Ms. No. 145, Environment, Climate Change and Forests (FR.13), 13th October 2023, புரட்டாசி 26, சோபகிருது, திருவள்ளுவர் ஆண்டு-2054.] No. II(2)/ECCF/898/2023.—In exercise of the powers conferred by Section 4 of the Tamil Nadu Forest Act, 1882 (Tamil Nadu Act V of 1882), the Governor of Tamil Nadu hereby declares that it is proposed to constitute the land within the boundaries specified in the schedule below as reserved forest and appoints the Tahsildar (Forest Settlement) Thiruvallur, ex-officio, to be the Forest Settlement Officer to exercise the powers under clause (c) of the said section in respect of that land.

South.- Thence, the boundary runs generally towards west along the northern side of Survey Number 35/4, eastern and northern side of Survey Number 146 and northern side of Survey Numbers 134, 133 and 43 of No.22, Sethuragunathapattanam Village and reaches the trijunction point of Survey Numbers 43, 269 and 35/1 of No.22 Sethuragunathapattanam Village.

RIGHTS OF WAYS (ROADS) / EASEMENT RIGHTS

The following easement rights are admitted in the block subject to the conditions that prior written permission of the District Forest Officer has to be obtained for any maintenance, conducting Festivals etc.,

Right No.1: Road-1

The road starts from Survey Number 267 of No.22, Sethuragunathapattanam Village and it runs through the Forest block towards northeast, and exists in the north boundary of the forest block at Survey Number 107/1 of No.21, Amaravathi Village. The total length of the road640 TAMIL NADU GOVERNMENT GAZETTE [Part II—Sec. 2 allowed is 3090.80 meters to a width of 20 meters. The magnetic bearing and distance between the station wise are as below.

Orani from Right No.2 of (i.e., Road No.2) to a length of 12 metres and a width of 12 metres is allowed.

Right No.5: Kattamman Koil, Orani and pathways etc.,

The Kattamman Kovil is situated on the southern side of Right No.2 of (i.e., road No.2) to an area of 1.21 ha as detailed below is allowed as Rights to the public for worship and for conducting festivals etc., with prior permission of the District Forest Officer.

Right No.2: Road-2

The road starts from Survey Number 178 of No.41, Kallupatti Village and it runs generally towards north-west, through this forest block and exists at Survey Number 34 of No.22, Sethuragunathapattanam Village. The total length of the road allowed is 2348.80 meters to a width of 20 meters. The magnetic bearing and distance between the station wise are as below.

Right No.6: Sankili Karuppar Koil, Orani and approach

The Sankili Karuppar Kovil and Oorani is situated in this block nearer to south western boundary of this block for an area of 4724 Sq.m. A cart track is allowed to a length 312 metres and a width of 12 metres to approach the koil and orani from Right No.2 (road No.2). The Magnetic Bearing and distance between the station of the cartrack is as below.

Right No.7: Karuppar koil and approach pathway

Right No.3: Road-3

The Karuppar Kovil is situated in this block on the southern side of road No.2 for an area of 400 Sq.mt for the temple and a approach path from Right No.2 (Road No.2) to a length of 23 m and a width of 12 m is allowed.

Right No.8: Sivan koil and approach path

This metal road is starts from the Survey Number 126 of No.21, Amaravathi Village and runs towards south side through this forest block and exists on southern boundary of the forest block at Survey Number 143 of No.21, Amaravathi Village. The allowed length of the road is 640.60 meters to a width of 15 meters. The magnetic bearing and distance between the station wise are as below:-

The sivan koil situated on the southern side of Right No.2 (road No.2) for an extent of 100 Sq.mt (10x10 metres) with addition a pathway from road No.2 to a length of 50 m and to a width of 10 m is allowed.

Right No.9: Maviliamman Koil and pathway

The Maviliamman Koil situated on the north east corner in this forest block on the boundary for an area of 1600 Sq.mt (40x40m). In addition an approach pathway from Right No.3 (Road No.3) to a length of 140.80 m with a width of 10 m is allowed.

Right No.10: Surplus Weir (Kalingu)

Right No.4: Alagan Chetti Orani and approach pathway

The Oorani called Alagan Chetti situated on the northern side of the right No.2 (Road No.2) to a size of 40 x 40 m i.e 1600 m² and a foot path to approach the The Existing 3 surplus weirs within the forest block is allowed as right to use by the public and for any maintenance the concerned authority has to get prior written permission from the concerned District Forest Officer.

Kethaiyurumbu Forest Block in Oddanchatram Taluk

in Dindigul District.

Chapter-II of the said Act, in respect of the land of Kethaiyurumbu Forest Block proposed to be constituted as reserved forests.

