the Tamil Nadu Tribes Advisory Council Rules 1961, the Governor of Tamil Nadu hereby appoints the following persons to be the Members of the Tamil Nadu Tribes Advisory Council:-

Members of the Tamil Nadu Legislative Assembly

(Scheduled Tribes)

Non official Members (Non-Tribal)

Non official Members Belonging to Scheduled Tribes

3. The Council shall be a first class Committee with reference to Rule 12 of the Tamil Nadu Tribes Advisory

Council Rules, The Director of Tribal Welfare shall be the Countersigning authority for purposes of payment of travelling and other allowances to the non-official members and other special invitees who may attend the meetings of the Council. In the case of the Members of the

Tamil Nadu Legislative Assembly, the instructions in the Tamil Nadu Legislative Assembly Travelling Allowance Rules 1955 contained in the Tamil Nadu Payment of Salaries Act, 1951 and the Rules framed thereunder, in regard to their travelling and other allowances will be followed.

[G.O.Ms. No. 173, Environment, Climate Change and Forests (FR.13), 30th November 2023, கார்த்திகை 14, சோபகிருது, திருவள்ளுவர் ஆண்டு-2054.] No. II(2)/ECCF/1072/2023.—In exercise of the powers conferred by Section 4 of the Tamil Nadu Forest Act, 1882 (Tamil Nadu Act V of 1882), the Governor of Tamil Nadu hereby declares that it is proposed to constitute the land within the boundaries specified in the schedule below as reserved forest and appoints the Special Tahsildar (Forest Settlement), Dindigul, ex-officio, to be the Forest Settlement Officer to exercise the powers under clause (c) of the said section in respect of that land.

[G.O.Ms. No. 173, Environment, Climate Change and Forests (FR.13), 30th November 2023, கார்த்திகை 14, சோபகிருது, திருவள்ளுவர் ஆண்டு-2054.] No. II(2)/ECCF/1074/2023.—In exercise of the powers conferred by the Section 14 of the Tamil Nadu Forest Act, 1882 (Tamil Nadu Act V of 1882), the Governor of Tamil Nadu hereby appoints the Personal Assistant (General) to the Collector of Dindigul District, Dindigul, ex-Officio, to hear appeals, if any, against the orders passed under sections 11, 12 and 13 of the said Act, in respect of the land of R. Kombai Forest Block-II proposed to be constituted as reserved forest.

The Competent Authority and District Revenue Officer, Virudhunagar District is requested to pursue further action in accordance with the procedure laid down in sub-sections (3) and (4) of Section 4 of the said Act and also the formalities prescribed in the Tamil Nadu Protection of Interests of Depositors (in Financial Establishments) Rules, 1997.

தேசிய மற்றும் பண்டிகை விடுமுறை நாட்களில் பணிபுரியும் பட்சத்தில் மிகைப்பணிக்கு மொத்த ஊதியத்தை கணக்கிலெடுக்க வேண்டும். பண்டிகை விடுமுறையில் பணிபுரியும் தொழிலாளர்களுக்கு மிகைப் பணி ஊதியத்துடன் கூடுதலாக ரூபாய். 2000/- சேர்த்து அளிக்க வேண்டும் என்ற தொழிற்சங்கத்தின் கோரிக்கை நியாயம்தானா? ஆம் எனில் உரிய உத்தரவு பிறப்பிக்கவும்.
