Notice under Section 3(1) of Tamil Nadu Acquisition of Land for Industrial purposes Act, 1997.

The Government of Tamil Nadu having been satisﬁed that the land/lands speciﬁed in the Schedule below to be acquired for industrial purposes, to wit to for formation of Doubling Broad Gauge Railway Line between Chengalpattu and Villupuram and it having already been decided that the entire amount of compensation to be awarded for the land/ lands is to be paid out of the lands managed by the Deputy Chief Engineer Construction, Tambaram, Southern Railway. The following notice is issued under sub-section (1) of Section 3 of the Tamil Nadu Acquisition of Land for Industrial Purposes Act, 1997 (Tamil Nadu Act 10 of 1999).

NOTICE

Under sub-section (1) of Section 3 of the Tamil Nadu Acquisition of Land for Industrial Purposes Act, 1997 (Tamil Nadu Act 10 of 1999), the Governor of Tamil Nadu hereby acquires the land/lands speciﬁed in the Schedule below and 0.68.14 Hectares lands in S.No.2/9, Madurantakam Town in Madurantakam Taluk, Chengalpattu District, to the same, a little more or less needed for industrial purposes, to wit, for the Formation of New Broad Gauge Railway Line between Chengalpattu and Villupuram.

The plans of the lands are kept in the ofﬁce of the District Collector ofﬁce Chengalpattu and ofﬁce of the Spl. Tahsildar (LA) i/c Broad Gauge Scheme, Madurantakam may be inspected at any time during the ofﬁce hours.

The Government of Tamil Nadu having been satisﬁed that the lands speciﬁed in the Schedule below to be acquired for Highways purpose to wit Widening and Improvements from Intermediate Lane to Multi Lane and Re-alignment of Curves of Pappakoil – Karunkanni Road – Chetticherry – Orathur Road and Medical College Road at km(0/0-3/130) in Orathur Village of Nagapattinam District and Taluk it having already been decided that the amount of compensation to be awarded for the lands is to be paid out of the funds controlled or managed by Divisional Engineer (Construction & Maintenance), Nagapattinam. The following notice is issued under sub-section (1) of Sction 15 of the Tamil Nadu Highways Act, 2001 (Tamil Nadu Act 34 of 2002).

NOTICE

Under sub-section (1) of Section 15 of the Tamil Nadu Highways Act, 2001 (Tamil Nadu Act 34 of 2002), the Governor of Tamil Nadu hereby acquires the lands speciﬁed in the Schedule below measuring an Extent of 13088 Sq.mtrs., to the same, a little more or less needed for the purpose of formation to wit Widening and Improvements from Intermediate Lane to Multi Lane and Realignment of Curves of Pappakoil – Karunkanni Road – Chetticherry – Orathur Road and Medical College Road at km(0/0-3/130).
