Whereas, it appears to the Government that total of 3534 Sq.m of land is required in Aruppukottai Town, Aruppukottai Taluk in Virudhunagar District for a public purpose namely in Formatiion of Bus depot to Tamil Nadu State Transport Corporation (Madurai) Limited, Aruppukottai Branch.
Now, therefore, a declaration is made hereby that a piece of land measuring 3534 Sq.m is under acquisition for the above said project in Aruppukottai Town Aruppukottai Taluk in Virudhunagar District whose detailed description is as follows:

This declaration is made after hearing of objections of persons interested and due enquiry as provided under section 15 of the Right to Fair Compensation and
Transparency in Land Acquisition, Rehabilitation and Resettlement Act, 2013 (Central Act 30 of 2013).
No family is affected and displaced due to this Land Acquisition. Hence Rehabilitation and Resettlement compension is not provided to anyone.
Mines of coal, iron-stone, slate or other minerals lying under the said land or any particular portion of the said land, except such parts of the mines and minerals which
G A Z E T T E may be required to be dug or removed or used during the construction phase of the project for the purpose of which the land is being acquired, are not needed.
A Plan of the land may be inspected in the office of the Land Acquisition officer and Revenue Divisional Office, Aruppukottai on any working day.

G O V E R N M E N T அரசு போக்குவரத்து கழக பணிமனை அமைக்க நிலம் கையகப்படுத்துதல் திட்டம் விருதுநகர் மாவட்டம். படிவம் - VI (16 ஆம் விதியைக் காண்க) விளம்புகை (ந.க.எண்.டி1/45220/2021)
G A Z E T T E 2013-ஆம் ஆண்டு நிலம் கையகப்படுத்துதல், மறுவாழ்வளிப்பு மற்றும் மறுகுடியமர்வில் நேரிய சரியீடு மற்றும் வெளிப்படைத்தன்மை உரிமைச்சட்டம், பிரிவு 19(1)-இன்கீழ்) விருதுநகர் மாவட்டம், அருப்புக்கோட்டை வட்டம் மற்றும் நகரத்தில் அமைந்த 3534 ச.மீ. பரப்புள்ள நிலம் பொதுப்பயனுக்காக அதாவது அரசு போக்குவரத்து பணிமனை அமைக்க நிலம் கையகப்படுத்துதல் திட்டத்திற்காக தேவைப்படுகிறது என்று அரசுக்கு தோன்றுகிறது.
ஆகையால், விருதுநகர் மாவட்டம், அருப்புக்கோட்டை வட்டம் மற்றும் நகரத்தில் கீழ்கண்ட விவரத்துடன் உள்ள 3534 ச.மீ. அளவுள்ள நிலம் மேற்படி நோக்கத்திற்காக கையகப்படுத்தப்படுகிறது என விளம்புகை (Declaration) செய்யப்படுகிறது.

2013-ஆம் ஆண்டு நிலம் கையகப்படுத்துதலில் நியாயமான சரியீடு பெறுவதற்கும் மற்றும் ஒளிவு மறைவின்மைக்கும், மறுவாழ்வு மற்றும் மறுகுடியமர்விற்கான உரிமைச்சட்டத்தின் (மத்திய சட்டம் - 30/2013) 15 ஆம் பிரிவின் கீழ் வகை செய்யப்பட்டவாறு பற்றுள்ள நபரின் மறுப்புரைகளைக் கேட்ட பின்னரும் உரிய விசாரணைக்குப் பின்னரும் அந்த விளம்புகை செய்யப்படுகிறது.
நிலம் கையகப்படுத்துவதனால் எந்தவொரு குடும்பமும் பாதிக்கப்படவோ இடம் பெயரவோ இல்லை, எனவே நிலம் கையகப்படுத்துவதன் காரணமாக மறுவாழ்வு மற்றும் மறுகுடியமர்வு

கையகப்படுத்தப்பட்டுள்ள நிலத்தில் கனிம வளங்கள் இருப்பின் மேற்சொன்ன திட்டத்தின் நோக்கத்திற்காக கட்டுமான நிலையின் போது அத்தகைய நிலப்பரப்பை தோண்டும் போது (அ) அகற்றும் போது (அ) பயன்படுத்தக்கூடிய சுரங்கங்கள் (அ) கனிமங்கள் நீங்கலாக மேற்சொன்ன நிலப்பகுதியில் படிந்துள்ள நிலக்கரி, இரும்பு, (அ) ஏனைய கனிமங்கள் தேவை இல்லை.
