றம் செய்யப்படவில்லை. மறுவாழ்வு மற்றும் மறுகுடியமார்வு வழங்குவதற்காக சேரன்மகாதேவி சார் ஆட்சியார் நிர்வாகியாக நியமனம் செய்யப்பட்டுள்ளார். எனவே திருநெல்வேலி மாவட்டத்தின் நான்குநேரி வட்டத்தைச் சேர்ந்த மூலைக்கரைப்பட்டி பகுதி-2 கிராமத்தில் மேற்சொன்ன

G O V E R N M E N T திட்டத்திற்காக 0.08.30 ஹெக்டேர் பரப்பளவு கொண்ட நிலப்பகுதி கையகப்படுத்தப்படவுள்ளது என அறிவிக்கப்படுகிறது. அதன் விரிவான விவரங்கள் பின்வருகின்றன.

N A D U திருநெல்வேலி மாவட்டத்தின் நாங்குநேரி வட்டம் சேர்ந்த பருத்திப்பாடு கிராமத்தில் 2.15.92 ஹெக்டேர் நிலம் தாமிரபரணி, கருமேனியாறு, நம்பியாறு இணைப்புத்திட்டத்திற்காக வெள்ளநீர்க்கால்வாய் எனப்படும் பொதுநலப்பயன்பாட்டிற்காகத் தேவைப்படுவதாக உரிய அரசு உத்தேசித்து கூடுதலாக நிர்வாக அனுமதி வழங்கப்பட்டுள்ளது. தாமிரபரணி, கருமேனியாறு, நம்பியாறு நதிகளை இணைத்து கன்னடியன் கால்வாயிலிருந்து உபரி நீரை சாத்தான்குளம், திசையன்விளை ஆகிய வறட்சி பகுதிகளுக்கு வெள்ளநீர்க் கால்வாய் அமைக்க உபயோகப்படுத்தப்படுவதால் நீர்ப்பாசனத் திட்டத்திற்கான சுற்றுச்சூழல் மதிப்பீட்டாய்வு "WAPCOS" நிறுவனத்தால் சுற்றுச்சூழல் பாதுகாப்புச் சட்டம் 1986, பிரிவு 3(3)ன் படி சுற்றுச்சூழல் மதிப்பீட்டாய்வு மேற்கொள்ளப்பட்டுள்ளது. இந்நிலங்கள் வெள்ளநீா்க்கால்வாய் நீர்ப்பாசனத்திட்டம் அமைப்பதற்காக மட்டும் கையகம் செய்யப்படுகிறது. இத்திட்டத்திற்காக சுற்றுச்சூழல் மதிப்பீட்டாய்வு மேற்கொள்ளப்படுவதால் 2013-ம் ஆண்டு நிலம் கையகப்படுத்துதலில் நியாயமான சரியீடு பெறுவதற்கும் மற்றும் ஒளிவுமறைவின்மைக்கும் மறுவாழ்வு மற்றும் மறுகுடியமர்விற்கான உரிமைச் சட்டத்தின் பிரிவு6(2)-ன்படி சமூக தாக்க மதிப்பீட்டாய்வு மேற்கொள்ள வேண்டியதில்லை. பிரஸ்தாப நிலங்களில் 10.11.2020 அன்று கேட்புத்துறையினால் முன்நுழைவு செய்யப்பட்டு கால்வாய் தோண்டப்பட்டுவிட்டது. இத்திட்டத்திற்காக நிலங்கள் கையகப்படுத்தப்படுவதன் காரணமாக குடும்பங்கள் ஏதும் இடமாற்றம் செய்யப்படவில்லை. மறுவாழ்வு மற்றும் மறுகுடியமர்வு வழங்குவதற்காக சேரன்மகாதேவி சார்ஆட்சியர் நிர்வாகியாக நியமனம் செய்யப்பட்டுள்ளார். எனவே திருநெல்வேலி மாவட்டத்தின் நாங்குரிே வட்டத்தைச் சோ்ந்த பருத்திப்பாடு கிராமத்தில் மேற்சொன்ன திட்டத்திற்காக 2.15.92 ஹெக்டேர் பரப்பளவு கொண்ட நிலப்பகுதி கையகப்படுத்தப்படவுள்ளது என அறிவிக்கப்படுகிறது. அதன் விரிவான விபரங்கள் பின்வருகின்றன.

