GENERAL NOTIFICATIONS

Variation to the Approved Coimbatore Master Plan for the Local Planning Area.

In exercise of power conferred under sub-section (4) of the Section 32 of Tamil Nadu Town and Country Planning Act, 1971 (Tamil Nadu Act 35 of 1972) and exercise of powers confirmed by the G.O.Ms.No. 94 Housing and Urban Development (4-1) Department dated 12.06.2009 which has been published in Tamil Nadu Government Gazette No.27 Part II—Section 2, dated 15.07.2009.

2. Land use zone conversion from Agricultural land use zone into Residential use zone ordered in G.O.(2D) No.339 Housing and Urban Development [UD4(1)] Department dated 19.12.2023 subject to conditions the following variation are made to the approved Master Plan of Coimbatore Local Planning Area under the said act and published in the G.O.Ms.No. 661 Housing and Urban Development [UD4(1)] dated 12.10.1994 Notification No. II(2)/HOU/4377/94 at page No. 1078 of Part II—Section 2 of the Tamil Nadu Government Gazette dated 09.11.1994.

Variation

In the Approved Coimbatore Master Plan, under the heading permitted land use in various survey numbers of Coimbatore Local Planning Area, under heading in Vellanaipatti Village, Page No. 317-318 S.F.Nos. 116/1A1B the following entries should be made.

Under the heading "Residential use zone" the expression S.F.No. 116/1A1B shall be added after the entry S.F.No. 78 to 85.

Under the heading "Agricultural land use zone" the expression S.F.Nos. 107 to 116 shall be deleted S.No. 107 to 115, 116 (Excluding 116/1A1B) shall be substituted.

Conditions:

1. 15 மீட்டர் சுற்றளவில் நீர்நிலைகள் அமைந்துள்ளதால் நீர்நிலைகளை ஒட்டி மேற்கொள்ளப்படும் வளர்ச்சிகளுக்கு தேவையான வழிமுறைகள் பின்பற்றப்பட வேண்டும்.

2. தமிழ்நாடு ஒருங்கிணைந்த வளர்ச்சி மற்றும் கட்டட விதிகள் 2019-க்குட்பட்டு வளர்ச்சிப்பணிகள் மேற்கொள்ளப்பட வேண்டும்.

2. Land use zone conversion from Agricultural use zone into Educational (Institutional) use zone ordered in G.O.(2D)No.35 Housing and Urban Development [UD4(1)] Department dated 01.02.2024 subject to conditions the following variation are made to the approved Master Plan of Coimbatore Local Planning Area under the said act and published in the G.O.Ms.No. 661 Housing and Urban Development [UD4(1)] dated 12.10.1994 Notification No. II(2)/HOU/4377/94 at Page No 1078 of Part II—Section 2 of the Tamil Nadu Government Gazette dated 09.11.1994.

Variation

In the Approved Coimbatore Master Plan, under the heading permitted land use in various survey numbers of COIMBATORE Local Planning Area, under heading in Sarkar Samakulam Village, Page No.315-316 S.F.Nos: 545/1, 545/2, 546/1B, 546/2B the following entries should be made.

Under the heading "Educational (Institutional) Use Zone" the expression S.F.No. 545/1, 545/2, 546/1B, 546/2B shall be substituted after S.F.No: 509.

Under the heading "Agricultural Dry use zone (AG 8)" the expression S.F.Nos: 541 to 546 shall be deleted and the expression S.F.No: 541 to 544, 545 (Except 545/1, 545/2), 546 (Except 546/1B, 546/2B) shall be substituted.

In exercise of powers conferred under sub-section (4) of the Section 32 of Tamil Nadu Town and Country Planning Act, 1971 (Tamil Nadu Act 35 of 1972) Land use conversion from Agricultural Use Zone into Residential Use Zone S.F.No. 493/4B, 1.11.88 Hectare Land in Punjai Pugalur North Village, Pugalur Taluk of Karur District is ordered vide G.O. (2Pa) No: 115, Housing and Urban Development [UD4(CLU-1)] Department dated, 08.03.2024.

2. In exercise of powers conferred vide G.O.Ms. No. 102, Housing and Urban Development [UD4(L.Re-1)] Department dated: 18.08.2021, the following variations are made to the Master Plan of Kagithapuram New Town Development Authority which was Consented under the said Act in G.O.Ms. No. 308, Housing and Urban Development [UD4(2)] Department dated: 27.07.2004 and in Notification No. VI (1)/506/2006 at page No. 373, of Part Vl—Section 1, of No. 42 of the Tamil Nadu Government Gazette dated, 01.11.2006.