C23660) வருடாந்திர ஊதிய உயர்வை இரண்டு வருடங்களுக்கு பின் தொடர்ச்சியுடன் தள்ளி வைத்து நிர்வாகம் பிறப்பித்த 27.07.2016 நாளிட்ட உத்தரவை ரத்து செய்திடவும் ஏற்கெனவே தற்காலிக வேலை நீக்கம் செய்யப்பட்ட 04.10.2014 முதல் 02.11.2014 வரையுள்ள 30 நாட்களை பணி நாளாக கருதி ஊதியம் வழங்கிட வேண்டுமென்ற தொழிற்சங்கத்தின் கோரிக்கை நியாயமானது தானா? ஆம் எனில் உரிய உத்தரவுகள் பிறப்பிக்கவும்.

V. கணேசன், ஓட்டுநருக்கு (ப.எண். 017307) நிர்வாகம் வழங்கிய 16.09.2020 நாளிட்ட உத்தரவில், தற்காலிக வேலை நீக்கத்திலிருந்த 27.02.2020 மற்றும் 28.02.2020 ஆகிய இரண்டு நாட்களை அவரது விடுப்பு கணக்கில் நிலுவையிலுள்ள விடுப்பு நாட்களை பொறுத்து விடுப்பாக குறியீடு செய்யப்பட்ட இரண்டு நாட்களை திரும்ப வழங்க வேண்டும் என்றும் மேலும் மேற்படி உத்தரவின் அடிப்படையில் மனுதாரரது சம்பளத்தில் பிடித்தம் செய்த ரூ.500/-ஐ வட்டியுடன் திரும்ப வழங்க வேண்டும் என்ற தொழிற்சங்கத்தின் கோரிக்கை நியாயமானது தானா?

Kodaikanal Taluk in Dindigul District as Reserved

Forest under the Act.

சோபகிருது, திருவள்ளுவர் ஆண்டு-2054.] No. II(2)/ECCF/942/2023.— In exercise of the powers conferred by Section 4 of the Tamil Nadu Forest Act, 1882 (Tamil Nadu Act V of 1882), the Governor of Tamil Nadu hereby declares that it is proposed to constitute the land within the boundaries specified in the Schedule below as reserved forest and appoints the Special Tahsildar (Forest Settlement), Dindigul, ex-officio, to be the Forest Settlement Officer to exercise the powers under clause (c) of the said Section in respect of that land.

West.- Thence, the boundary generally runs towards northeast, northwest and north along the northeastern boundary of Survey Numbers 1480 and 1479 and eastern boundary of Survey Numbers 1464, 1460, 1463, 1462 and 1461 of No.9, Pannaikadu Village and reaches the starting point.

Enclosure.- The area of 3.74 Hectare of Survey Numbers 1492 and 1493 are situated within the forest block as enclosure and it is free from the Notification.

North.- The boundary starts from the tri-junction point of Survey Numbers 1461, 1494 and 1491 of No.9, Pannaikadu Village and generally runs towards east, southeast along the southern and southwestern boundary of Survey Number 1494 of No.9, Pannaikadu Village and thence runs towards south along the western boundary of Survey Number 1495 of No.9, Pannaikadu Village and thence run towards southeast, northeast along the southern boundary of Survey Numbers 1496 and 1497 of No.9, Pannaikadu Village and reaches the tri-junction point of Survey Numbers 1497 and 1491 of No.9, Pannaikadu Village and No.8 Poolathur Village.

சோபகிருது, திருவள்ளுவர் ஆண்டு-2054.] No. II(2)/ECCF/944/2023.—In exercise of the powers conferred by section 14 of the Tamil Nadu Forest Act, 1882 (Tamil Nadu Act V of 1882), the Governor of Tamil Nadu hereby appoints the Personal Assistant (General) to the Collector of Dindigul District, Dindigul, as ex-officio to hear the appeals, if any, against the orders passed under sections 11, 12 and 13 of the said Act, in respect of the land of Pannaikadu Forest Block-IV, proposed to be constituted as reserved forest.

East.- Thence, the boundary generally runs towards southeast along the common Village boundary of No.9, Pannaikadu Village (at Survey Number 1491) and No.8 Poolathur Village and thence runs towards southwest and southeast along the western boundary of Survey Number 1498 of No.9, Pannaikadu Village and then runs towards southwest along the common Village boundary of No.9, Pannaikadu Village (at Survey Number 1491) and No.8 Poolathur Village and reaches the tri-junction of Survey Numbers 1486 and 1491 of No.9, Pannaikadu Village and No.8 Poolathur Village.

