2. Any person affected or interested in this draft variation may within SIXTY DAYS from the date of publication of this notification in the Tamil Nadu Government Gazette, can represent in person or submit in writing to the Member Secretary, Coimbatore Local Planning Authority any objections and suggestions relating there to.

3. The Variation with plan may be inspected free of cost at any time during office hours at the above said Local Planning Authority office.

Chennai for Attending Urgent Civil Matters During Summer Vacation, 2024.

1. Notice is hereby given that the City Civil and Sessions Court, Chennai will be closed for the Summer Vacation, 2024 for the period from 01.05.2024 to 02.06.2024 (Both days inclusive).

2. Thiru. N. Sachidhanantham, L.L.M., XIII Assistant Judge, City Civil Court, Chennai will be the Civil Vacation Judge for the vacation from 01.05.2024 to 16.05.2024.

3. Thiru. R. Karl Marx, B.L., XVII Assistant Judge, City Civil Court, Chennai will be the Civil Vacation Judge for the vacation from 17.05.2024 to 02.06.2024.

4. The Civil Vacation Judge will sit in IV Assistant Court Hall, City Civil Court, Chennai on Thursdays ie. 09.05.2024, 16.05.2024,23.05.2024 and 30.05.2024 during Vacation to dispose of only urgent matters.

1. In exercise of the powers conferred Under Section 10(3) of the Criminal Procedure Code, 1974, the Sessions Judge, Chennai Division makes the following arrangements for attending Urgent Criminal Work during Summer Vacation, 2024 (01.05.2024 to 02.06.2024).

2. Thiru. R. Rajkumar, M.A., M.L., XXIII Additional Judge, City Civil Court, Chennai will be incharge of Criminal Work during Summer Vacation from 01.05.2024 to 02.06.2024.

3. The Vacation Sessions Judge will hold sittings on Wednesdays in every week during the vacation for the disposal of urgent Criminal matters.

In exercise of power conferred under sub-section (4) of the Section 32 of the Tamil Nadu Town and Country Planning Act, 1971 (Tamil Nadu Act 35 of 1972) and exercise of powers confirmed by the G.O.Ms. No. 94 Housing and Urban Development (4-1) Department dated 12.06.2009 which has been published in Tamil Nadu Government Gazette No. 27, Part II—Section 2, dated 15.07.2009.

Land use zone conversion from Agricultural use zone into Residential use zone ordered in G.O.(2D)No.67, Housing and Urban Development [UD4(1)] Department dated 21.02.2024 subject to conditions the following variation are made to the approved Master Plan of Coimbatore Local Planning Area under the said act and published in the G.O.Ms.No. 661 Housing and Urban Development [UD4(1)] dated 12.10.1994 Notification No. II(2)/HOU/4377/94 at Page No. 1078 of Part II—Section 2 of the Tamil Nadu Government Gazette dated 09.11.1994May 22, 2024] TAMIL NADU GOVERNMENT GAZETTE 393 Variation

In the Approved Coimbatore Master Plan, under the heading permitted land use in various survey numbers of COIMBATORE Local Planning Area, under heading in Kallapalayam Village, Page No.379 the following S.F.Nos: 175/1D3B, 175/1E3, 175/1F, 175/1G, 175/1H2, 175/2A2, 175/2B and 175/2C entries should be made.

Under the heading "Residential MR-38 use zone the S.F.Nos. 175/1D3B, 175/1E3, 175/1F, 175/1G, 175/1H2, 175/2A2, 175/2B and 175/2C shall be substituted after this S.F.No: 86 pt.

Under the heading "Agriculture AG-63 use zone" the expression S.F.No: 175 (Except 175/1D3B, 175/1E3, 175/1F, 175/1G, 175/1H2, 175/2A2, 175/2B and 175/2C) shall be substituted.