Variation

In the said Consented Kagithapuram New Town Development Authority Plan, in the land use schedule, under the heading in Agricultural Use Zone Punjai Pugalur North Village at Page No: 53 regarding 493/4B the following entries should be made:

1. Under the sub heading use zone, in the S.F.Nos. Against the entry Residential MR3 Punjai Pugalur North Village the expression 493/4B shall be inserted before the expression 500.

2. Under the sub heading Use Zone in the S.F.Nos. against the entry Agricultural Punjai Pugalur North Village the expression 492 to 495 shall be deleted and the expression 492, all the subdivisions of 493 except 493/4B, 494 & 495 shall be substituted.

(2Pa) No. 191, Housing and Urban Development [UD4(CLU-1)] Department dated, 16.08.2023.

2. In exercise of powers conferred vide G.O.Ms. No. 102, Housing and Urban Development [UD4(L.Re-1)] Department dated: 18.08.2021, the following variations are made to the Master Plan of Kagithapuram New Town Development Authority which was Consented under the said Act in G.O.Ms. No. 308, Housing and Urban Development [UD4(2)] Department dated: 27.07.2004 and in Notification No. VI (1)/506/2006 at page No. 373, of Part Vl—Section 1, of No. 42 of the Tamil Nadu Government Gazette dated: 01.11.2006.

Variation

In the said Consented Kagithapuram New Town Development Authority Plan, in the land use schedule, under the heading in Agricultural Use Zone at Page No. 52 with regard S.F.Nos. 690/8, 690/9, the following entries should be made:

1. Under the sub heading use zone, in the S.F.Nos. Against the entry Residential MR2 Punjai Thottakurichi the expression S.F.Nos. 690/8, 690/9 shall be inserted after the expression 572 to 584.

2. Under the sub heading Agricultural Use Zone in the S.F.Nos. against the entry AG(D)3 Punjai Thottakurichi the expression 684 to 718 shall be deleted and the expression 684 to 689. All sub divisions of 690 except 690/8, 690/9, 691 to 718 shall be substituted.

In exercise of power conferred under sub-section (4) of the Section 32 of Tamil Nadu Town and Country Planning Act, 1971 (Tamil Nadu Act 35 of 1972) and in exercise of powers confirmed by the G.O.Ms No.94 Housing & Urban Development, dated 12.06.2009 which has been published in Tamil Nadu Government Gazette No.27, Part II—Section 2, Page-228 dated: 15.07.2009.

2. Land use zone conversion from Tourism Development Use Zone into Commercial Use Zone ordered in G.O.(2B) No.282, Housing and Urban Development [UD4(NPM-1)] Department, dated: 03.11.2023, the following variation are made to the Master Plan of Mamallapuram New Town Development Authority approved under the said act and published in the G.O.Ms.No.177 H & UD [UD4(2)] dated 29.11.2011, Notification No.6, at Page No.51 of Part II—Section 2, of the Tamil Nadu Government Gazette dated 01.08.2014.

Variation

In the Mamallapuram master plan under the heading permitted land use in various survey numbers of Mamallapuram New Town Development Authority under heading in Pooncheri Village Page No.59 the following entries should be made 1. Pooncheri Village, Against the entry 2. Commercial use Zone the following survey number shall be added S.Nos: 69/2A, 2B; 70/1B, 2, 3, 4A, 4B, 4C, 5. After the S.No.12.

2. Pooncheri Village, Against the entry 8. Tourism Development Use Zone the following survey number shall be substituted 69 (except 69/2A, 69/2B), 70 (except 70/1B, 70/2, 70/3, 70/4A, 70/4B, 70/4C & 70/5) 71 to 79 instead of 69 to 79.

No. 243/2024.—In exercise of the powers conferred under Section 11 of the Bharatiya Nagarik Suraksha Sanhita, 2023 (Act 46 of 2023), the High Court hereby appoints the following (i) 8 Deputy Tahsildars in Virudhunagar District (ii) 8 Deputy Tahsildars in Dharmapuri District and (iii) 5 Deputy Tahsildars in Mayiladuthurai District, as Special Judicial Magistrates, to undergo Magisterial Training for a period of 120 days, from the date of assumption of charge and confers upon them the ordinary powers conferable under this Code on a Judicial Magistrate to try such cases which were earlier triable and dealt with by an erstwhile Judicial Second Class Magistrate.
