NOTICE UNDER SECTION 3(1) OF TAMIL NADU ACQUISITION OF LAND FOR
INDUSTRIAL PURPOSES ACT, 1997

The Government of Tamil Nadu having been satisfied that the lands specified in the Schedule below to be acquired for Industrial Purpose to wit to Formation of New Broad-Gauge Railway Line between Morappur and Dharmapuri in Singirihalli and Bosinaikanahalli Villages of Pappireddipatti Taluk in Dharmapuri District, and it having already been decided that the amount of compensation to be awarded for the lands are to be paid out of the funds controlled or managed by Southern Railway. The following notice is issued under sub-section (1) of Section 3 of the Tamil Nadu Acquisition of Land for Industrial Purposes Act,1997 (Tamil Nadu Act 10 of 1999).
NOTICE
Under sub-section (1) of Section 3 of the Tamil Nadu Acquisition of Land for Industrial Purposes Act, 1997 (Tamil Nadu Act 10 of 1999), the Governor of Tamil Nadu hereby acquires the lands specified in the Schedule below measuring184831 Sq.mtrs.,to the same, a little more or less needed for Industrial Purpose wit, for the Formation of New Broad-Gauge Railway Line between Morappur and Dharmapuri in Singirihalli and Bosinaikanahalli Villages of Pappireddipatti Taluk in Dharmapuri District.
The plan of the lands is kept in the office of the Land Acquisition Officer, District Revenue Officer and Special Tahsildar (LA), Dharmapuri which may be inspected on any day during office hours.

The Government of Tamil Nadu having been satisfied that the lands specified in the Schedule below to be acquired for Industrial Purpose to wit to Formation of New Broad-Gauge Railway Line between Morappur and Dharmapuri in Polayampalli and R.Gopinathampatti Villages of Harur Taluk in Dharmapuri District, and it having already been decided that the amount of compensation to be awarded for the lands are to be paid out of the funds controlled or managed by Southern Railways. The following notice is issued under sub-section (1) of Section 3 of the Tamil Nadu Acquisition of Land for Industrial Purposes Act, 1997 (Tamil Nadu Act 10 of 1999).
NOTICE
Under sub-section (1) of Section 3 of the Tamil Nadu Acquisition of Land for Industrial Purposes Act, 1997 (Tamil Nadu Act 10 of 1999), the Governor of Tamil Nadu hereby acquires the lands specified in the Schedule below measuring 57224 Sq.mtrs., to the same, a little more or less needed for Industrial Purpose wit, for the Formation of New Broad-Gauge Railway Line between Morappur and Dharmapuri in Polayampalli and R.Gopinathampatti Villages of Harur Taluk in Dharmapuri District.
The plan of the lands are kept in the office of the Land Acquisition Officer, District Revenue Officer and Special Tahsildar (LA), Dharmapuri which may be inspected on any day during office hours.

The Government of Tamil Nadu having been satisfied that the lands specified in the Schedule below to be acquired for Industrial Purpose to wit to Formation of New Broad Gauge Railway Line between Morappur and Dharmapuri in Maniyampadi Village of Pappireddipatti Taluk in Dharmapuri District, and it having already been decided that the amount of compensation to be awarded for the lands are to be paid out of the funds controlled or managed by Southern Railway. The following notice is issued under sub-section (1) of Section 3 of the Tamil Nadu Acquisition of Land for Industrial Purposes Act, 1997 (Tamil Nadu Act 10 of 1999).
NOTICE
Under sub-section (1) of Section 3 of the Tamil Nadu Acquisition of Land for Industrial Purposes Act, 1997 (Tamil Nadu Act 10 of 1999), the Governor of Tamil Nadu hereby acquires the lands specified in the Schedule below measuring 73277 Sq.mtrs., to the same, a little more or less needed for Industrial Purpose wit, for the Formation of New Broad Gauge Railway Line between Morappur and Dharmapuri in Maniyampadi Village of Pappireddipatti Taluk in Dharmapuri District.
The plan of the lands is kept in the office of the Land Acquisition Officer, District Revenue Officer and Special Tahsildar (LA), Dharmapuri which may be inspected on any day during office hours.

NOTICE
Under sub-section (1) of Section 3 of the Tamil Nadu Acquisition of Land for Industrial Purposes Act, 1997 (Tamil Nadu Act 10 of 1999), the Governor of Tamil Nadu hereby acquires the lands specified in the Schedule below measuring 43588 Sq.mtrs., to the same, a little more or less needed for Industrial Purpose wit, for the Formation of New Broad-Gauge Railway Line between Morappur and Dharmapuri in Akkamanahalli Village of Dharmapuri Taluk in Dharmapuri District.
The plan of the lands is kept in the office of the Land Acquisition Officer, District Revenue Officer and Special Tahsildar (LA), Dharmapuri which may be inspected on any day during office hours.

The Government of Tamil Nadu having been satisfied that the lands specified in the Schedule below are to be acquired for Highway Purposes, to wit for the Formation of Road providing Connectivity from Ennore Port to Mahabalipuram (from121+425 to KM 122+593)) in No.85 Manamathi Village, Tiruporur Taluk, Chengalpattu District and it having already been decided that the amount of compensation to be awarded for the lands to be paid out of the funds controlled or managed by the Highways Department. The following notice is issued under sub-section (1) of Section 15 of the Tamil Nadu Highways Act, 2001 (Tamil Nadu Act, 34 of 2002).
NOTICE
Under sub–section (1) of section 15 of the Tamil Nadu Highways Act, 2001 (Tamil Nadu Act 34 of 2002) the Governor of Tamil Nadu hereby acquires the lands specified in the Schedule below measuring an extent of 83,774Sq. metres to the same a little more or less needed for highways purpose to wit for the Formation of Road providing Connectivity from Ennore port to Mahabalipuram (from121+425 to KM 122+593)) in No.85 Manamathi Village, Tiruporur Taluk, Chengalpattu District.

NOTICE
