ACQUISITION OF LANDS
NOTICE UNDER SUB-SECTION (1) OF SECTION 15 OF THE TAMIL NADU HIGHWAYS ACT, 2001

The Government of Tamil Nadu having been satisfied that the lands specified in the Schedule below to be acquired for highways purposes to wit to the Construction of Road Over Bridge at Chettipuniyam Road branching at Km 50/2 of GST road ( NH- 45) in lieu of existing Level Crossing No.49, at Railway Km 53/28-30 in between Chengalpattu and Singaperumal Koil Railway stations under Chennai - Kanniyakumari Industrial Corridor Project at No.71 Chettipuniyam Village, Chengalpattu Taluk and District and it having already been decided that the amount of compensation to be awarded for the lands is to be paid out of the funds controlled or managed by the Divisional Engineer (H), Sector Project, Chengalpattu. The following notice is issued under sub-section (1) of Section 15 of the Tamil Nadu Highways Act, 2001 (Tamil Nadu Act 34 of 2002)
NOTICE
Under subsection (1) of Section 15 of the Tamil Nadu Highways Act 2001 (Tamil Nadu Act 34 of 2002) the Governor of Tamil Nadu hereby acquires the lands specified in the Schedule below measuring an extent of 6341 Sq.mtrs to the same, a little more or less needed for highways purposes wit, for the Construction of Road Over Bridge at Chettipuniyam Road branching at Km 50/2 of GST road ( NH-45) in lieu of existing Level Crossing No.49, at Railway Km 53/28-30 in between Chengalpattu and Singaperumal Koil Railway stations under Chennai - Kanniyakumari Industrial Corridor Project at No.71 Chettipuniyam Village, Chengalpattu Taluk and District The plan of the lands is kept in the Office of the Special District Revenue Officer (L.A), Chennai-Kanyakumari Industrial Corridor Project, Kancheepuram and the Office of the Special Tahsildar, (Land Acquisition), Chennai-Kanyakumari Industrial CorridorProject, Cheyyur Unit @ Sothupakkam may be inspected on any day during office hours.

The Government of Tamil Nadu having been satisfied that the lands specified in the Schedule below are to be acquired under the Chennai city road division for the highway purpose to wit, for the Construction of a Subway atTAMIL NADU GOVERNMENT GAZETTE EXTRAORDINARY 9 Km 26/6 of GST Road for linking East Tambaram With Tambaram Mudichur Road and Formation of Service Road, at Ward-D, Block-36, Tambaram Taluk & Town, Chengalpattu District and it having already been decided that the amount of compensation to be awarded for the lands is to be paid out of the funds controlled or managed by Divisional Engineer (H), Construction and maintenance, City Road Division, Chennai. The following notice is issued under sub-section (1) of Section 15 of the Tamil Nadu Highways Act.2001 (Tamil Nadu Act 34 of 2002)
NOTICE

The plan of the lands is kept in the office of the Special District Revenue Officer (L.A), Chennai-Kanyakumari Industrial Corridor Project, Collector Office Campus Kancheepuram and office of the Special Tahsildar, (Land Acquisition), Land Acquisition and Management, Tambaram Unit in Chengalpattu District may be inspected on any day during office hours.