மேற்சொன்ன சட்டத்தின் 12 ஆம் பிரிவில் குறிப்பிடப்பட்டுள்ள மற்றும் வழங்கப்பட்டுள்ளவாறு நிலத்தில் நுழைதல், யாதொரு நிலங்களை அளவெடுத்தல், அடிமண்ணை தோண்டுதல் அல்லது ஆழ்துளையிடுதல் மற்றும் இது தொடர்பான அனைத்து செயல்களையும் முறையாகச் செயல்படுத்த கேட்புத்துறையான செயற்பொறியாளர், நீர்வளத் துறை, சிறப்பு திட்ட கோட்டம், திருநெல்வேலி மற்றும் அவரது பணியாளருக்கு அதிகாரம் அளிக்கப்படுகிறது.

N A D U Whereas it appears to the appropriate Government has given Administrative Sanction that a total of 0.32.52 hectares of land is required in the Sengulam Village in Palayamkottai Taluk in Tirunelveli District for public purpose, namely Tamirabarani Karumeniyar Nambiyar interlinking Flood Carrier Canal Project. Environmental Impact Assessment study for the irrigation project(i.e) Formation of flood carrier canal from Kannadian channel to Drought Prone Areas of Sathankulam, Thisayanvilai by interlinking Tamirabarani, Karumeniyar, Nambiyar rivers in Tirunelveli and Tuticorin Districts in Tamil Nadu has been carried out by 'WAPCOS' under the section 3(3) of the Environmental Protection Act, 1986. The land is acquired to wit for the formation of Flood Carrier Canal. As the Environmental Impact Assessment Study has been carried out for this Irrigation Project, Social Impact Assessment shall not apply according to the provision of Sub Section 2 of Section 6 of Right to Fair Compensation and Transparency in Land Acquisition, Rehabilitation and Resettlement Act, 2013. The Requisition body entered on the 01.02.2018 for Survey No.14/1, 14/2A1A1A, 14/2A1A2, 14/2A1B canal was dug to Flood carrier Project. No family was displaced due to the land acquisition. The Sub Collector, Tirunelveli is appointed as Administrator for the purpose of Rehabilitation and Resettlement. Therefore, it is notified that for the above said project in the Sengulam Village of Palayamkottai Taluk in Tirunelveli District, land measuring an extent of 0.32.52 hectares, the details of which are specified in the Schedule below, is under acquisition:

