FORM OF NOTICE UNDER SUB-SECTION(1) OF SECTION 3 OF THE TAMIL NADU ACQUISITION OF LAND FOR INDUSTRIAL PURPOSES ACT, 1997
No. VI(1)/81/2024.
The Government of Tamil Nadu having been satisfi ed that the lands specifi ed in the schedule below to be acquired for industrial purpose to wit to NLC - NLCIL MIA EXPEN THENKUTHU VADAKUTHU and it having already been decided that the amount of compensation to be awarded for the lands are to be paid out of the funds controlled or managed by, NLC. The following notice is issued under sub-section(1) of Section 3 of the Tamil Nadu Acquisition of Land for Industrial Purposes Act, 1997. (Tamil Nadu Act 10 of 1999)
NOTICE
Under sub-section (1) of Section 3 of the Tamil Nadu Acquisition of Land for Industrial Purposes Act, 1997 (Tamil Nadu Act 10 of 1999), the Governor of Tamil Nadu hereby acquires the lands specifi ed in the Schedule below measuring an extent of 2.6500 hectares to the same, a little more or less needed for industrial purpose wit, for NLC - NLCIL MIA EXPEN THENKUTHU VADAKUTHU.
The plan of the lands are kept in the offi ce of the Special DRO(LA), Cuddalore and Special Tahsildar(LA), Cuddalore which may be inspected on any day during offi ce hours.

2. The Office of the Chief Judicial Magistrate, Tirunelveli Official Receiver, Tirunelveli and Judicial Magistrate, Shencottah, Cheranmahadevi, Sivagiri and Radhapuram will remain open throughout the vacation and holidays declared above.
3. No Plaint or petition except application for grant of copies and Batta Memos for service and execution of Process will be received by the Civil Courts during the Vacation.
4. The Office of the Copyist, Process Service and Execution Department shall be kept open throughout the vacation and that no arrest warrant shall be executed during the vacation. The Office of the other departments shall remain Closed.
Arrangements shall, however, be made.
(i) For furnishing the Copies and sending Process.
(ii) For transmitting the records to the High Court required in pending Proceedings.
(iii) For attending all administrative correspondence
5. In view of the instructions contained in the Criminal Rules of Practice and Circular Orders and as ordered in High Court's Circular R.O.C.No. 2/64-C-3, dated: 29th April, 1964 applications in urgent Criminal matters should be made to the High Court. However, urgent applications can also be made to the vacation Sessions Judge, Tirunelveli if appointed to hear urgent Criminal applications relating to Tirunelveli District.
6. Under Session 30 of the Tamil Nadu Civil Courts Act as amended by Section 4 of the Tamil Nadu Act 17 of 1959 if a vaction Civil Judge is appointed for Tirunelveli District. Suits, Appeals and other proceedings of urgent nature will be received and disposed of by him in terms of the Rules that may be framed in this regard.
7. In terms of High Court's Circular P.Dis.No. 573/60, dated 22nd August 1960 the Office of the Estate Abolition Tribunal, Tirunelveli will function in full for the purpose of receiving papers etc., during the vacation.

2. All Saturdays and Sundays are holidays except those Saturdays which are fixed as working days for the year 2024.

1. In exercise of power conferred under sub-section (4) of the Section 32 of Tamil Nadu Town and Country Planning Act, 1971 (Tamil Nadu Act 35 of 1972) and exercise of powers confi rmed by the G.O.Ms.No. 94 Housing and Urban Development (4-1) Department dated 12-06-2009 which has been published in Tamil Nadu Government Gazette No. 27 Part II—Section 2 dated 15-07-2009.

Under the heading "Residential use the expression S.F.No. 472 pt shall be added before the entry of S.F.No: 473
Under the heading "Agricultural'' the expression S.F.Nos. 421 to 505 shall be deleted and in Under Heading of Agriculture use 421 to 471 & 472pt, 474-505 shall be added.
