In exercise of the powers conferred under sub-section (1) of section 33 of Town and Country Planning Act 1971. (Act No. 35 of 1972) the Director of Town and Country Planning, in the Proceedings Roc No: 2267/2023/TCP6, dated:13.09.2023 proposes to make the following individual draft variation for conversion of School and playground use into Residential use in Ward No. BP, Block No. 36, New T.S No: 69, (S.No:657/2B of Kulavanigarpuram Village) Extent-3351 Sq.m to the Draft variation of Perumalpuram Extension Detailed Development Plan No:10 of Tirunelveli Local Planning Area comprehensive variation confirmed by the Director of Town and Country Planning's proceedings Roc.No:15623/1999/DP2, dated:11.05.2001 and the fact of this approval in Form No. 12 published in the Tamil Nadu Government Gazette No.15 part VI—Sec-1 page No. 184 & 185, dated:17.04.2002 publication No.VI(1)252/2002.
2. Any person affected or interested in this draft variation may within SIXTY DAYS from the date of publication of this notification in the Tamil Nadu Government Gazette, can represent in person or submit in writing to the Member Secretary, Tirunelveli Local Planning Authority any objections and suggestions relating there to.
3. The Variation with plan may be inspected free of cost at any time during office hours at the above said Local Planning Authority / District Town and Country Planning office.
Variation
1. Wherever the expression "MAP No. 5 DDP(V)/DTCP/SPL.CTCP No. 24/2001 occurs the expression DDP(V)/DTCP No. 07/2023 shall be added at the end and to be read with.
2. In schedule IV (Form No. 7) SI.No. 5 in 4th column instead of 0.90.58 hectare 0.57.07 hectare shall be substitued.
3. This individual draft variation made enforceable from the date of publication of the individual draft variation notification to be issued u/s.33 (2) of this Act in Tamil Nadu Government Gazette.

N A D U Whereas it appears to the appropriate Government has given Administrative Sanction for a total of 131.40 Acres of dry land is required in the Dindigul District, Oddanchatram Taluk, Kothayam and Boduvarpatti Villages, for irrigation purpose, namely excavation of New tank across Nallathangal Odai. For this Irrigation Project, Social Impact Assessment shall not apply as no family will be displaced due to the land acquisition and the irrigation project involves developing Agriculture activity and improving Farmer's life. Revenue Divisional Officer Palani is Appointed as Land Acquisition Officer. Therefore, it is notified that for the above said project in the Kothayam and Boduvarpatti Villages of Oddanchatram Taluk in Dindigul District, land measuring an extent of 1.12.46 Hectare whose details are specified below, is under acquisition.

This notification is made under Sub-section (1) of Section 11 of the Right to Fair Compensation and Transparency in Land acquisition, Rehabilitation and Resettlement Act, 2013 (Central Act 30 of 2013) to all whom it may concern.
4 2 6 A Plan of the land may be inspected in the office of the Collector, Dindigul and Office of the Land Acquisition Officer / Revenue Divisional Officer, Palani on any working day during the working hours.
The Government is pleased to authorize the requisitioning department Executive Engineer PWD (WRO) Nanganjiyar Basin Division, Palani and his staff to enter upon a survey land, take levels of any land, dig or bore into the sub-soil and do all other acts required for the proper execution of their work as provided and specified in section 12 of the said Act.
T A M Under sub-section (4) of Section 11 of the said Act, no person shall make any transaction or cause any transaction of land i.e., sale / purchase etc., or

L create any encumbrances on such land from the date of publication of this notification without prior approval of the District Collector, Dindigul.
Objections to the acquisition, if any, may be filed by the person interested within 60 (Sixty) days from the date of publication of this notification in the Tamil Nadu Government Gazette as provided under section 15 of the said Act before the Collector. Dindigul.

G A Z E T T E திண்டுக்கல் மாவட்டம், ஒட்டன்சத்திரம் வட்டம், கொத்தயம் மற்றும் போடுவார்பட்டி கிராமங்களில் நல்லதங்காள் ஓடையின் குறுக்கே புதியகுளம் அமைக்க 131.40 ஏக்கர் பட்டா நிலங்களை கையகப்படுத்த அரசால் நிர்வாக ்அனுமதி வழங்கப்பட்டுள்ளது. இவ்வினத்தில் நில எடுப்பு புலங்கள் அனைத்தும் விவசாய நிலங்களாகும். மேற்படி புதியகுளம் திட்டத்தில் கட்டுமானங்கள் ஏதும் கையகப்படுத்தப்படவில்லை, நிலம் கையகப்படுத்துதலின் காரணமாக குடும்பங்கள் ஏதும் இடமாற்றம் செய்யப்படவில்லை, மேலும் இத்திட்டத்தால் அந்த பகுதிகளில் உள்ள விவசாயிகளின் வாழ்க்கை மேம்படும் என்பதால் சமூக தாக்க மதிப்பீட்டாய்வு மேற்கொள்ளும் தேவை எழவில்லை. இத்திட்டத்திற்காக நில எடுப்பு அலுவலராக பழனி வருவாய் கோட்டாட்சியர் நியமனம் செய்யப்பட்டுள்ளார். திண்டுக்கல் மாவட்டம், ஒட்டன்சத்திரம் வட்டத்திற்குட்பட்ட கொத்தயம் மற்றும் போடுவார்பட்டி கிராமங்களில் மேற்சொன்ன திட்டத்திற்காக 1.12.46 ஹெக்டேர் பரப்பளவு கொண்ட நிலப்பகுதி கையகப்படுத்தப்படவுள்ளது என அறிவிக்கப்படுகிறது அதன் விரிவான விபரங்கள் பின்வருகின்றன.