N A D U மேற்கொள்ளப்பட்டுள்ளது இந்நிலங்கள் வெள்ளநீர்க்காலவாய் நீர்பாசனத்திட்டம் அமைப்பதற்காக மட்டும் கையகம் செய்யப்படுகிறது. இத்திட்டத்திற்காக சுற்றுச்சூழல் மதிப்பீட்டாய்வு மேற்கொள்ளப்பட்டுள்ளதால் 2013-ஆம் ஆண்டு நிலம் கையகப்படுத்துதலில் நியாயமான சரியீடு பெறுவதற்கும் மற்றும் ஒளிவு மறைவின்மைக்கும் மறுவாழ்வு மற்றும் மறுகுடியமர்விற்கான உரிமைச்சட்டத்தின் பிரிவு 6(2)-ன் கீழ் சமூக தாக்க மதிப்பீட்டாய்வு மேற்கொள்ளும் தேவை எழவில்லை. பிரஸ்தாப புல எண்;14/1,14/2A1A1A, 14/2A1A2, 14/2A1B புஞ்சை நிலங்களில் 01.02.2018 அன்று கேட்புத்துறையினரால் முன் நுழைவு செய்து வெள்ளநீர்க்கால்வாய் தோண்டப்பட்டுவிட்டது. இத்திட்டத்திற்காக 0.32.52 ஹெக்டேர் நிலம் கையகப்படுத்தப்படுவதன் காரணமாக குடும்பங்கள் ஏதும் இடமாற்றம் செய்யப்படவில்லை. மறுவாழ்வு மற்றும் மறுகுடியமர்வு வழங்குவதற்காக திருநெல்வேலி சார் ஆட்சியர் நிர்வாகியாக நியமனம் செய்யப்பட்டுள்ளார். எனவே திருநெல்வேலி மாவட்டத்தின் பாளையங்கோட்டை வட்டத்தைச் சேர்ந்த செங்குளம் கிராமத்தில் மேற்சொன்ன திட்டத்திற்காக 0.32.52 ஹெக்டேர் பரப்பளவு கொண்ட நிலப்பகுதி கையகப்படுத்தப்படவுள்ளது என அறிவிக்கப்படுகிறது. அதன் விரிவான விவரங்கள் பின்வருகின்றன.

N A D U Whereas it appears to the appropriate Government has given Additional Administrative Sanction that a total of 1.80.50 hectares of land is required in Ramakrishnapuram Village in Thisayanvilai Taluk in Tirunelveli District for public purpose namely Tamirabarani Karumeniyar Nambiyar interlinking Flood Carrier Canal Project. Environmental Impact Assessment study for the irrigation project (ie)formation of Flood Carrier canal from Kannadian Channel to Drought prone Areas of Sattankulam, Tisayanvilai by interlinking Tamirabarani Karumeniyar Nambiyar Rivers in Tirunelveli and Thoothukudi Districts in Tamil Nadu has been carried out by "WAPCOS" under the section 3(3) of the Environmental Protection Act 1986. The land is acquired to wit for the formation of Flood Carrier Canal. As the Environment Impact Assessment study has been carried out for this irrigation project, Social Impact Assessment shall not apply according to the provision of sub section 2 of section 6 of Right to Fair Compensation and Transparency in Land Acquisition, Rehabilitation and Resettlement Act 2013. The Requisition body entered on the project area on 16.07.2019, 14.10.2020 and 30.11.2020 canal was dug to Flood Carrier Project. No family was displaced due to the land acquisition. The Sub Collector, Cheranmahadevi is appointed as Administrator for the purpose of Rehabilitation and Resettlement. Therefore, it is notified that for the above said project in Ramakrishnapuram Village of Thisayanvilai Taluk in Tirunelveli District, land measuring an extent of 1.80.50 hectares, the details of which are specified in the Schedule below, is under acquisition.

N A R Y The Government is authorized the requiring department Executive Engineer, Water Resources Department, Special Project Division, Tirunelveli and his staff to enter upon a survey land, take levels of any land, dig or bore into the sub-soil and do all other acts required for the proper execution of their work as provided and specified in section 12 of the said Act.

