No.285/2023.—In exercise of the powers conferred under Section 13 of the Criminal Procedure Code 1973 (Central Act 2 of 1974), the High Court hereby appoints the following (i) 8 Deputy Tahsildars in Cuddalore District (ii) 5 Deputy Tahsildars in Mayiladuthurai District and (iii) 8 Deputy Tahsildars in Tiruchirappalli District, as Special Judicial Magistrates, to undergo Magisterial Training for a period of 120 days, from the date of assumption of charge and confers upon them the ordinary powers conferable under this Code on a Judicial Magistrate to try such cases which were earliet triable and dealt with by an erstwhile Judicial Second Class Magistrate.

1. [2D] No.184, Housing and Urban Development [UD4(1)] Department dated 11.08.2023 subject to conditions the following variation are made to the approved Master Plan of Coimbatore Local Planning Area under the said Act and published in the G.O.Ms.No. 661, Housing and Urban Development [UD4(1)], dated 12.10.1994 Notification No. II(2)/HOU/4377/94 at Page No. 1078 of Part II–Section 2 of theTamil Nadu Government Gazette, dated 09.11.1994.

Variation

In the Approved Coimbatore Master Plan, under the heading permitted land use in various survey numbers of COIMBATORE Local Planning Area, under heading in Vellalore Village, Vellalore D.D.Plan No.13, Page No. 298, 299 S. F.Nos: 321/2A2, the following entries should be made.

Under the heading "Industrial land use" the expression S.F.No.321/2A2, shall be added as first entry.

Under the heading "Agricultural land use" the expression S.F.Nos: 321 shall be deleted and the expression S.F.No: 321 (Except S.F.No: 321/2A2) shall be substituted.

Under the heading "Agricultural use zone" the expression S.F.Nos: 172, 174 to 183 shall be deleted and the expression S.F.No: 172 (Except 172/2), 174 to 175, (Except 176/2) 177 to 183 shall be substituted.

In exercise of the powers conferred by sub-section 2 of the Section 32 of the Tamil Nadu Town and Country Planning Act, 1971 (Tamil Nadu Act 35 of 1972) and in exercise of the powers conferred by the G.O.Ms.No. 94, Housing and Urban Development Department [UD 4(1)], dated 12.06.2009 which has been published in the Tamil Nadu Government Gazette No.27, Part II—Section 2, Page No.228, dated 15.7.2009 the following varations are made to the Review Master Plan for the Tiruchirappalli Local Planning area approved under the said act and published in the Housing and Urban Development Department Notification No.II(2)/HOU/453/2009 at page No.319 of Part II—Section 2 of the Tamil Nadu Government Gazette, dated 2nd September 2009.

Draft Variations

In the said Master Plan in the 'LAND USE SCHEDULE' under the heading Tiruchirappalli Corporation No.88, Panjapur Village, Tiruchirappalli District.

(i) against the entry under commercial land use, the expression S.F.No.145pt, shall be deletd and the expression S.F.No.145pt (except:145/6Bpt) shall be substituted.

(ii) against the entry under Industrial Zone (IC, IG, IS) the expession S.F.No.145/6Bpt shall be added.
