Whereas, it appears to the Government that a total of 15.02.48 Hectares of land is required in Kavinadu West Village in Pudukkottai Taluk in Pudukkottai District for a public purpose, namely in Cauvery - Vaigai - Gundar Link Canal Scheme, Pudukkottai. Now, therefore, a declaration is made hereby that a piece of land measuring 15.02.48 Hectares is under acquisition for the above said project in the Kavinadu West Village in Pudukkottai Taluk in Pudukkottai District whose detailed description is as follows:

Mines of coal, iron-stone, slate or other minerals lying under the said land or any particular portion of the said land, except such parts of the mines and minerals which may be required to be dug or removed or used during the construction phase of the project for the purpose of which the land is being acquired, or not needed.

2013 ஆம் ஆண்டு நிலம் கையகப்படுத்துதலில் நியாயமான சரியீடு பெறுவதற்கும் மற்றும் ஒளிவு மறைவின்மைக்கும், மறுவாழ்வு மற்றும் மறுகுடியமர்விற்கான உரிமைச் சட்டத்தின்(மத்தியச் சட்டம் 30/2013) 15 ஆம் பிரிவின் கீழ் வகை செய்யப்பட்டவாறு பற்றுள்ள நபரின் மறுப்புரைகளைக் கேட்ட பின்னரும் உரிய விசாரணைக்குப
4 0 பின்னரும் இந்த விளம்புகை தயாரிக்கப்பட்டுள்ளது. நிலம் கையகப்படுத்துவதன் காரணமாக மறுகுடியமர்வுக்கு வாய்ப்பான 8 குடும்பங்கள் இடமாற்றம் செய்யப்பட உள்ளன.
புதுக்கோட்டை மாவட்டத்தில், புதுக்கோட்டை வட்டத்தில் உள்ள கவிநாடு மேற்கு கிராமத்தில் 126 புல எண்களின் பரப்புளவு 15.02.48 `ெக்டேரில் கையகப்படுத்தப்பட்டுள்ள நிலத்தில் மேற்சொன்ன திட்டத்தின் நோக்கத்திற்காக கட்டுமான நிலையின் போது அத்தகைய நிலப்பரப்பை தோண்டும் போது (அ) அகற்றும் போது அல்லது பயன்படுத்தக் $டிய சுரங்கங்கள் (அ) கனிமங்கள் நீங்கலாக, மேற்சொன்ன நிலப்பகுதியில் படிந்துள்ள நிலக்கரி, இரும்பு (அ) ஏனைய கனிமங்கள் தேவையில்லை.