Under sub-section (4) of Section 11 of the said Act, no person shall make any transaction or cause any transaction of land i.e. sale / purchase, etc or create any encumbrances on such land from the date of publication of this notification in the Tamil Nadu Government Gazette without prior approval of the Collector. N A D U திசையன்விளை ஆகிய வறட்சி பகுதிகளுக்கு வெள்ளநீர் கால்வாய் அமைக்க உபயோகப்படுத்தப்படுவதால் நீர்ப்பாசன திட்டத்திற்கான சுற்றுச்சூழல் மதிப்பீட்டு ஆய்வு M/S " WAPCOS" நிறுவனத்தால் சுற்றுச்சூழல் பாதுகாப்புச்சட்டம் 1986 பிரிவு 3(3)ன்படி சுற்றுச்சூழல் மதிப்பீட்டாய்வு மேற்கொள்ளப்பட்டுள்ளது. இந்நிலங்கள் வெள்ளநீர்க் கால்வாய் நீர்ப்பாசனத்திட்டம் அமைப்பதற்காக மட்டும் கையகம் செய்யப்படுகிறது. இத்திட்டத்திற்காக சுற்றுச்சூழல் மதிப்பீட்டாய்வு மேற்கொள்ளப்பட்டுள்ளதால் 2013ஆம் ஆண்டு நிலம் கையகப்படுத்துதலில் நியாயமான சரியீடு பெறுவதற்கும் மற்றும் ஒளிவு மறைவின்மைக்கும் மறுவாழ்வு மற்றும் மறுகுடியமர்விற்கான உரிமைச் சட்டத்தின் பிரிவு 6(2) ன் கீழ் சமூக தாக்க மதிப்பீட்டாய்வு மேற்கொள்ளும் தேவை எழவில்லை. பிரஸ்தாப நிலங்களில் 16.07.2019, 14.10.2020 மற்றும் 30.11.2020 அன்று கேட்புத் துறையினால் முன்நுழைவு செய்யப்பட்டு கால்வாய் தோண்டப்பட்டுள்ளது. இத்திட்டத்திற்காக நிலங்கள் கையகப்படுத்தப்படுவதன் காரணமாக குடும்பங்கள் ஏதும் இடமாற்றம் செய்யப்படவில்லை.

N A D U பாதுகாப்புச் ைட்டம் 1986 பிரிவு 3 (3)-ன்படி ்மறநகாளளப்படடுளளது. இ்நநிலஙகள நவேளள நீரக்காலவோய் நீரப்பாைன திட்டம் அசமப்பதைறகாக மடடும் சகயகம் நைய்யப்படுகிறது.

இத்திட்டத்திறகாக சுறறுச்சூழல மதிப்பீட்டாய்வு ்மறநகாளளப்படடுளளதைால, 2013-ம் ஆண்டு நிலம் சகயகப்படுத்துதைலில நியாயமான ைரியீடு நபறுவேதைறகும் மறறும் ஒளிவுமசறவின்சம, மறுவோழ்வு மறறும் மறுகுடியமரவிறகான உரிசமச் ைட்டத்தின் பிரிவு 6(2) ன்படி ைமூக தைாக்க மதிப்பீட்டாய்வு ்மறநகாளள்வேண்டியதிலசல. பிரஸதைாப நிலஙகளில ்கடபுத்துசறயினரால முன்நுசழவு நைய்யப்படடு காலவோய் ்தைாண்்டப்படடுளளது. இத்திட்டத்திறகாக நிலஙகள சகயகப்படுத்துவேதைன் காரணமாக குடும்பஙகள ஏதும் இ்டமாறறம் நைய்யப்ப்டவிலசல.

மறுவோழ்வு மறறும் மறுகுடியமரவு வேழஙகுவேதைறகாக ்ைரன்மகா்தைவி ைார ஆடசியர நிரவோகியாக நியமனம் நைய்யப்படடுளளார. என்வே திருநெல்வேலி மாவேட்டத்தின் திசையன்விசள வேட்டத்சதை ்ைர்நதை விஜயொராயணம் பகுதி-2 கிராமத்தில நமாத்தைம் 1.34.75 நெக்்்டர பரப்பளவு நகாண்்ட நிலப்பகுதி கூடுதைலாக சகயகப்படுத்தைப்ப்டவுளளது என அறிவிக்கப்படுகிறது.

உரிமைச் சட்டத்தின் (மத்திய சட்டம் 30/2013) 11(1) பிரிவின் கீழ் வழங்கப்பட்டிருக்கும் விதிமுறைகளின் கீழ் தொடர்புடைய அனைவருக்காகவும் வெளியிடப்படுகிறது.