The Government of Tamil Nadu having been satisfied that the lands specified in the schedule below are acquired under Chennai - Kanniyakumari Industrial Corridor Project for Highways purpose to wit for Strengthening and widening of SH-115, Cheyyur to Polur Road from 20/700 KM to 25/000 KM at 03.Sothupakkam (Addl-III) Village in Cheyyur Taluk, Chengalpattu District, and it having already been decided that the entire amount of compensation to be awarded for the lands to be paid out of the funds controlled and managed by the Divisional Engineer(H), Vandavasi (CKICP), Tamil Nadu after having considering the cause shown by the owner or other persons having interest on such lands as the case may be do hereby publish the following notice is issued under sub-section (1) of Section 15 of the Tamil Nadu Highways Act, 2001 (TN Act 34 of 2002).
NOTICE
Under sub-section (1) of Section 15 of the Tamil Nadu Highways Act, 2001 (Tamil Nadu Act 34 of 2002) read with the Tamil Nadu Land Acquisition Laws (Revival of Operation, Amendment and Validation) Act, 2019, the Governor of Tamil Nadu hereby notified that the Dry lands specified in the schedule below and measuring to an extent of 57 sq.mtr., are acquired in 03.Sothupakkam (Addl-III) Village in Cheyyur Taluk, Chengalpattu District, to the same, a little more or less is needed for Chennai¬Kanniyakumari Industrial Corridor Project for State Highways purpose, to wit for strengthening and widening of SH-115, Cheyyur to Polur Road from 20/700 KM to 25/000 KM.
The plan of the lands under acquisition are kept in the office of the Special District Revenue Officer (Land Acquisition), Chennai - Kanniyakumari Industrial Corridor Project, Kanchipuram and office of the Special Tahsildar (Land Acquisition), Chennai - Kanniyakumari Industrial Corridor Project, Cheyyur Unit may be inspected at any time during the office hours.

Variation to the Review Approved Karur Master Plan for the Karur Local Planning Area

In exercise of powers conferred under sub-section(4) of the Section 32 of Tamil Nadu Town and Country Planning Act, 1971 (Tamil Nadu Act 35 of 1972), Land use conversion from Agricultural use zone into Industrial use zone is ordered vide G.O. (2Pa) No. 66, Housing and Urban Development [UD4(CLU-1)] Department dated: 27.03.2023.
In exercise of powers conferred vide G.O(Ms) No. 102, Housing and Urban Development (UD4(L.Re-1)) Department dated : 18.08.2021, the following variations are made to the Master Plan of Karur Local Planning Authority which was Review approved under the said Act in G.O.Ms. No. 237, Housing and Urban Development [UD4(2)] Department dated: 01.11.2010 and in Notification No. II (2)HOU/700/2010 at page No. 815, of Part II—Section-2, of the Tamil Nadu Government Gazette dated: 24.11.2010.

1. Under the sub heading Use Zone, in the S.F. Nos. against the entry Industrial the expression 1365,1366/2,1367,1368/1 shall be inserted before 1930.
2. Under the sub heading Use Zone, in the S.F.No. against the entry Agriculture, the expression "1362 to 1374"shall be deleted and the expression"1362 to 1364, All Sub divisions of "1366, except 1366/2, All Sub divisions of "1368, except 1368/1,and 1369 to 1374 shall be substituted

In the Approved Coimbatore Master Plan, under the heading permitted land use in various survey numbers of COIMBATORE Local Planning Area, under heading in Peedampalli Village Page No.378 & 379, S.F.Nos 346/1B the following entries should be made.
Under the heading "Residential MR 37 use zone" the expression S.F.No. 346/1B shall be added after the S.F.No.246 Under the heading "Agricultural (Ag 62) use zone the expression S.F.Nos. 342 to 346 shall be deleted and the expression S.F.No. 342 to 345, 346 (Except 346/1B), shall be substituted.
