In exercise of powers conferred as per the provisions under section 65 of the Waqf Act 1995, the Tamil Nadu Waqf Board in its Resolution Item No.81/23 in R.C. No. 9702/22/B4/TVLR dated: 28.11.2023 has ordered to take over THULUKA CHATRAM CHARITIES, RED HILLS, TIRUVALLUR DISTRICT (G.S.No.138/TVLR) under the Direct Management of Tamil Nadu Waqf Board from 28.11.2023 and to appoint the Executive Officer Chennai and Poonamallee Zones Direct Management Waqfs as its Executive Officer.