மாவட்ட ஆட்சியர் மற்றும் நில எடுப்பு அலுவலர் ஆகியோரால் யாதொரு வேலை நாட்களிலும் வேலை நேரங்களிலும் நிலத்தின் திட்டம் குறித்து ஆய்வு செய்யப்படலாம்.

மேற்சொன்ன சட்டத்தின் 12-ஆம் பிரிவில் குறிப்பிடப்பட்டுள்ள மற்றும் வழங்கப்பட்டுள்ளவாறு, நிலத்தில் நுழைதல், யாதொரு நிலங்களை அளவெடுத்தல், அடிமண்ணை தோண்டுதல் அல்லது ஆழ்துளையிடுதல் மற்றும் இது தொடர்பான அனைத்து செயல்களையும் முறையாகச் செயல்படுத்த கேட்புத்துறையான நீர்வளத் துறை சிறப்பு திட்டக்கோட்டம் திருநெல்வேலி, செயற்பொறியாளர் அலுவலருக்கு மற்றும் அவரது பணியாளருக்கு அதிகாரம் அளிக்கப்படுகிறது.

I இச்சட்டத்தின் 11(4)-ஆம் பிரிவின் கீழ், யாதொரு நபரும் நிலத்தை விற்பனை செய்தல்/ வாங்குதல் போன்ற யாதொரு பரிமாற்றங்களில் ஈடுபடுதல் அல்லது பரிமாற்றங்கள் செய்தல் அல்லது மாவட்ட ஆட்சியரின் முன் அங்கீகாரம் இன்றி இந்த அறிவிக்கை வெளியிடப்பட்ட நாளிலிருந்து யாதொரு வில்லங்கங்களையும் ஏற்படுத்த இயலாது.

N A R Y கையகப்படுத்துதல் தொடர்பாக மறுப்புரை ஏதேனும், இருப்பின், இச்சட்டத்தின் 15-ஆம் பிரிவின் கீழ் தெரிவிக்கப்பட்டுள்ளவாறு இந்த அறிவிக்கை வெளியிடப்பட்ட நாளிலிருந்து 60 நாட்களுக்குள் (அறுபது நாட்களுக்குள்ளாக) பற்றுள்ளவர் அதனை, மாவட்ட ஆட்சியரிடம் அளிக்கலாம்.

L Whereas it appears that the appropriate Government has given Additional Administrative Sanction that a total of 0.65.50 Hectares of land is required in Vijayanarayanam Part - 3 Village in Thisaiyanvilai Taluk in Tirunelveli District for public purpose, namely, Tamirabarani - Karumeniyar - Nambiyar Interlinking Flood Carrier Canal Project. Environmental impact Assessment Study for the irrigation project (i.e) formation of flood Carrier Canal from Kannadian Channel to drought Prone areas of Sathankulam and

N A D U Thisayanvilai by interlinking Tamirabarani, Karumeniyar and Nambiyar rivers in Tirunelveli and Thoothukudi Districts in Tamil Nadu has been carried out by "WAPCOS" under the section 3 (3) of the Environmental Protection Act 1986. The land is acquired to wit for the formation of Flood Carrier Canal. As the environment impact Assessment Study has been carried out for this irrigation project, Social Impact Assessment shall not apply according to the provision of the sub section 2 of session of 6 of Right to Fair Compensation and Transparency in Land Acquisition, Rehabilitation and Resettlement Act 2013. The requisitioning body entered the project area and canal was dug for Flood Carrier Project. No family was displaced due to the land acquisition. The Sub Collector, Cheranmahadevi is appointed as Administrator for the purpose of Rehabilitation and Resettlement. Therefore, it is notified that for the above said project in the Vijayanarayanam Part - 3 Village of Thisaiyanvilai Taluk in Tirunelveli District, land measuring an extent of 0.65.50 Hectares, the details are specified in the Schedule below, is under acquisition.

This Notification is made under sub-section (1) of Section 11 of the Right to Fair Compensation and Transparency in Land Acquisition, Rehabilitation and Resettlement Act, 2013 (Central Act 30 of 2013), to all whom it may concern.

