JUDICIAL NOTIFICATION

Amendment to the High Court Right to Information (Regulation of Fee and Cost) Rules, 2007.

No. SRO C-4/2024.—In exercise of the powers conferred by Section 28 of the Right to Information Act, 2005 (Central Act 22 of 2005), the Hon'ble The Chief Justice of the High Court of Madras, is pleased to make the following amendments to the Madras High Court Right to Information (Regulation of Fee and Cost) Rules, 2007.

Amendment

The existing "Rule 5(A)" shall be substituted with the following:-

"5(A) (i) the Registrar General of the Principal Seat, the Appellate Authority, under Section 19(1) of the Right to Information Act, for the Principal Seat at Madras High Court and the Districts falling within the jurisdiction of the Principal Seat including Union Territory of Puducherry;

and

(ii) the Additional Registrar General at Madurai, the Appellate Authority, under Section 19 (1) of the Right to Information Act, for the Madurai Bench of Madras High Court and the Districts falling within the jurisdiction of the Madurai Bench."

The amendments hereby made shall come into force w.e.f the date of publication in the official gazette.

No. SRO C-5/2024.—In exercise of the powers conferred by section 5 of the Tamil Nadu Vanniyakula Kshatriya Public Charitable Trusts and Endowments ( Protection and Maintenance ) Act, 2018 ( Tamil Nadu Act 44 of 2018 ) the Vanniyakula Kshatriya Public Charitable Trusts and Endowments Board hereby publishes the following list of properties of the respective Trust / Endowment belonging to Vanniyakula Kshatriya Public Charitable Trusts and Endowments existing in the State of Tamil Nadu:-

தமிழ்நாடு வன்னியகுல சத்திரியர் பொது அறநிலைப் பொறுப்பாட்சிகள் மற்றும் நிலைக்கொடைகள் (பாதுகாத்தல் மற்றும் பேணிவருதல்) சட்டம் 2018, பிரிவு -59இன்கீழும் 30.01.2024–ஆம் தேதியில் ஏற்பட்ட வாரிய தீர்மானத்தின்படியும் உள்ள அதிகாரத்தை பயன்படுத்தி, நாகப்பட்டினம் மாவட்டத்தில், மயிலாடுதுறை டவுனில், கொரநாட்டில், தனியூர் தெருவில், சர்வே எண் 280-இல் அமைந்துள்ள 8334 சதுரடி கொண்ட நிலத்தில் 1936-இல் இயங்கி வந்த வன்னியர் மடம், பிற்காலத்தில் நகர நில அளவை பதிவேட்டில், தலைவர் வன்னியர் சங்கம் என்று அடங்கலில் குறிப்பிடப்பட்டுள்ளது.

மேற்படி சொத்தில் தற்போது வன்னியர் மேம்பாட்டு இயக்கம் இயங்கி வரும் சூழ்நிலையில் வன்னியர் மேம்பாட்டு இயக்கம் மற்றும் வன்னியர் சங்கத்திற்கும் இடையில் ஏற்பட்ட மேற்படி சொத்துரிமை குறித்த பிரச்சனையை விசாரித்த வருவாய் கோட்டாட்சியர், மயிலாடுதுறை, இருதரப்பினரையும் தமிழ்நாடு வன்னியகுல சத்திரியர் பொது அறநிலைப் பொறுப்பாட்சிகள் மற்றும் நிலைக்கொடைகள் வாரியத்தை அணுகி ஆணை பெற்றுக் கொள்ளுமாறும், அதுவரைக்கும் மேற்படி சொத்தில் யாரும் பிரவேசிக்கக்கூடாது என்றும் 10.11.2020 அன்று ஆணை வழங்கியுள்ளார். வாரியத்திற்கு சொத்துரிமை குறித்த தகுந்த ஆவண ஆதாரங்களை விசாரனையின் போது இரு தரப்பினரும் வழங்காததால் மேற்படி சொத்தை நிருவாக காரணங்களுக்காக பிரிவு 59-இன்கீழ் வாரியத்தின் நேரிடை நிருவாகத்தின்கீழ் கொண்டுவர வாரியத்தினால் தீர்மானம் நிறைவேற்றப்பட்டுள்ளது.

எனவே வன்னியர் மேம்பாட்டு இயக்கத்தினை நிர்வாக நலன் கருதி 07.03.2024 முதல் வாரியத்தின் நேரிடை நிருவாகத்தின்கீழ் கொண்டுவரப்படுகிறது. இரு தரப்பினருக்கும் உள்ள பிரச்சனை முடிந்தவுடன் மீண்டும் சம்பந்தப்பட்ட அறக்கட்டளையிடம் நிர்வாகம் ஒப்படைக்கப்படும்.