South.- Thence, the boundary generally runs towards southwest along the northwestern boundary of Survey Numbers 1486 and1485 of No.9, Pannaikadu Village and சோபகிருது, திருவள்ளுவர் ஆண்டு-2054.] No. II(2)/ECCF/945/2023.— In exercise of the powers conferred by Section 4 of the Tamil Nadu Forest Act, 1882 (Tamil Nadu Act V of 1882), the Governor of Tamil Nadu hereby declares that it is proposed to constitute the land within the boundaries specified in the Schedule below as reserved forest and appoints the Special Tahsildar (Forest Settlement), Krishnagiri ex-officio, to be the Forest Settlement Officer to exercise the powers under clause (c) of the said section in respect of that land.

Bit-I (Survey Number 47/1)

North.- The boundary starts from the trijunction point of Survey Numbers 37 and 47/1 of No.132, Vedakattumaduvu Village and No.131, Tambal Village and the boundary generally runs towards east along the southern boundary of Survey Number 37 of No.132, Vedakattumaduvu Village and meets the trijunction point of Survey Numbers 37,47/2 and 47/1 of No.132, Vedakattumaduvu Village.

East.- Thence, the boundary generally runs towards south along the western boundaries of Survey Numbers 47/2, 46, 48, 49 and 47/3 of No.132, Vedakattumaduvu Village and turns towards east along the western and southern boundary of Survey Number 47/3 of No.132,Vedakattumaduvu Village and meets the trijunction point of Survey Number 47/3, 57 and 47/1 of No.132, Vedakattumaduvu Village.

South.- Thence, the boundary generally runs towards southwest along the northeastern boundary of Survey Number 57 of No.132, Vedakattumaduvu Village and meets the tri-junction Village point of No.132, Vedakattamaduvu Village Survey Numbers 47/1 and 57, No.139, Kattavadichampatty and No.131, Tambal Village.

South.- Thence, the boundary generally runs towards west and southwest along the northern boundary of Survey Numbers 65, 57/3 and 57/27 of No.132, Vedakattumaduvu Village and thence runs towards North along the eastern boundary of Survey Number 57/27 of No.132,Vedakattumaduvu Village. Thence the boundary runs towards west along the northern boundary of Survey Numbers 57/27, 57/26, 57/25, 57/24, 57/23, 57/22, 57/21 and 58 of No.132, Vedakattumaduvu Village and reaches the trijunction point of Survey Numbers 57/2 and 58 of No.132, Vedakattumaduvu Village and No.139, Kattavadichampatty Village.

West.- Thence, the boundary runs towards northwest along the common Village boundary of No.139, Kattavadichampatty Village and No.132, Vedakattumaduvu Village (at Survey Number 57/2) reaches the starting point.

Bit-III (Survey Number 71/3)

West.-Thence, the boundary generally runs towards north along the eastern boundary of No.131, Tambal Village and reaches the starting point.

Bit-II (Survey Number 57/2)

North.-The boundary starts from the tri-junction Village point of No.132, Vedakattumaduvu Village (at Survey Numbers 47 and 57/2), No.139, Kattavadichampatty and No.131, Tambal Village and the boundary generally runs towards northeast along the southeast boundary of Survey Number 47 of No.132, Vedakattumaduvu Village and runs towards south along the western boundary of Survey Number 57/4 of No.132, Vedakattumaduvu Village. Thence, the boundary generally runs towards east and North East along the southern boundary of Survey Numbers 57/4 and 57/1 of No.132, Vedakattumaduvu Village. Thence, the boundary turns towards south along the western boundary of Survey Number 57/1 of No.132, Vedakattumaduvu Village and thence runs towards east North and East.- The boundary starts from the trijunction point of Survey Numbers 65, 71/1 and 71/3 of No.132. Vedakattumaduvu Village and the boundary generally runs towards east and northeast along the southern and eastern boundary of Survey Number 71/1 of No.132, Vedakattumaduvu Village. Thence, the boundary runs towards east and southeast along the southern boundary of Survey Numbers 71/4, 72 and western and southern boundary of Survey Numbers 71/5 and 71/6 of No.132, Vedakattumaduvu Village and reaches the tri-junction point of Survey Numbers 71/6, 71/3 of No.132, Vedakattumaduvu Village and No.236, Melsengambadi Village.

South.- Thence, the boundary generally runs towards west, northwest and southwest along the common Village660 TAMIL NADU GOVERNMENT GAZETTE [Part II—Sec. 2 as ex-Officio to attend on behalf of the Government of the inquiry prescribed under Chapter-II of the said Act, in respect of the land of Vedakattamaduvu Bit I, II; III Forest Block proposed to be constituted as reserved forest boundary of No.136, Melsengambadi Village and No.132, Vedakattumaduvu Village (at Survey Number 71/3). Thence, it runs towards west along the northern boundary of Survey Number 70 of No.132, Vedakattumaduvu Village and meets the trijunction point of Survey Numbers 70,7112 and 71/3 of No.132, Vedakattumaduvu Village.
