No. II(2)/EGY/161/2024.—In exercise of the powers conferred by sub-section (1) of Section 70 of the Information Technology, Act 2000 (Central Act 21 of 2000), the Governor of Tamil Nadu hereby declares the follwong Critical Information Infrastructure (CII) of the Tamil Nadu Generation and Distribution Corporation Limited (TANGEDCO) and the computer resources of its associated dependencies to be Protected Systems for the Purpose of the said Act namely:-

No. II(2)/ECCF/162/2024.—In exercise of the powers conferred by Section 4 of the Tamil Nadu Forest Act, 1882 (Tamil Nadu Act V of 1882), the Governor of Tamil Nadu hereby declares that it is proposed to constitute the land within the boundaries specified in the Schedule below as reserved forest and appoints the Special Tahsildar (Forest Settlement), Sivagangai, ex-officio, to be the Forest Settlement Officer to exercise the powers under clause (c) of the said section in respect of that land.

மேம்பாட்டு (பி2)த் துறை, 20 பிப்ரவரி 2024, மாசி 8, சோபகிருது, திருவள்ளுவர் ஆண்டு-2055.] No.II(2)/LWSD/183/2024.— தமிழ்நாடு அரசு போக்குவரத்துக் கழகம், (கும்பகோணம்) லிமிடெட், கும்பகோணம் என்ற நிர்வாகத்திற்கும், அறிவொளிப் போக்குவரத்துப் பணியாளர்கள் பாதுகாப்பு சங்கம், திருவாரூர் மாவட்டம் என்ற தொழிற்சங்கத்திற்குமிடையே தொழிற்தகராறு எழுந்துள்ளது என்று அரசு கருதுவதாலும்; இத்தொழிற்தகராறை பின்வரும் எழுவினாவுடன் கும்பகோணம் தொழிலாளர் நீதிமன்றத்தின் தீர்ப்புக்காக அனுப்புவது அவசியமென்று தமிழ்நாடு ஆளுநர் அவர்கள் கருதுவதாலும்; 1947 ஆம் ஆண்டு தொழிற் தகராறுகள் சட்டத்தின் (மத்திய சட்டம் XIV/1947) 10(1)(c) பிரிவிலும், 10(1)(d) பிரிவின் வரம்பு நிபந்தனையிலும் வழங்கியுள்ள அதிகாரங்களைக் கொண்டு, தமிழ்நாடு ஆளுநர் அவர்கள் மேற்சொன்ன தொழிற்தகராறு, கும்பகோணம், தொழிலாளர் நீதிமன்றத் தீர்விற்கு அனுப்பப்பட வேண்டும் என்று இதனால் ஆணையிடுகிறார்.

The following erratum is issued to the Labour Welfare and Skill Development Department Notification No.II(2)/LWSD/979/2022, published at page 1104 of Part II-Section 2 of the Tamil Nadu Government Gazette, dated the 14th December 2022, namely:-

Erratum.

In the said Notification, -

1. in para 2, under the sub-heading Explanations, - in clause (iii) for "Grade -II: Those who have not completed five years of service", read "Grade-II: Those who have not completed five years of regular service.".

2. under the sub-heading Dearness Allowance, in clause (i), -

(i) (a) for "Consumer Price Index", read "Consumer Price Index Number";

(b) for "namely is 161 points", read "namely 161 points";

(c) for "an increase of Rs.49.20", read "Rs.49.20"; and

(ii) in clause (iii), for "this notification", read "the Notification.".
