DELEGATION OF POWERS TO REGIONAL SENIOR MANAGER OF SPORTS DEVELOPMENT AUTHOR- ITY OF TAMIL NADU TO ACT AS ESTATE OFFICERS AT CHENNAI, TIRUVANNAMALAI, MADURAI, TIRUNELVELI, TRICHY AND COIMBATORE REGIONS UNDER THE TAMIL NADU PUBLIC PREMISES (EVICTION OF UNAUTHORISED OCCUPANS) ACT, 1975.

In exercise of the powers conferred under Section 3 of the Tamil Nadu Public Premises (Eviction of Unauthorised Occupants) Act, 1975 (Tamil Nadu Act 1 of 1976), the Governor of Tamil Nadu hereby appoints the Regional Senior Manager of the respective region of Sports Development Authority of Tamil Nadu as Estate Offi cer for the purpose of the said Act to exercise the powers conferred and perform the duties imposed under the said Act in respect of their respective jurisdictions for the premises owned or taken on lease or requisitioned by Sports Development Authority of Tamil Nadu situated at Coimbatore, Chennai, Tiruvannamalai, Madurai, Tirunelveli and Trichy regions.