A plan of the land may be inspected in the office of the Collector and Land Acquisition Officer on any working day during the working hours.

E X T R A O R D The Government is authorized the Requisitioning Department Viz., Executive Engineer, Water Resources Department, Special Project Division, Tirunelveli and his staff

I to enter upon a survey land, take levels of any land, dig or bore into the sub-soil and do all other acts required for proper execution of their work as provided and specified in section 12 of the said Act.

N A R Y Under sub-section (4) of Section 11 of the said Act, no person shall make any transaction or cause any transaction of land (i.e) sale / purchase, etc., or create any encumbrances on such land from the date of publication of this Notification in the Tamil Nadu Government Gazette without prior approval of the Collector. Objection to the acquisition, if any, may be filed by the person interested within 60 (Sixty) days from the date of publication of this notification in the Tamil Nadu Government Gazette as provided under section 15 of the said Act before the Collector.

N A D U Nambiyar rivers in Tirunelveli and Thoothukudi districts in Tamil Nadu has been carried out by "WAPCOS" under the section 3(3) of the Enviornmental Protection Act 1986. 4 3 மேற்சொன்ன சட்டத்தின் 12-ஆம் பிரிவில் குறிப்பிடப்பட்டுள்ள மற்றும் வழங்கப்பட்டுள்ளவாறு, நிலத்தில் நுழைதல், யாதொரு நிலங்களை அளவெடுத்தல், அடிமண்ணை தோண்டுதல் 4 4 அல்லது ஆழ்துளையிடுதல் மற்றும் இது தொடர்பான அனைத்து செயல்களையும் முறையாகச் செயல்படுத்த கேட்புத்துறையான நீர்வளத்துறை நம்பியாறு நீர்த்தேக்க திட்ட கோட்டம், வள்ளியூர், செயற்பொறியாளர் அலுவலருக்கு மற்றும் அவரது பணியாளருக்கு அதிகாரம் அளிக்கப்படுகிறது.

இச்சட்டத்தின் 11(4)-ஆம் பிரிவின் கீழ், யாதொரு நபரும் நிலத்தை விற்பனை செய்தல் / வாங்குதல் போன்ற யாதொரு பரிமாற்றங்களில் ஈடுபடுதல் அல்லது பரிமாற்றங்கள் செய்தல் அல்லது மாவட்ட ஆட்சியரின் முன் அங்கீகாரம் இன்றி இந்த அறிவிக்கை வெளியிடப்பட்ட நாளிலிருந்து யாதொரு வில்லங்கங்களையும் ஏற்படுத்த இயலாது.

This notification is made under sub-section (1) of section 11 of the Right to Fair Compensation and Transparency in Land acquisition, Rehabilitation and resettlement

Act, 2013 (Central Act 30 of 2013), to all whom it may concern.

A plan of the land may be inspected in the office of the Collector and Land Acquisition Officer on any working day during the working hours.

The Government is authorized the requiring department Executive Engineer, Water Resources Department, Special Project Division, Tirunelveli and his staff to enter upon a survey land, take levels of any land, dig or bore into the sub-soil and do all other acts required for the proper execution of their work as provided and specified in section 12 of the said Act.

Under sub-section (4) of section 11 of the said Act, no person shall make any transaction or cause any transaction of land i.e. sale / purchase, etc or create any encumbrances on such land from the date of publication of this notification in the Tamil Nadu Government Gazette without prior approval of the Collector.

