(i) Against the entry of "AGRICULTURAL USE (AG)" use zone the expression 377 to 395 shall be deleted and 377 to 394, 395 part (except 395/1, 395/2, 395/3, 395/5 & 395/6 shall be inserted.

In exercise of power conferred under sub-section (4) of the Section 32 of Tamil Nadu Town and Country Planning Act, 1971 (Tamil Nadu Act 35 of 1972) and exercise of powers confirmed by the G.O.Ms.No. 94, Housing and Urban Development (4-1) Department dated 12.06.2009 which has been published in Tamil Nadu Government Gazette No. 27 Part II—Section 2, dated 15.07.2009.

2. Land use zone conversion from Agricultural use zone into Residential use zone ordered in G.O.(2D) No. 179, Housing and Urban Development [UD4(1)] Department dated 07.06.2024 subject to conditions the following variation are made to the approved Master Plan of Coimbatore Local Planning Area under the said act and published in the G.O.Ms.No. 661, Housing and Urban Development [UD4(1)], dated 12.10.1994 notification No. II(2)/HOU/4377/94 at Page No. 1078 of Part II—Section 2 of the Tamil Nadu Government Gazette dated 09.11.1994.

Variation

In the Approved Coimbatore Master Plan, under the heading permitted land use in various survey numbers of COIMBATORE Local Planning Area, under heading in Idikarai (DD Plan 1 to 6) Village, Page No. 304-305, S.F.Nos:

722/1B, 731/1B, 732/1F and 732/2C the following entries should be made.

Under the heading "Residential Land use zone" the expression S.F.No. 722/1B, 731/1B, 732/1F and 732/2C, shall be added after the S.F.No. 686.

Under the heading Agricultural land use" the expression S.F.Nos: 722pt, 727 to 731, 732pt shall be deleted and the expression S.F.No. 722pt (Except 722/1B), 727 to 730, 731pt (Except 731/1B, 1F) 732pt (Except 732/2C) shall be substituted.

Conditions:-

No.238/2024—In exercise of the powers conferred under Section 11 of the Bharatiya Nagarik Suraksha Sanhita, 2023 (Act 46 of 2023) [came into effect on 01.07.2024], the High Court hereby appoints the following 8 Deputy Tahsildars in Tiruchirappalli District as Special Judicial Magistrates, to undergo Magisterial Training for a period of 120 days, from the date of assumption of charge and confers upon them the ordinary powers conferable under this Code on a Judicial Magistrate to try such cases which were earlier triable and dealt with by an erstwhile Judicial Second Class Magistrate.
