NOTIFICATIONS BY GOVERNMENT
COMMERCIAL TAXES AND REGISTRATION DEPARTMENT
Civil Courts Act, 1873 (Central Act III of 1873), the Governor of Tamil Nadu, hereby alters the number of District Munsifs to be appointed under the said Act for Erode District as ten Notifications under the Indian Stamp Act. with effect from the date on which the District Munsif assumes charge of the District Munsif 's Court at Elumathur Village in Modakurichi Taluk

NOTIFICATION-II
[G.O. Ms. No. 749, Home (Courts -III), 29th December 2023,
No. II(2)/CTR/50/2024.—In exercise of the powers conferred by clause (a) of sub-section (1) of section 9 of the Indian Stamp Act, 1899 (Central Act II of 1899), the Governor of Tamil Nadu hereby remits the duty chargeable under the said Act in respect of instrument of lease entered into by the Industries / allottees at State Industries Promotion Corporation of Tamil Nadu Limited (SIPCOT) Industrial Park, Oragadam Phase-II (Vaippur Mathur Scheme), Kancheepurarn District for promoting Medical Devices Park in the State under the Scheme "Promotion of Medical Devices Park" by Department of Pharmaceuticals, Ministry of Chemicals & Fertilizers, Government of India.
2. This notification shall be deemed to have come into force on the 30th day of March 2022.
மார்கழி 13, சோபகிருது, திருவள்ளுவர் ஆண்டு-2054.] No. II(2)/HO/53/2024.—In exercise of the powers conferred by the second paragraph of section 4 of the Tamil Nadu Civil Courts Act, 1873 (Central Act III of 1873), the Governor of Tamil Nadu, after consultation with the High Court, Madras, hereby fixes the number of District Munsif to be appointed for District Munsif's Court at Elumathur Village in Modakurichi Taluk in Erode District as one with effect from the date on which the District Munsif assumes charge of that Court.

jurisdiction over the District Munsif's Court at Elumathur Village in Modakurichi Taluk, in addition to its existing jurisdiction with effect from the date on which the District Munsif assumes charge of the District Munsifs Court at Elumathur Village in Modakurichi Taluk.

No. II(2)/CTR/51/2024.—In exercise of the powers conferred by clause (b) of sub-section (1) of section 9 of the Indian Stamp Act, 1899 (Central Act II of 1899), the Governor of Tamil Nadu hereby provides for the payment of consolidated stamp duty of Rs.75,00,000/- (Rupees Seventy Five Lakhs Only) chargeable under the said Act in respect of issue of insurance policies by the Life Insurance Corporation of India, NB Department, Divisional Office, Madurai for the period form 01.10.2023 to 31.03.2024.

1947-ஆம் ஆண்டு தொழிற் தகராறுகள் சட்டத்தின் (மத்திய சட்டம் XIV/1947) 10(1)(c) பிரிவிலும், 10(1)(d) பிரிவின் வரம்பு நிபந்தனையிலும் வழங்கியுள்ள அதிகாரங்களைக் கொண்டு தமிழ்நாடு ஆளுநர் அவர்கள், மேற்சொன்ன தொழிற்தகராறு, மதுரை, தொழிலாளர் நீதிமன்றத் தீர்விற்கு அனுப்பப்பட வேண்டும் என்று இதனால் ஆணையிடுகிறார்.

மேலும், 1947-ஆம் ஆண்டு தொழிற்தகராறுகள் சட்டத்தின் 10(2A) பிரிவின்கீழ், இந்த ஆணையைப் பெற்றுக்கொண்ட நாளிலிருந்து மூன்று மாதங்களுக்குள் தீர்ப்பு அளிக்குமாறு மதுரை, தொழிலாளர் நீதிமன்றத்தைக் கேட்டுக் கொள்ளப்படுகிறது.
மேற்சொன்ன தொழிற் தகராறில் உள்ள கோரிக்கையை சென்னை, தொழிற் தீர்ப்பாயத்தின் தீர்ப்பிற்கு அனுப்புவது அவசியமென்று தமிழ்நாடு ஆளுநர் அவர்கள் கருதுவதாலும்;

No.II(2)/LWSD/58/2024.—அரசு விரைவுப் போக்குவரத்துக் கழகம், திருநெல்வேலி என்ற நிர்வாகத்திற்கும், அரசு விரைவுப் போக்குவரத்து ஊழியர் சங்கம் (சிஐடியு) திருநெல்வேலி என்ற தொழிற்சங்கத்திற்குமிடையே தொழிற்தகராறு எழுந்துள்ளது என்று அரசு கருதுவதாலும்; இத்தொழிற்தகராறை பின்வரும் எழுவினாவுடன் திருநெல்வேலி தொழிலாளர் நீதிமன்றத்தின் தீர்ப்புக்காக அனுப்புவது அவசியமென்று தமிழ்நாடு ஆளுநர் அவர்கள் கருதுவதாலும்;
"2021-2022 ஆம் ஆண்டுக்கான போனஸ் 20 சதவீதம் மற்றும் கருணைத் தொகை ரூ.15,000/- வழங்க வேண்டும் என்ற தொழிற்சங்கத்தின் கோரிக்கை நியாயம் தானா? ஆம் எனில் உரிய உத்தரவு பிறப்பிக்கவும்."
1947-ஆம் ஆண்டு தொழிற்தகராறுகள் சட்டத்தின் 10(2A) பிரிவின் கீழ், இந்த ஆணையைப் பெற்றுக்கொண்ட நாளிலிருந்து மூன்று மாதங்களுக்குள் தீர்ப்பு அளிக்குமாறு சென்னை, தொழிற்தீர்ப்பாயம் கேட்டுக் கொள்ளப்படுகிறது.
