Nos.398/1b, 398/2b. 399/2 & 400/3B the following entries should be made.

Under the heading "Industrial land use zone the expression S.F.No. 398/1b, 398/2b. 399/2 & 400/3B shall be added after the entry S.F.No 284.

Under the heading "Agricultural use" zone the expression S.F.Nos. 398 to 407 shall be deleted and S.F.No. 398pt, [Except 398/1B, 398/2B) 399pt, [Except 399/2 & 400pt (Except 400/3B] and 401 to 407 shall be substituted.

Land use zone conversion from Agriculture use zone into Industrial use zone ordered in G.O.(2D) No.259, Housing and Urban Development [UD4(1)] Department dated 16.10.2023 subject to conditions the following variation are made to the approved Master Plan of Coimbatore Local Planning Area under the said act and published in the G.O.Ms.No. 661 Housing and Urban Development [UD4(1)] dated 12.10.1994 notification No II(2)/HOU/4377/94 at Page No. 1078 of Part II—Section 2 of the Tamil Nadu Government Gazette dated 09.11.1994

Variation

In the Approved Coimbatore Master Plan, under the heading permitted land use in various survey numbers of COIMBATORE Local Planning Area, under heading in Coimbatore Master Plan, Sulur Taluk, Nilambur Village Page Nos. 360 & 361 the S.F.No.121/1B, 121/2A3,121/2B3, 121/2C, 121/3B the following entries should be made.

Under the heading "Industrial (I-30) use zone" S.F.Nos.121/1B, 121/2A3,121/2B3, 121/2C, 121/3B shall be added before the SF.No. 122.

Under the heading "Agricultural Dry (AG 48) use zone" the expression 121 shall be deleted and the expression S.F.Nos. 121 [Except 121/1B, 121/2A3,121/2B3, 121/2C, 121/3B shall be substituted.

In exercise of powers conferred under sub section (4) of Section 32 of the Tamil Nadu Town and Country Planning Act, 1971 (Tamil Nadu Act 35 of 1972) and in exercise of powers conferred by the G.O.Ms.No. 94, Housing and Urban Development (U.D 4(1) Department dated 12.06.2009 Page No. 228, Dated 15.07.2009 the following variations are made to the Modified Master Plan for the Dindigul Local Planning Area approved under the said Act and published in the Housing and Urban Development Department, Notification No II(2)/HOU/611/200 at Page No. 308 of Part II—Section 2 of the Tamil Nadu Government Gazette dated the 15th August 2001.

Variations

In the Said Modified Master Plan in the "Land Use Schedule'' in 6. (V.No. 66) Balakrishnapuram Village under the heading Agricultural use zone and Residential use zone the following entries should be made.

1. Under the heading "Mixed Residential Use".-the Expression S.F.No. 725/2 shall be added next to the entry 702 to 707.

2. Under Agriculture Use:-the expression S.F.No. 719 to 727 shall be deleted and the Expression S.F.No. 719 to 727 (except 725/2) shall be substituted.

In exercise of powers conferred by sub-section (4) of section 32 of the Tamil Nadu Town and country Planning Act, 1971 (Tamil Nadu Act 35 of 1972) the Governor of Tamil Nadu here by makes the following variations to the Master Plan of the Vellore Local Planning Area Review Approved under the said Act and Published in the Housing and Urban Development Department Notification No.II(2)/HOU/(g-1)2011 and published in Part II Section 2 of the Tamil Nadu Government Gazette Extraordinary dated the 25.02.2011, namely.
