ONo. II(2)/HOU/883/2023.—In exercise of the powers
conferred by sub-section (4) of Section 10 of the
Tamil Nadu Town and Country Planning Act, 1971 No. II(2)/HO/882/2023.— In exercise of the powers conferred under sub-section (1) of section 4 of the Family Courts Act, 1984 (Central Act 66 of 1984), the Governor of Tamil Nadu with the concurrence of the High Court, Chennai hereby makes the following appointment on transfer.

Villages to the Idappadi Local Planning Area and makes the following amendment to the Rural Development and Local Administration Department Notification No.II(2)/RUL/2021/1974, published at page 209 of
Part II-Section 2 of the Tamil Nadu Government Gazette, dated the 10th April 1974, the intention to do so having
been previously published, as required under clause (b) of sub-section (1) of Section 10 of the said Act:-

திருவள்ளுவர் ஆண்டு-2054.] ONo. II(2)/HOU/884/2023.—In exercise of the powers
conferred by sub-section (4) of Section 10 of the
Tamil Nadu Town and Country Planning Act, 1971 (Tamil Nadu Act 35 of 1972), the Governor of Tamil Nadu hereby includes the following revenue villages to the Koothanallur Local Planning Area and makes the following amendment to the Housing
and Urban Development Department's Notification No.II(2)/HOU/30/2000, published at page 6 of of sub-section (1) of Section 10 of the said Act:-

ONo. II(2)/LWSD/886/2023.—WHEREAS, the Governor of Tamil Nadu is satisfied that public interest requires that the "Industry manufacturing steam generation equipments like high pressure boilers, valves and fittings, pressure vessels and package boilers" should be declared as a public utility service for the purposes of the Industrial Disputes Act, 1947 Confirmation of Addition of certain Villages in Central Act XIV of 1947);
Poompuhar Local Planning Area under the Act.
NOW, THEREFORE, in exercise of the powers [G.O. Ms. No. 132, Housing and Urban Development [UD4 (2)], 21st September 2023, புரட்டாசி 4, சோபகிருது, திருவள்ளுவர் ஆண்டு-2054.]
ONo. II(2)/HOU/885/2023.—In exercise of the powers conferred by sub-section (4) of Section 10 of the Tamil Nadu Town and Country Planning Act, 1971 (Tamil Nadu Act 35 of 1972), the Governor of Tamil Nadu hereby includes the following revenue conferred by sub-clause (vi) of clause (n) of Section 2 of the said Act, the Governor of Tamil Nadu hereby declares that the "Industry manufacturing steam generation equipments like high pressure boilers, valves and fittings, pressure vessels and package boilers" to be a public utility service for the purposes of the said Act for a period of six months with effect on and from the date of publication of this Notification in the Tamil Nadu Government Gazette.
Villages to the Poompuhar Local Planning Area and makes the following amendment to the Housing and Urban Development Department's Notification Disputes between Workmen and Managements referred to Labour Courts for Adjudication No.II(2)/HOU/3859/80, published at page 628 of Part II-Section 2 of the Tamil Nadu Government Gazette, dated the 3rd September 1980, the intention to do so having been previously published, as required under clause (b) of sub-section (1) of Section 10 of the said Act:-

மேலும், 1947-ஆம் ஆண்டு தொழிற் தகராறுகள் வழங்க நிர்வாகத்திடம் கோரிக்கை முன் வைக்கப்பட்டதாகவும்
சட்டத்தின் 10 (2A) பிரிவின்கீழ் இந்த ஆணையைப் பெற்றுக் நிர்வாகத் தரப்பில் நடைபெற்ற பேச்சுவார்த்தையில்,
கொண்ட நாளிலிருந்து மூன்று மாதங்களுக்குள் தீர்ப்பு போனஸ் சட்டம் 2016-ஐ எடுத்துக் கொள்ள முடியாது
அளிக்குமாறு, சென்னை, தொழிலாளர் நீதிமன்றம் எனவும், சென்ற ஆண்டு அளித்த சட்டப்படியான
கேட்டுக்கொள்ளப்படுகிறது.
போனஸ் தொகைக்கு குறைவாக அளிக்க முடியும் என்று
தெரிவித்ததாகவும், எனவே ஒரு மாத ஊதியத்தை போனஸ்
குமார் ஜயந்த், அரசு கூடுதல் தலைமைச் செயலாளர்.
