APPOINTMENT OF OMBUDSMAN UNDER THE TAMIL NADU LOCAL BODIES OMBUDSMAN ACT, 2014.

No. II(2)/MAWS/502(d)/2024.

In exercise of the powers conferred by sub-section (2) of section 3 of the Tamil Nadu Local Bodies Ombudsman Act, 2014 (Tamil Nadu Act 27 of 2014), the Governor of Tamil Nadu hereby appoints Thiru. Mahesan Kasirajan, I.A.S. (Retd.), as Ombudsman, for a term of three years from the date on which he enters upon his oﬃ ce.
