Donation of Bhoodan - Erode District - Bhavani Taluk - Appakudal Village

The notification under Section 17 of the Tamil Nadu Bhoodan Yagna Act 1958 in respect of lands shown in the Annexure donated for Bhoodan in Appakudal Village of Bhavani Taluk, Erode District has been published at Page 206 of Tamil Nadu Government Gazette No.19 (Part VI-Section 1), dated 10.05.2023 and in Page 61 to 62 of the Erode District Gazette No.6, dated 28.06.2023. It has been published in the Village Administrative Office, Village Panchayat Chavadi, Bhavani Revenue Inspector Office and in the Notice Board of the Taluk Office.

No objection has been received so far from any interested persons. Enquiry also reveals that the donor has got right to alienate the lands donated which are free from encumbrance. I therefore, confirm the declaration under Section 17 of The Tamil Nadu Bhoodan Yagna Act 1958 and Order that the Lands Vest with the Tamil Nadu Bhaoodan Yagna Board.

No.243/2023.—In exercise of the powers conferred under Section 13 of the Criminal Procedure Code 1973 (Central Act 2 of 1974), the High Court hereby appoints the following (i) 4 Deputy Tahsildars in Theni District and (ii) 8 Deputy Tahsildars in Karur District as Special Judicial Magistrates, to undergo Magisterial Training for a period of 120 days, from the date of assumption of charge and confers upon them the ordinary powers conferable under this Code on a Judicial Magistrate to try such cases which were earlier triable and dealt with by an erstwhile Judicial Second Class Magistrate.

In exercise of the powers delegated by the Government of Tamil Nadu in G.O.Ms.No. 419, Housing and Urban Development Department dated 1st June 1984 Under Section 91 (1) of the Tamil Nadu Town and Country Planning Act,534 TAMIL NADU GOVERNMENT GAZETTE [Part VI—Sec. 1 1971 the Member-Secretary, Chennai Metropolitan Development Authority hereby makes the following variation under sub-section (3) of section 33 of the Tamil Nadu Town and Country Planning Act, 1971 (Tamil Nadu Act 35 of 1972) to the Vivekanandapuram Area D.D.P. approved in G.O.Ms. No.1672 Housing and Urban Development Department dated:07.12.1978 and published as Notification in Part II—Section 2 of the Tamil Nadu Government Gazette.

Variation

In the said D.D.P. in Clause 2, 3(x) and 12(d) after expression 'Map No.3 & 4 / D.D.P-S / M.M.D.A. No.1/78' the expression and "Map P.P.D. / D.D.P (V) No. 121/2023" shall be added.

In Column No. (2) under the heading "PRIMARY RESIDENTAL" in Column I No. (1), "Sl.No. 17", in Column No.2, "1706/6" shall be deleted and in Column No. (4), 3 an extent of "0.11.305 Hectare" shall be deducted from the total extent.

Variation

In the said Review Approved Karur Master Plan, in the land use schedule, under the heading in Agricultural use Andankovil East Village at Page No. 94, with regard S.F.Nos. 69/B2, 69/B3A & 69/B3B, the following entries should be made;

1. Under the sub heading Use Zone, in the S.F. No. against the entry Residential – MR, the expression S.F.Nos. 69/B2, 69/B3A & 69/B3B, shall be inserted before the expression 80.

2. Under the sub heading Use Zone, in the S.F.No. against the entry Agriculture, the expression "67 to 70" shall be deleted and substituted as "67, 68, 70", All sub divisions of 69 except S.F.Nos. 69/B2, 69/B3A & 69/B3B " Shall be substituted.

1) In exercise of powers conferred under sub-section(4) of the Section 32 of Tamil Nadu Town and Country Planning Act, 1971 (Tamil Nadu Act 35 of 1972), Land use conversion from Agricultural use zone into Residential Use Zone is ordered vide G.O. (2Pa) No. 172, Housing and Urban Development [UD4(CLU-1)] Department dated 25.07.2023.

2) In exercise of powers conferred vide G.O(MS) No : 102, Housing and Urban Development [UD4(L.Re-1)] Department dated : 18.08.2021, the following variations are made to the Master Plan of Karur Local Planning Authority which was Review approved under the said Act in G.O.Ms. No 237, Housing and Urban Development [UD4(2)] Department dated 01.11.2010 and in Notification No. II(2)/HOU/700/2010 at page No. 815, of Part II—Section 2, of the Tamil Nadu Government Gazette dated 24.11.2010.

2. Under the sub heading Use Zone, in the S.F.No. against the entry Agriculture, the expression "56 to 62" shall be deleted and substituted as "56, 57, 58, 59,60,62 ", All sub divisions of 61 except S.F.Nos. 61/3B1, 61/3B2, 61/4A1 & 61/4A2" Shall be substituted.

1. Under the sub heading Use Zone, in the S.F. No. against the entry Industrial, the expression S.F.Nos. 140/6B & 140/8C, shall be inserted before the expression 159.

2. Under the sub heading Use Zone, in the S.F.No. against the entry Agriculture, the expression "134 to 142" shall be deleted and substituted as "134 to 139", All sub divisions of 140 except S.F.Nos. "140/6B & 140/8C, 141, 142 " Shall be substituted.
