NOTICE UNDER SUB-SECTION (1) OF SECTION 15 OF THE TAMIL NADU HIGHWAYS ACT 2001

The Government of Tamil Nadu having been satisfi ed that the lands specifi ed in the schedule below are to be acquired for highways purposes of Construction of a Road Over Bridge Branching off from Km 68/4 of Krishnagiri – Ranipet Road (NH-48) to Asanampattu at Railway Km 182/10-11 between Ambur to Vaniyambadi Railway Stations in the Town of Ambur, Ambur Taluk, Thirupathur District and it having already been decided that the amount of compensation to be awarded for the lands is to be paid out of the funds controlled or managed by the Divisional Engineer (Highways) Projects Division. The following notice is issued under sub-section (1) of Section 15 of the Tamil Nadu Highways Act, 2001 (Tamil Nadu Act 34 of 2002)
NOTICE
Under sub-section (1) of Section 15 of the Tamil Nadu Highways Act, 2001 (Tamil Nadu Act 34 of 2002) the Governor of Tamil Nadu hereby acquires the lands specifi ed in the schedule below measuring an extent of 5549.5 Square Meters to the same, a little more or less needed for Highways, Projects Division, purpose wit, for the construction of Road Over Bridge Branching off from Km 68/4 of Krishnagiri – Ranipet Road (NH-48) to Asanampattu at Railway Km 182/10-11 Between Ambur to Vaniyambadi Railway Stations.
The Plan of land is kept in the offi ce of the Special District Revenue Offi cer, Land Acquisition and Management, Vellore District, may be inspected on any day during offi ce hours.

The Government of Tamil Nadu having been satisfied that the lands specified in the Schedule below are to be acquired for highways purpose to wit to the Construction of Road Over Bridge at Railway Km 453/7-9 at Km 8/4 of the road branching from km 20/6 of Kamanaickenpalayam road to Vadukankalipalayam road in lieu of existing LC.No.135 at Railway Km 453/11-13 in between Vanjipalayam and Somanur Railway Stations in Semmandampalayam Village, Sulur Taluk of Coimbatore District and it having already been decided that the amount of compensation to be awarded for the lands is to be paid out of the funds controlled or managed by Chief Engineer, Projects Chennai. The following notice is issued under sub-section (1) of Section 15 of the Tamil Nadu Highways Act, 2001 (Tamil Nadu Act 34 of 2002).
NOTICE
Under sub – Section (1) of section 15 of the Tamil Nadu Highways Act, 2001(Tamil Nadu Act 34 of 2002), the Governor of Tamil Nadu, hereby acquires the lands specified in the schedule below measuring an extent of 4774 Sq. mtrs., to the same, a little more or less needed for highways purpose wit, for the Construction of Road Over Bridge at Railways Km 453/7-9 at Km 8/4 of the road branching from km 20/6 of Kamanaickenpalayam road to Vadukankalipalayam road in lieu of existing LC.No.135 at Railway Km 453/11-13 in between Vanjipalayam and Somanur Railway Stations in Semmandampalayam Village, Sulur Taluk of Coimbatore District.