In exercise of the powers conferred by sub-section (4) of Section 32 of the Tamil Nadu Town and Country Planning Act, 1971 (Tamil Nadu Act 35 of 1972) and in exercise of powers conferred by the G.O.Ms.No.94 Housing and Urban Development [U.D 4(1)] Department, Dated.12.06.2009. Page No.228, Dated.15.07.2009 the following variations are made to the Modified Master Plan for the Dindigul Local Planning Area approved under the said Act and published in the Housing and Urban Development Department, Notification No.ll(2)/Hou/611/200, at Page No.308 of Part II—Section 2 of the Tamil Nadu Government Gazette Dated the 15th August 2001.

Variations

In the Said Modified Master Plan in the 'Land Use Schedule' in (Village No.66) Balakrishnapuram Village under the heading Agricultural use zone and Residential use zone the following entries shall be made.

(1) Under heading "Residential Use":- Add the entry S.F.No. 571/1A, 2A1,10A- shall be Added.

(2) Under Agriculture Use:- Against the entry S.F.No. 553 to 581,shall be Deleted the Expression S.F.No. 553 to 581,(except 571/1A. 2A1.10A) shall be substituted.

Right to Fair Compensation and Transparency in Land Acquisition and Resettlement Act, 2013.

Acquisition of Lands in Nagapattinam District

PRELIMINARY NOTIFICATION

(Rc.No.2546/2022/F1)

No. VI(1)/373/2024.

Whereas it appears to the appropriate Government has given Administration sanction that a total of Hec.16.20.0 areas or (40 acres) of land is required in the Vadakkuveli Village in KilvelurTaluk in Nagapattinam District to construct Tamil Nadu Agricultural College and Research Institute by Right to Fair Compensation and Transparency in Land Acquisition and Resettlement Act 2013 where it is applied.

The requesting department has not enter upon into the above lands. The Revenue Divisional Officer, Nagapattinam has been appointed as Land Acquisition officer.

There it is notified that for the above said scheme in Vadakkuveli Village of Kilvelur Taluk in Nagapattinam District, an extent of Hec.16.20.0 areas, or (40 acres) the details which are specified in the Schedule below are under acquisition.

The Schedule

This Notification is made under sub-division(1) of section 11 of the Right to Fair Compensation and Transparency in Land Acquisition, Rehabilitation and Resettlement Act 2013 (Central Act 30 of 2013) to all whom it may concern.

The Land Plan Schedule of the scheme may be inspected in the office of the 1.Collector Office, Nagapattinam, 2.Revenue Divisional Office, Nagapattinam and 3.Taluk office Kilvelur on any working day during the working hours.

The Government is pleased to authorize Registarar, Tamil Nadu Agricultural University, Coimbatore and Tahsildar, Taluk office, Kilvelur and his staff to enter upon a survey land, take levels of any land, dig or bore into the sub-soil and do all other acts required for the proper execution of their work as provided and specified in section 12 of the said Act.

Under Sub-section (4) of section 11 of the said Act no person shall make any transaction or cause any transaction of land i.e. sale/purchase,etc., or create any encumbrances on such land from the date of publication of this notification in the Tamil Nadu Government Gazette without prior approval of Nagapattinam, Revenue Divisional Officer/Land Acquisition Officer.

Objection to the Land acquisition if any, may be filed by the person interested within 60(sixty) days from the date of publication of this notification in the Tamil Nadu Government Gazette as provided under section 15 of the said Act before Nagapattinam, Revenue Divisional Officer/Land Acquisition Officer.

கையகப்படுத்துதல் டிதாடர்பான மறுப்பஜரை ஏடீதனும் ருெப்பின் செ்சட்டத்தின் 15 ஆம் பிரிவின்கீH் டிதரிவிக்கப்பட்டுள்ளவாறு நெ்த அறிவிக்கை டிவளியிடப்பட்ட நாளிலிருந்து 60 நாட்களுக்குள் (அறுபது நாட்களுக்குள்ளாக) பற்றுள்ளவர் அதனை நாகப்பட்ழனம்இ வருவாய் டீகாட்ட அலுவலர்/நில எடுப்பஜ அலுவலர் அவர்களிடம் அளிக்கலாம்.
