No. II(2)/LWSD/877/2023.—In exercise of the powers conferred by Section 87 read with Section 91A of the Employees' State Insurance Act, 1948 (Central Act XXXIV of 1948), the Governor of Tamil Nadu hereby exempts the Dindigul Co-operative Milk Producers Union Limited, Dindigul from the operation of the said Act for the period of one year from 14.10.2023 to 13.10.2024.

(1) The above exemption is subject to the following conditions, namely:-

(a) The aforesaid union wherein the employees are employed shall maintain a Register showing the names and designations of the exempted employees.

(b) Notwithstanding the exemption, the employees shall continue to receive such benefits under the said Act to which they might have become entitled to on the basis of the contributions paid prior to the date from which exemption granted by this Notification operates.

(c) The contribution for the exempted period, if already paid shall not be refunded.

Ms. No. 138, Environment, Climate Change and Forests (FR.13), 14th September 2023, ஆவணி 28, சோபகிருது, திருவள்ளுவர் ஆண்டு-2054.] No. II(2)/ECCF/881/2023.—In exercise of the powers conferred by Section 4 of the Tamil Nadu Forest Act, 1882 (Tamil Nadu Act V of 1882), the Governor of Tamil Nadu hereby declares that it is proposed to constitute the land within the boundaries specified in the Schedule below as reserved forest and appoints the Special Tahsildar (Forest Settlement), Dindigul, ex-officio, to be the Forest Settlement Officer to exercise the powers under clause (c) of the said section in respect of that land.

30.20 meter along the common Village boundary of No. 8, Poolathur village and No.9, Pannaikadu Village (at Survey Number 1383) and reaches the Tri-junction point of No. 8, Poolathur Village and Survey Numbers 1283 and 1248 of No.9, Pannaikadu Village.

சோபகிருது, திருவள்ளுவர் ஆண்டு-2054.] No. II(2)/ECCF/882/2023.—In exercise of the powers conferred by the last paragraph of Section 4 of the Tamil Nadu Forest Act, 1882 (Tamil Nadu Act V of 1882), the Governor of Tamil Nadu hereby appoints the District Forest Officer and Wildlife Warden, Kodainal Wildlife Sanctury, Kodaikanal ex-officio to attend on behalf of the Government at the inquiry prescribed under Chapter-II of the said Act, in respect of the land of Pannaikadu Forest Block-III proposed to be constituted as reserved forest.

சோபகிருது, திருவள்ளுவர் ஆண்டு-2054.] No. II(2)/ECCF/883/2023.— In exercise of the powers conferred by the Section 14 of the Tamil Nadu Forest Act, 1882 (Tamil Nadu Act V of 1882), the Governor of Tamil Nadu hereby appoints the Personal Assistant (General) to the Collector of Dindigul District, Dindigul ex-officio to hear the appeals, if any, against the orders passed under Sections 11, 12 and 13 of the said Act, in respect of the land of Pannaikadu Forest Block-III proposed to be constituted as reserved forest.