N A R Y கால்வாய் நீர்ப்பாசனத் திட்டம் அமைப்பதற்காக மட்டும் கையகம் செய்யப்படுகிறது. இத்திட்டத்திற்காக சுற்றுச்சூழல் மதிப்பீட்டாய்வு மேற்கொள்ளப்பட்டுள்ளதால், 2013-ஆம் ஆண்டு நிலம் கையகப்படுத்துதலில் நியாயமான சரியீடு பெறுவதற்கும் மற்றும் ஒளிவு மறைவின்மைக்கும், மறுவாழ்வு மற்றும் மறுகுடியமர்விற்கான உரிமைச் சட்டத்தின் பிரிவு 6(2)ன்படி சமூக தாக்க மதிப்பீட்டாய்வு மேற்கொள்ள வேண்டியதில்லை. பிரஸ்தாப புல எண்களில் இந்நாள் வரை முன் நுழைவு செய்துவெள்ளநீர்க்கால்வாய் தோண்டப்படவில்லை. இத்திட்டத்திற்காக 0.89.20 ஹெக்டேர் நிலம் கையகப்படுத்துவதன் காரணமாக குடும்பங்கள் ஏதும் இடமாற்றம் செய்யப்படவில்லை. மறுவாழ்வு மற்றும் மறுகுடியமர்வு வழங்குவதற்காக சேரன்மகாதேவி சார் ஆட்சியர் நிர்வாகியாக நியமனம் செய்யப்பட்டுள்ளார். எனவே திருநெல்வேலி மாவட்டத்தின் திசையன்விளை வட்டத்தைச் சேர்ந்த கஸ்தூரிரெங்கபுரம் கிராமம் 4 5 பகுதி-1 கிராமத்தில் மேற்சொன்ன திட்டத்திற்காக 0.89.20 ஹெக்டேர் பரப்பளவு கொண்ட நிலப்பகுதி கையகப்படுத்தப்படவுள்ளது. அதன் விரிவான விபரங்கள் பின்வருகின்றன.

WAPCOS" under the section 3 (3) of the Environmental Protection Act 1986. The land is acquired to wit for the formation of Flood Carrier Canal. The Government is authorized the Requisitioning Department Viz., Executive Engineer, Water Resources Department, Special Project Division, Tirunelveli and his staff to enter upon a survey land, take levels of any land, dig or bore into the sub-soil and do all other acts required for proper execution of their work as provided and specified in section 12 of the said Act.

Under sub-section (4) of section 11 of the said Act, no person shall make any transaction or cause any transaction of land (i.e) sale / purchase, etc., or create any encumbrances on such land from the date of publication of this Notification in the Tamil Nadu Government Gazette without prior approval of the Collector. Objection to the acquisition, if any, may be filed by the person interested within 60 (Sixty) days from the date of publication of this notification in the Tamil Nadu Government Gazette as provided under section 15 of the said Act before the Collector.

திருநெல்வேலி மாவட்டத்தின் திசையன்விளை வட்டத்தைச் சேர்ந்த விஜயநாராயணம் பகுதி - 1 கிராமத்தில் மொத்தம் 0.14.00 ஹெக்டேர் பூமிதான நிலம் தாமிரபரணி கருமேனியாறு நம்பியாறு இணைப்புத் திட்டத்திற்காக வெள்ளநீர்க் கால்வாய் எனப்படும் பொதுநலப் பயன்பாட்டிற்காக தேவைப்படுவதாக உரிய அரசு உத்தேசித்து கூடுதல் நிர்வாக அனுமதி வழங்கப்பட்டுள்ளது. தாமிரபரணி, கருமேனியாறு, நம்பியாறு நதிகளை இணைத்து கன்னடியன் கால்வாயிலிருந்து உபரி நீரை சாத்தான்குளம் திசையன்விளை ஆகிய வறட்சி பகுதிகளுக்கு வெள்ளநீர் கால்வாய் அமைக்க உபயோகப்படுத்தப்படுவதால் நீர்ப்பாசனத் திட்டத்திற்கான சுற்றுச்சூழல் மதிப்பீட்டாய்வு "WAPCOS" நிறுவனத்தால் சுற்றுச்சூழல் பாதுகாப்புச் சட்டம் 1986, பிரிவு 3(3)-ன் படி மேற்கொள்ளப்பட்டுள்ளது. இந்நிலங்கள் வெள்ளநீர்க் கால்வாய் நீர்ப்பாசனத்

