No. II(1)/AGFW/11/2024.—In exercise of the powers conferred by clause (d) of sub-section (1) of Section 9 read with section 3 of the Tamil Nadu Agricultural produce Marketing (Regulation) Act, 1987 (Tamil Nadu Act 27 of 1989), the Governor of Tamil Nadu hereby declares his intention of regulating the marketing of Gloriosa superba seeds in the notifi ed market areas specifi ed in column (4) of the TABLE below.

2. Any objection or suggestion which may be received by the Government, within a period of one month from the date of publication of this notifi cation in the Tamil Nadu Government Gazette, will be considered by the Government.

3. Objection or suggestion in writing if any, shall be addressed to the Agricultural Production Commissioner and Principal Secretary to Government, Agriculture - Farmers Welfare Department, Secretariat, Chennai-600009 through the Principal Secretary / Commissioner of Agricultural Marketing and Agri Business, Thiru. Vi.ka Industrial Estate, Guindy, Chennai-600 032.

1987 ஆம் ஆண்டு தமிழ்நாடு வேளாண் விளைபொருள் விற்பனை (முறைப்படுத்துதல்) சட்டத்தின் (தமிழ்நாடு சட்டம் 27/1989) 3-ஆம் பிரிவுடன் சேர்த்து படிக்கப்பட்ட 9-ஆம் பிரிவின் (1)-ஆம் உட்பிரிவின் d-கூறில் வழங்கப்பட்டுள்ள அதிகாரங்களைக் கொண்டு, தமிழ்நாடு ஆளுநர் அவர்கள் பின்வரும் அட்டவணையின் (4)-ஆம் கலத்தில் குறிப்பிடப்பட்டுள்ள, அறிவிக்கப்பட்ட அங்காடிப்பகுதிகளில் கண்வலிக் கிழங்கு விதை விற்பனையை முறைப்படுத்த கருதியுள்ளதை இதன் மூலம் அறிவிக்கிறார்:-

2. இந்த அறிவிக்கை தமிழ்நாடு அரசிதழில்தமிழ்நாடு அரசிதழில் வெளியிடப்படும் தேதியிருந்து ஒரு மாத கால அளவிற்குள் அரசுக்கு வரும் மறுப்புரைகள் அல்லது கருத்துரைகள் எதனையும் அரசு பரிசீலிக்கும்.

3. மறுப்புரைகள் அல்லது கருத்துரைகள் எவையேனுமிருப்பின், அவற்றை எழுத்து வடிவில் முதன்மைச் செயலாளர் / ஆணையர், வேளாண்மை விற்பனை மற்றும் வேளாண் வணிகத்துறை, திரு.வி.க தொழிற்பேட்டை, கிண்டி, சென்னை-32 மூலமாக வேளாண்மை உற்பத்தி ஆணையர் மற்றும் அரசு முதன்மைச் செயலாளர், வேளாண்மை - உழவர் நலத் துறை, தலைமைச் செயலகம், சென்னை-600 009 என்ற முகவரியிட்டு அனுப்பி வைக்க வேண்டும்.
