INCLUSION OF THE NAME OF "ST. JOSEPH UNIVERSITY" IN THE SCHEDULE TO THE TAMIL NADU PRIVATE UNIVERSITIES ACT, 2019 (TAMIL NADU ACT 14 OF 2019)
AMENDMENT TO NOTIFICATION

In exercise of the powers conferred by Section 9 of the Tamil Nadu Private Universities Act, 2019 (Tamil Nadu Act 14 of 2019), the Governor of Tamil Nadu hereby makes the following amendment to the Schedule to the said Act, namely : -

In the said Act, in the SCHEDULE, in the tabular column, after the entry "7" in column (1) and the corresponding entries relating thereto in columns (2) to (4), the following entries shall, respectively, be added, namely: -
