NOTIFICATIONS UNDER THE TAMIL NADU TRANSPARENCY IN TENDERS ACT.

AMENDMENT TO NOTIFICATION

In exercise of the powers conferred by clause (bb) of section 16 of the Tamil Nadu Transparency in Tenders Act, 1998 (Tamil Nadu Act 43 of 1998), the Governor of Tamil Nadu hereby notifies the selection of M/s. Confederation of Indian Industry (CII) as Industry Event Partner for organizing Global Investors Meet 2024 at a cost of Rs.40 crores.

In exercise of the powers conferred by clause (bb) of section 16 of the Tamil Nadu Transparency in Tenders Act, 1998 (Tamil Nadu Act 43 of 1998), the Governor of Tamil Nadu hereby declares awarding the work of Infrastructure testing, Performance testing, Load & stress testing and preparation of revised SLA report related to Kalanjiyam (IFHRMS 2.0) to the Indian Institute of Technology, Madras.

Under sub-section (3) of section 3 of the Tamil Nadu Transparency in Tenders Act, 1998 (Tamil Nadu Act 43 of 1998), the Governor of Tamil Nadu hereby makes the following amendment to the Finance Department Notification No.II(2)/FIN/850(a)/2019 published at page 1 and 2 of Part II - Section 2 of the Tamil Nadu Government Gazette Extraordinary, dated the 30th October 2019. II-2 Ex. (406) [ 1 ] 2 TAMIL NADU GOVERNMENT GAZETTE EXTRAORDINARY

Amendment.

In the said Notification, the followings services shall be omitted, namely:-

"(vi) Skilled Information Technology manpower deployment.

(viii) Help desk for information technology services".

Under clause (f) of section 16 of the Tamil Nadu Transparency in Tenders Act, 1998 (Tamil Nadu Act 43 of 1998), the Governor of Tamil Nadu hereby notifies the purchase of fodder varieties by the Tamil Nadu Co-operative Milk Producers' Federation Limited from the Tamil Nadu Agricultural University.
