The Government of Tamil Nadu having been satisfied that the lands specified in the schedule below to be acquired for industrial purpose to wit to Establishment of SIPCOT Industrial Park and it having already been decided that the amount of compensation to be awarded for the lands are to be paid out of the funds controlled or managed by the Managing Director, SIPCOT, Chennai. The following notice is issued under sub-section (1) of section 3 of the Tamil Nadu Acquisition of Land for Industrial Purposes Act, 1997. (Tamil Nadu Act 10 of 1999)
NOTICE
Under sub-section (1) of section 3 of the Tamil Nadu Acquisition of Land for Industrial Purposes Act, 1997 (Tamil Nadu Act 10 of 1999), the Governor of Tamil Nadu hereby acquires the lands specified in the Schedule below measuring an extent of 0.12.00 hectares to the same, a little more or less needed for industrial purpose wit, for Establishment of SIPCOT Industrial Park.

Under sub-section (1) of Section 15 of the Tamil Nadu Highways Act, 2001 (Tamil Nadu Act 34 of 2002), the Governor of Tamil Nadu hereby acquires the lands specified in the Schedule below measuring an Extent of 115 Sq. mtrs., of Dry Land to the same, a little more or less neededfor Widening the State Highways Road SH-41 Rajapalayam – Sankarankovil – Tirunelveli in Marukalankulam Village of Veera Keralampudur Taluk, Tenkasi District.
The plan of the lands are kept in the office of the Special District Revenue Officer, (LA), TNRSP-II, Tiruchirappalli and Office of the Special Tahsildar (LA), TNRSP-II, Tirunelveli may be inspected on any day during office hours.

The Government of Tamil Nadu having been satisfied that the lands specified in the Schedule below to be acquired for the Widening the State Highways Road SH-191 Melur – Thirupathur Road (From km 0/000 to 30/485) in Pattakurichi (Addl) Village, Tiruppathur Taluk of Sivagangai District and it having already been decided that the amount of compensation to be awarded for the lands are to be paid out of the funds controlled or managed by Divisional Engineer (Highways) Chennai- Kanniyakumari Industrial Corridor Project, Tirunelveli. The following notice is issued under sub-section (1)of Section 15 of the Tamil Nadu Highways Act, 2001 (Tamil Nadu Act 34 of 2002).
