Whereas it appears to the Government that a total of 0.15.00 hectares of land is required in the Alwaneri Village in Nanguneri Taluk in Tirunelveli District for public purpose namely in Interlinking of Tamirabarani, Karumeniyar, Nambiyar rivers for the Flood Carrier Cannal Project.

Now, therefore a declaration is made hereby that a piece of land measuring 0.15.00 hectares is under acquisition for the above said project in the Alwaneri Village in Nanguneri Taluk in Triunelveli District whose detailed description is as follows:-

This declaration is made after hearing of objections of persons interested and due enquiry as provided under section 15 of the Right to Fair Compensation and

2013-ஆம் ஆண்டு நிலம் கையகப்படுத்துதலில் நியாயமான சரியீடு பெறுவதற்கும் மற்றும் ஒளிவுமறைவின்மைக்கும், மறுவாழ்வு மற்றும் மறுகுடியமர்விற்கான உரிமைச்சட்டத்தின் (மத்தியச் சட்டம் 30/2013) 15 ஆம் பிரிவின் கீழ் வகை செய்யப்பட்டவாறு பற்றுள்ள நபரின் மறுப்புரைகளைக் கேட்ட பின்னரும் உரிய விசாரணைக்குப் பின்னரும் இந்த விளம்புகை தயாரிக்கப்பட்டுள்ளது. நிலம் கையகப்படுத்துவதன் காரணமாக மறுகுடியமர்வுக்கு வாய்ப்பான குடும்பங்களின் எண்ணிக்கை ஏதும் இல்லை.

G O V E R N M E N T திருநெல்வேலி மாவட்டம், நாங்குனேரி வட்டம், ஆழ்வானேரி கிராமத்தில் 0.15.00 ஹெக்டேர் பரப்பளவு கையகப்படுத்தப்பட்டுள்ள நிலத்தின் மேற்சொன்ன திட்டத்தின் நோக்கத்திற்காக கட்டுமான நிலையின் போது அத்தகைய நிலப்பரப்பை தோண்டும் போது (அ) அகற்றும் போது அல்லது பயன்படுத்தக் கூடிய சுரங்கங்கள் (அ) கனிமங்கள் நீங்கலாக மேற்சொன்ன நிலப்பகுதியில் படிந்துள்ள நிலக்கரி இரும்பு (அ) ஏனைய கனிமங்கள் தேவையில்லை.

யாதொரு வேலை நாட்களிலும் நிலம் கையகப்படுத்தும் அலுவலரின் தனிவட்டாட்சியர் நதிநீர் இணைப்புத்திட்டம், அலகு-2, நாங்குனேரி அலுவலகத்தில் மற்றும் கேட்புத்துறையான திருநெல்வேலி நீர்வளத்துறை சிறப்புத்திட்ட கோட்ட அலுவலகத்தில் திட்ட வரைபடத்தை பார்வையிடலாம்.
