In Tiruchirappalli District, Srirangam Taluk, Thorakudi Village, 6.48.80 Hectares of additional land has been required for public purpose namely Cauvery-Vaigai-Gundar interlinking Flood Carrier Canal project. For the above purpose, 06.03.15 Hectares of additional Patta Lands in Thorakudi Village is to be. acquired, for which, Preliminary Notification u/s 11 (1) has been published on 03.02.2024 The Revenue Divisional Officer, Srirangam is appointed as Administrator for the purpose of Rehabilitation and Resettlement. The Draft Rehabilitation and Resettlement Scheme for the project is given below:

This notification is prepared as per Sub-Section 16(2) and second schedule of the Right to Fair Compensation and Transparency in Land Acquisition, Rehabilitation and Resettlement Act 2013 and per Rule 15(2) of the Right to Fair Compensation and Transparency in Land Acquisition, Rehabilitation and Resettlement Rules 2017 and made under section 16(4) of Act to all whom it may concern.
Objections to this draft Rehabilitation and Resettlement Scheme may be filed before the Administrator, Rehabilitation and Resettlement / Revenue Divisional Officer, Srirangam within 15 days from publication of this Notification.

திருச்சிராப்பள்ளி மாவட்டத்தின், ஸ்ரீரங்கம் வட்டத்தைச் சேர்ந்த தொரக்குடி கிராமத்தில் கூடுதலாக மொத்தம் 6.48.80 ஹெக்டேர் நிலம் காவிரி -வைகை - குண்டாறு இணைப்புத் திட்ட வெள்ள நீர்க்கால்வாய் பொதுநலப் பயன்பாட்டிற்காக தேவைப்படுவதாக அரசு உத்தேசித்துள்ளது. மேற்படிகிராமத்தில் மேற்சொன்ன திட்டத்திற்காக கூடுதலாக 6.03.15 ஹெக்டேர் பரப்பளவு கொண்ட பட்டா நிலங்கள் கையகம் செய்யப்பட உள்ளது. அதற்கான முதல்நிலை அறிவிக்கை பிரிவு 11(1)-ன் கீழ் 03.02.2024 அன்று வெளியிடப்பட்டுள்ளது. இத்திட்டத்திற்கான மறுவாழ்வு (ம) மீள்குடியமர்வு நிருவாகியாக ஸ்ரீரங்கம் வருவாய் கோட்டாட்சியர் நியமனம் செய்யப்பட்டுள்ளார். இத்திட்டத்திற்கான மறுவாழ்வு மற்றும் மீள்குடியமர்வு திட்ட வரைவு கீழ்கண்டவாறு வெளியிடப்படுகிறது.

இந்த அறிவிக்கை 2013-ஆம் ஆண்டு நிலம் கையகப்படுத்துதலில் நியாயமான சரியீடு பெறுவதற்கும் மற்றும் ஒளிவு மறைவின்மைக்கும் மறுவாழ்வு மற்றும் மறுகுடியமர்விற்கான உரிமைச் சட்டத்தின் (மத்தியச் சட்டம் 30/2013) பிரிவு 16(2)-இரண்டாவது அட்டவணை (ம) தமிழ்நாடு நிலம் கையகப்படுத்துதலில் நியாயமான சரியீடு பெறுவதற்கும் மற்றும் ஒளிவுமறைவின்மை, மறுவாழ்வு மற்றும் மறுகுடியமர்விற்கான விதிகள் 2017 பிரிவு 15(2)-ல் குறிப்பிடப்பட்டுள்ள விபரங்களுடன் தயாரிக்கப்பட்டு நிலம் கையகப்படுத்துதலில் நியாயமான சரியீடு பெறுவதற்கும் மற்றும் ஒளிவு மறைவின்மைக்கும் மறுவாழ்வு மற்றும் மறுகுடியமர்விற்கான உரிமைச் சட்டத்தின் (மத்தியச் சட்டம் 30/2013) பிரிவு 16(4)ன் கீழ் வெளியிடப்படுகிறது.
தொரக்குடி கிராமத்தின் மறுகுடியேற்றம் மற்றும் மறுவாழ்வு திட்ட வரைவு குறித்து கோரிக்கைகள் மற்றும் மறுப்புரைகளை 15 தினங்களுக்குள் மறுவாழ்வு மற்றும் மீள் குடியமர்வு அலுவலரான வருவாய் கோட்டாட்சியர் ஸ்ரீரங்கம் அவர்களுக்கு தெரிவிக்கலாம்.
இது தொடர்பான கருத்து கேட்பு கூட்டம் 15.03.2024 அன்று முற்பகல் 11.00 மணியளவில் தொரக்குடி கிராம நிர்வாக அலுவலர் அலுவலகத்தில் மறுவாழ்வு மற்றும் மறுகுடியமர்வு ஆட்சியர்/வருவாய் கோட்டாட்சியர் ஸ்ரீரங்கம் அவர்கள் முன்னிலையில் நடைபெறும்.