G O V E R N M E N T திட்டம் அமைப்பதற்காக மட்டும் கையகம் செய்யப்படுகிறது. இத்திட்டத்திற்காக சுற்றுச்சூழல் மதிப்பீட்டாய்வு மேற்கொள்ளப்பட்டுள்ளதால், 2013-ஆம் ஆண்டு நிலம் கையகப்படுத்துதலில் நியாயமான சரியீடு பெறுவதற்கும் மற்றும் ஒளிவு மறைவின்மை, மறுவாழ்வு மற்றும் மறுகுடியமர்விற்கான உரிமைச் சட்டத்தின் பிரிவு 6(2)ன்படி சமூக தாக்க மதிப்பீட்டாய்வு மேற்கொள்ள வேண்டியதில்லை. பிரஸ்தாப நிலங்களில் கேட்புத்துறையினரால் முன் நுழைவு செய்யப்பட்டு கால்வாய் தோண்டப்பட்டுள்ளது.

இத்திட்டத்திற்காக நிலங்கள் கையகப்படுத்துவதன் காரணமாக குடும்பங்கள் ஏதும் இடமாற்றம் செய்யப்படவில்லை. மறுவாழ்வு மற்றும் மறுகுடியமர்வு வழங்குவதற்காக சேரன்மகாதேவி சார் ஆட்சியர் நிர்வாகியாக நியமனம் செய்யப்பட்டுள்ளார். எனவே திருநெல்வேலி மாவட்டத்தின் திசையன்விளை வட்டத்தைச் சேர்ந்த விஜயநாராயணம் பகுதி - 1 கிராமத்தில் மொத்தம் 0.14.00 ஹெக்டேர் பரப்பளவு கொண்ட நிலப்பகுதி கூடுதலாக கையகப்படுத்தப்படவுள்ளது என அறிவிக்கப்படுகிறது. அதன் விரிவான விபரங்கள் பின்வருகின்றன.

N A R Y Whereas it appears that the appropriate Government has given Administrative Sanction that a total of 0.03.00 Hectares of Boothan land is required in the Vijayanarayanam Part - 2 Village in Thisaiyanvilai Taluk in Tirunelveli District for public purpose, namely, Tamirabarani - Karumeniyar - Nambiyar Interlinking Flood Carrier Canal Project. Environmental impact Assessment Study for the irrigation project (i.e) formation of flood Carrier Canal from Kannadian Channel to drought Prone areas of Sathankulam and Thisayanvilai by interlinking Tamirabarani, Karumeniyar and Nambiyar rivers in Tirunelveli and Thoothukudi Districts in Tamil Nadu has been carried out by "WAPCOS" under the section 3 (3) of the Environmental Protection Act 1986. The land is acquired to wit for the formation of Flood Carrier Canal. As the environment impact Assessment Study has been carried out for this irrigation project, Social Impact Assessment shall not apply according to the provision of the sub-section 2 of section of 6 of Right to Fair Compensation and Transparency in Land Acquisition, Rehabilitation and Resettlement Act 2013. The requisitioning body entered the project area on and canal was dug for Flood Carrier Project. No family was displaced due to the land acquisition. The Sub Collector, Cheranmahadevi is appointed as Administrator for the purpose of Rehabilitation and Resettlement. Therefore, it is notified that for the above said project in the Vijayanarayanam Part - 2 Village of Thisaiyanvilai Taluk in Tirunelveli District, land measuring an extent of 0.03.00 Hectares, the details are specified in the Schedule below, is under acquisition.

This Notification is made under sub-section (1) of section 11 of the Right to Fair Compensation and Transparency in Land Acquisition, Rehabilitation and Resettlement Act, 2013 (Central Act 30 of 2013), to all whom it may concern.

A plan of the land may be inspected in the office of the Collector and Land Acquisition Officer on any working day during the working hours.
