In exercise of powers conferred as per the provisions under Section 65 of the Waqf Act, 1995, the Tamil Nadu Waqf Board in its Resolution Item No.92/23 in R.C.No. 3211/07/B1/TNV dated 28.11.2023 has ordered to take over KHANUMIAH PALLIVASAL @ SHAH ALI NUKTHA MOSQUE, ODAKARAI STREET, KANDIYAPERI, TIRUNELVELI DISTRICT (G.S.No. 683/TNV) under the Direct Management of Tamil Nadu Waqf Board from 28-11-2023 and to appoint the Waqf Superintendent, Tirunelveli as its Executive Officer.
