Conferment of Magisterial Powers on Certain Revenue Officials

No. 184/2024.—In exercise of the powers conferred under Section 13 and 18 of the Criminal Procedure Code 1973 (Central Act 2 of 1974), the High Court hereby appoints the following 5 Tahsildar Trainees in 5 Revenue Districts respectively (City list of Tahsildars for the year 2023), as Special Judicial Magistrates/ Special Metropolitan Magistrate, to undergo Magisterial Training for a period of 180 days, from the date of assumption of charge and confers upon them the ordinary powers conferable under this Code on a Judicial Magistrate to try such cases which were earlier triable and dealt with by an erstwhile Judicial Second Class Magistrate.

Conferment of Magisterial Powers on I.A.S. Probationers of 2023 Batch

(Roc.No. 53040/2024/B7)

No. VI(1)/393/2024.

No. 199/2024.—In exercise of the powers conferred under Section 13 of the Code of Criminal Procedure 1973 (Central Act 2 of 1974), the High Court hereby appoints the above said 11 I.A.S. Probationers of 2023 batch to be the Special Judicial Magistrates in the Districts noted against their names, from 29-05-2024 to 10.03.2025. The powers may be withdrawn as and when they complete their training to the satisfaction of the Chief Judicial Magistrates concerned and confer upon them the ordinary powers conferrable under this Code on a Magistrate to try such cases which were triable and dealt with by an erstwhile Judicial Second Class Magistrate.

GENERAL NOTIFICATIONS

Variation to the Approved Coimbatore Master Plan for the Local Planning Area

(Roc No. 3619/2023/LPA)

No. VI(1)/394/2024.

1. In exercise of power conferred under sub-section (4) of the Section 32 of Tamil Nadu Town and Country Planning Act, 1971 (Tamil Nadu Act 35 of 1972) and exercise of powers confirmed by the G.O.Ms.No. 94 Housing and Urban Development (4-1) Department dated 12.06.2009 which has been published in Tamil Nadu Government Gazette No.27 Part II—Section 2 dated 15.07.2009.

2. Land use zone conversion from Agricultural land use zone into Industrial use zone ordered in G.O.(2D) No. 105 Housing and Urban Development [UD4(1)] Department dated 06.03.2024 subject to conditions the following variation are made to the approved Master Plan of Coimbatore Local Planning Area under the said act and published in the G.O.Ms. No. 661 Housing and Urban Development [UD4(1)] dated 12.10.1994 notification No. II(2)/HOU/4377/94 at Page No. 1078 of Part II—Section 2 of the Tamil Nadu Government Gazette dated 09.11.1994

Variation

In the Approved Coimbatore Master Plan, under the heading permitted land use in various survey numbers of COIMBATORE Local Planning Area, under heading in Pichanur Village, Page No. 339 S.F. Nos. 1/3A, 1/3B the following entries should be made.

Under the heading "Industrial land use zone" (I 20) the expression S.F.No. 1/3A, 1/3B shall be added before S.F.No: 465

Under the heading "Agricultural land use zone" (AG 31) the expression S.F.Nos: 1 shall be deleted and the expression S.F. No.1 [Except 1/3A, 1/3B] shall be substituted.

Conditions :

1. உத்தேச மனையிடத்தில் நிலையில் AC Sheet Roof கோடோன் கட்டிடங்கள் அமைந்துள்ளது.

நிலையிலுள்ள கட்டிடங்களுக்கு உரிய திட்ட அனுமதி பெறப்பட வேண்டும்.

2. தமிழ்நாடு ஒருங்கிணைந்த வளர்ச்சி மற்றும் கட்டட விதிகள், 2019-க்குட்பட்டு வளர்ச்சிப்பணிகள் மேற்கொள்ளப்பட வேண்டும்.

In exercise of the powers conferred under sub-section (4) of Section 32 of the Tamil Nadu Town and Country Planning Act, 1971 (Tamil Nadu Act 35 of 1972), and exercise of powers confirmed by the G.O.Ms. No.94 Housing and Urban Development [UD4(1)] Department dated 12.06.2009 which has been published in the Tamil Nadu Government Gazette No.27 Part II–Section 2, dated 15.07.2009.

2. Land use zone conversion from Agricultural use zone into Commercial use zone ordered in G.O.(2D) No.121 Housing and Urban Development [UD4(1)]Department dated 12.03.2024. The following variations are made to the Approved Madurai Local Planning Authority under the said act and published in the G.O.Ms. No.122 Housing and Urban Development [UD4], Department dated 06.02.1995 and Published in the Tamil Nadu Government Gazette No.7. Part II—Section 2, Page 260-261 dated 22.02.1995.

Variation

In the said Master Plan in Part II "LAND USE SCHEDULE" in Nilaiyur Bit-2 Village of Thirupparankundram Panchayat Union, Thirupparankundram Taluk, Madurai District under the heading VI Agricultural use zone to II Commercial use zone the following entries should be made.

Against the entry VI Agricultural use zone Nilaiyur Bit-2 Village S.Nos.184, 185/1, 185/2A, 185/2B, 185/5 and 186 shall be deleted.

Against the entry II Commercial use zone Nilaiyur Bit-2 Village, S.Nos.184, 185/1, 185/2A, 185/2B, 185/5 and 186 shall be added.

In exercise of the powers conferred by sub-section (4) of Section 32 of the Tamil Nadu Town and Country Planning Act 1971 (Tamil Nadu Act 35 of 1972) and in exercise of powers conferred by the G.O.Ms.No.94 Housing and Urban Development [U.D 4(1)] Department, Dated.12.06.2009. Page No.228, Dated.15.07.2009 the following variations are made to the Modified Master Plan for the Dindigul Local Planning Area approved under the said Act and published in the Housing and Urban Development Department, Notification No.II(2)/ Hou/611/2000, at Page No.308 of Part II—Section 2, of the Tamil Nadu Government Gazette dated the 15th August 2001.

Variations

In the said Modified Master Plan in the 'Land Use Schedule' in Anumantharayankottai Panchayat, Sindalakundu Village under the heading Residential use zone and General Industrial use zone the following entries should be made.

1) Add heading "General Industrial Use":- Add the entry S.F.No. 416/11A , shall be Add.

2) Under Residential Use:- Against the entry S.F.No.416 (except 416/11A) shall be substituted.
