Notification for Time Extension of 19 (1) Declaration Under Section 19(7)

Whereas it appears to the appropriate Government that S.No.301/1 (2/1) 301/2 (2/2) total 3534 Sq.m of Land is required in Aruppukottai Town, Aruppukottai Taluk, Virudhunagar District for the formation of Bus depot to Tamil Nadu State Transport Corporation (Madurai) Limited, Aruppukottai Branch and for Land acquisition, Administrative Sanction is accorded as per G.O.(Ms)99 Transport (B2) Department Dated:30.09.2022.

Under section 11(1) of the Act Preliminary Notification was published for Land Acquisition in Aruppukottai Town as Listed below.

The Work for the Acquisition of land is in progress under Right to Fair Compensation and Transparency in Land Acquisition, Rehabilitation and resettlement act 2013 (RFCTLARR ACT 2013). And due to administrative reasons, time Limit for the publication of declaration u/s 19(1) of the said act is extended in Aruppukottai Town for a further period of 12 months with extended date as mentioned in column 6 of the table below as per the provisions given under section 19(7) of the Act.

நிலம் கையகப்படுத்துதலில் நியாயமான சரியீடு மற்றும் ஒளிவு மறைவின்மை, மறு வாழ்வு மற்றும் மறுகுடியமர்வு உரிமைச்சட்டம் 2013 (மத்திய சட்டம் 30/ 2013)

பிரிவு 19(1) ன் கீழான விளம்புகை செய்வதற்கான கால அவகாசத்தை பிரிவு 19(7)–ன் படி நீட்டிப்பு செய்து வெளியிடப்படும் அறிவிக்கை.

தமிழக அரசால் விருதுநகர் மாவட்டத்தில், தமிழ்நாடு அரசு போக்குவரத்து கழக பணிமனை அமைக்கும் திட்டத்திற்காக விருதுநகர் மாவட்டம், அருப்புக்கோட்டை வட்டம் மற்றும் நகரம் புல எண். 301/1 (2/1) மற்றும் 301/2 (2/2) ஆகியவற்றில் 3534 ச.மீ பரப்பு நிலங்களை நில ஆர்ஜிதம் செய்ய அரசாணை நிலை எண். 99 போக்குவரத்து (B2) துறை நாள். 30. 09.2022 ன் படி நிர்வாக அனுமதி வழங்கி உத்திரவிடப்பட்டுள்ளது.

அருப்புக்கோட்டை வட்டம், அருப்புக்கோட்டை நகரத்தில் நில ஆர்ஜிதம் செய்ய பிரிவு 11 (1) ன் கீழ் முதல்நிலை அறிவிக்கை வெளியிடப்பட்டுள்ளது.

மேற்படி நகரத்தில் நிலம் கையகப்படுத்துதலில் நியாயமான சரியீடு மற்றும் ஒளிவு மறைவின்மை மறுவாழ்வு மற்றும் மறுகுடியமர்வு உரிமைச்சட்டம் 2013 (மத்திய சட்டம் 30/2013)-ன்படி நிலம் கையகப்படுத்த நடவடிக்கை மேற்கொள்ளப்பட்டு வருவதால் நில ஆர்ஜித புலங்கள் குறித்து நிலம் கையகப்படுத்துதலில் நியாயமான சரியீடு மற்றும் ஒளிவு மறைவின்மை மறு வாழ்வு மற்றும் மறுகுடியமர்வு உரிமைச்சட்டம் 2013 (மத்திய சட்டம் 30/ 2013)-பிரிவு 19(1) ன் கீழ் விளம்புகை செய்வதற்கான கால அவகாசத்தை நிர்வாக காரணங்களுக்காக பிரிவு 19(7) ன் படி கீழ்க்கண்ட அட்டவணையில் உள்ள நகரத்திற்கு கலம் -6 ல் குறிப்பிட்டுள்ள தேதி வரை மேலும் 12 மாதங்கள் நீட்டிப்பு செய்யப்படுகிறது.
