No.II(2)/LWSD/773/2024.—சென்னை, த மி ழ்ந ாடு நுகர்பொருள் வாணிபக் கழகம் என்ற நிர்வாகத்திற்கும் தமிழ்நாடு நுகர்ெ பாருள் வாணிபக் கழக ஜனநாயக அங்காடிகள் சுமைதூக்குவோர் மற்றும் பொதுத் தொழிலாளர்கள் சங்கத்திற்குமிடையே தொழிற்தகராறு எழுந்துள்ளது என்று அரசு கருதுவதாலும்;
மேற்சொன்ன தொழிற்தகராறில் உள்ள கோரிக்கைகளில் கீழ்க்காணும் கோரிக்கை எண்கள் 3, 4 மற்றும் 5 (3 கோரிக்கைகள்) ஆகியவற்றை சென்னை, தொழிற் தீர்ப்பாயத்தின் தீர்வுற்காக அனுப்புவது அவசியமென்று தமிழ்நாடு ஆளுநர் அவர்கள் கருதுவதாலும்;

மேற்சொன்ன தொழிற்தகராறில் உள்ள கோரிக்கையை சென்னை, தொழிலாளர் நீதிமன்றத்தின் தீர்ப்பிற்கு அனுப்புவது அவசியமென்று தமிழ்நாடு ஆளுநர் அவர்கள் கருதுவதாலும்;

ஆகவே, தற்போது மேற்கூறிய சட்டத்தின் 3-ஆம் பிரிவைச் சேர்ந்த (1) ஆம் உட்பிரிவில் வழங்கப்பட்டுள்ள அதிகாரங்களின் படி, தமிழ்நாடு ஆளுநர் அவர்கள் மேற்கூறிய பழங்கால சின்னத்தினை பாதுகாக்கப்பட்ட நினைவுச் சின்னமாக அறிவிக்க தாம் கருதுவதாக குறிப்பிட்டு, இதற்கு இரண்டு மாத கால அவகாசம் அளிக்கிறார்.
இந்த அறிவிக்கை தமிழ்நாடு அரசிதழில் வெளியிடப்படும் நாள் முதல் அல்லது அதன் பிறகு 2 மாத காலம் முடிவடைந்த பின்னர் மேற்கூறிய கருத்துரு பரிசீலனைக்கு எடுத்துக் கொள்ளப்படும் என்று இதன் மூலம் அறிவிக்கை வழங்கப்படுகிறது. மேற்கூறிய நினைவுச் சின்னத்தில் பற்றுள்ள எவரிடமிருந்தும் 2 மாத காலம் முடிவடைவதற்கு முன்னர் வரப்பெறும் மறுப்புரைகள் அல்லது ஆலோசனைகள் எதனையும் தமிழ்நாடு அரசு கருதிப்பார்க்கும். மறுப்புரைகள் அல்லது ஆலோசனைகள் எவையேனும் இருப்பின் அவற்றை அரசு முதன்மைச் செயலாளர், சுற்றுலா, பண்பாடு மற்றும் அறநிலையங்கள் துறை, புனித செயின்ட் ஜார்ஜ் கோட்டை, தலைமைச் செயலகம், சென்னை - 600 009 என்ற முகவரிக்கு
அனுப்ப வேண்டும்.

NOW, THEREFORE, in exercise of powers conferred by sub-section (1) of Section 3 of the said Act, the Governor of Tamil Nadu hereby gives two months notice of the intention to declare the said ancient monuments to be protected monuments;
Notice is hereby given that the proposal will be taken into consideration on or after the expiry of two months from the date of publication of this Notification in the Tamil Nadu Government Gazette and that any objection or suggestion, which may be received with respect to thereof, from any person interested in the said ancient monuments before the expiry of the said period of two months will be considered by the Government of Tamil Nadu. Objections or Suggestions if any, should be addressed to the Principal Secretary to Government, Tourism, Culture and Religious Endowments Department, Fort St. George, Secretariat, Chennai – 600 009.

5. From the Deputy Secretary, Tamil Nadu Public Service Commission, letter No.751/RND-A2/2018, dated 03.05.2024.
3. In the letter third read above, the Director of Legal Studies has requested to identify the HI, HH, LD (OA), DF, AC categories of disabilities as suitable for the post of College Librarian in the Government Law Colleges. The request was placed in the Expert Committee meeting held on 27.06.2023 and the committee recommended the VI, LV, HI, HH, CP, LD (OA, OL), LC, AC, DF, Mud, ASD SLD, MI and MD categories of disabilities as suitable for the post of College Librarian in the Government Law Colleges.
4. In the letter fifth read above, the Deputy Secretary, Tamil Nadu Public Service Commission has stated that in the G.O. second read above, the Librarian post in Universities have only been identified but the post of College Librarian in the Government law Colleges in Tamil Nadu legal Educational Service has not been identified. As the notification for appointment to the post of College Librarian in the Government law Colleges is to be issued, the Deputy Secretary, Tamil Nadu Public Service Commission has requested the Government to identify the categories of disabilities suitable for the post.
5. Based on the recommendation of the Expert Committee and after careful examination, the Government hereby identify the following categories of disabilities as suitable for the post of Librarian in Government law Colleges in Tamil Nadu legal Educational Services:-

2. In the Government order second read above, orders were issued identifying the VI, LV, HH, HI, LD (OA, OL, OAOL), LC, AC, DF, Mud categories of Differently Abled Persons as suitable for the post of Librarian in Tamil Nadu Dr.Ambedkar Law University.
