In exercise of power conferred under sub-section (4) of the Section 32 of Tamil Nadu Town and Country Planning Act, 1971 (Tamil Nadu Act 35 of 1972) and exercise of powers confirmed by the G.O.Ms.No. 94 Housing and Urban Development (4-1) Department dated 12.06.2009 which has been published in Tamil Nadu Government Gazette No.27, Part II—Section 2, dated 15.07.2009.

Land use zone conversion from Agricultural use zone into Residential use zone ordered in G.O.(2D)No.162 Housing and Urban Development [UD4(1)] Department dated 21.07.2023 subject to conditions the following variation are made to the approved Master Plan of Coimbatore Local Planning Area under the said Act and published in the G.O.Ms.No. 661 Housing and Urban Development [UD4(1)] dated 12.10.1994 Notification No.II(2)/HOU/4377/94 at Page No.1078 of Part II—Section 2 of the Tamil Nadu Government Gazette dated: 09.11.1994.

Variation

In the Approved Coimbatore Master Plan, under the heading permitted land use in various survey numbers of COIMBATORE Local Planning Area, under heading in Vellalore Village Vellalore D.D.No: 18 Page No.302 S.F.Nos 837/1, 837/3, 838/1, 838/2 the following entries should be made.

Under the heading "Residential use zone" the expression S.F.No. 837/1, 837/3, 838/1, 838/2 shall be added before the entry S.F.No: 858pt.

Under the heading "Agricultural use zone" the expression S.F.Nos : 837pt, 838 shall be deleted and the expression S.F.No: 837pt (Except 837/1, 837/3), 838pt (Except 838/1, 838/2) shall be substituted.

நிபந்தனைகள்

1. பவானிசாகர் நீர்வள துறை டிசயற்டிபாறியாளரின் 11.05.2023 - ஆம் நாளிட்ட கழதத்தில் டிதரிவித்துள்ள நிபந்தனைகள் தவறாது கடைபிழக்கப்பட வெண்டும்.

2. டிதற்கில் வாய்க்கால் மெற்கில் டிநாய்யல் நதி மற்றும் பஜல எண்.837/2-இல் ஓடை அமைந்துள்ளதால் நீர்நிலையை ஒட்ழ மெற்டிகாள்ளப்படும் வளர்ச்சிகளுக்கு தெவையான வHிமுறைகள் பின்பற்றப்பட வெண்டும்.

3. மனையிடத்தில் அமையஜம் A3A3 18.3 மீட்டர் அகல திட்ட சாலை பகுதியினை மனுதாரர் வளர்ச்சி பணிகள் மெற்டிகாள்ளும் பொது/ தானமாக உள்ளாட்சிக்கு ஒப்படைக்க வெண்டும்.

4. தமிH்நாடு ஒரு'்கிணைந்த வளர்ச்சி மற்றும் கட்ழட விதிகள்/ 2019-க்குட்பட்டு வளர்ச்சிப் பணிகள் மெற்டிகாள்ளப்பட வெண்டும்.

(2D) No.190, Housing and Urban Development [UD4(1)] Department dated :16.08.2023 subject to the condition the following variations are made to the Approved Master Plan of Coimbatore Local Planning Area under the said Act and published in the G.O. Ms. No. 661 Housing and Urban Development [UD4(1)] dated 12.10.1994 Notification No.II(2)/HOU/4377/94 at Page No. 1078 of Part II—Section 2 of the Tamil Nadu Government Gazette dated: 09.11.1994.

Variation

In the Approved Coimbatore Master Plan, under the heading permitted Land use in various survey numbers of Coimbatore Local Planning Area, under heading in Coimbatore Master Plan, Coimbatore Taluk, Singanallur Village No. 54, Page No.185, S.F.No.643 the following entries should be made.

Under the heading "Residential" use zone for the expression S.F. No. 643 shall be added before the entry S.F. Nos. 646part.

Under the heading "Agricultural" use zone the expression S.F. No. 643 shall be deleted.

G.O. (2D) No.190 Housing and Urban Development Department UD4 (L.Re.1), Dated: 16.08.2023 (i) இடத்தினை ஒட்டி ஓடை அமைவதால், உரிய துறையிடமிருந்து தடையின்மைச் சான்று பெறப்பட வேண்டும் மற்றும் நீர்நிலைகளை ஒட்டி மேற்கொள்ளப்படும் வளர்ச்சிகளுக்கு தேவையான வழிமுறைகள் பின்பற்றப்பட வேண்டும்.

(ii) இடத்தில் நிலையில் உள்ள கட்டுமானங்களுக்கு முறையான திட்ட அனுமதி பெறப்பட வேண்டும்.

(iii) தமிழ்நாடு ஒருங்கிணைந்த வளர்ச்சி மற்றும் கட்டட விதிகள், 2019-க்குட்பட்டு வளர்ச்சிப் பணிகள் மேற்கொள்ளப்பட வேண்டும்.
