In exercise of power conferred under sub-section (4) of the Section 32 of Tamil Nadu Town and Country Planning Act, 1971 (Tamil Nadu Act 35 of 1972) and exercise of powers confirmed by the G.O.Ms.No. 94 Housing and Urban Development (4-1) Department dated 12.06.2009 which has been published in Tamil Nadu Government Gazette No. 27 Part II—Section 2 dated 15.07.2009.

2. Land use zone conversion from Agricultural land use zone into Residential use zone ordered in G.O.(2D)No.293, Housing and Urban Development [UD4(1)] Department dated 18.07.2024 subject to conditions the following variation are made to the approved Master Plan of Coimbatore Local Planning Area under the said act and published in the G.O.Ms.No. 661 Housing and Urban Development [UD4(1)] dated 12.10.1994 notification No. II(2)/HOU/4377/94 at Page No 1078 of Part II—Section 2 of the Tamil Nadu Government Gazette dated 09.11.1994.

Variation

In the Approved Coimbatore Master Plan, under the heading permitted land use in various survey numbers of Coimbatore Local Planning Area, under heading in Chinnavedampatti DD Plan No-08 Page Nos. 284 the following S.F.Nos: 468/2B entries should be made.

Under the heading "Residential use zone" the expression S.F.No. 468/2B shall be added before S.F.No: 476.

Under the heading "Agricultural use zone" the expression S.F.Nos: 468 shall be deleted S.F.No: 468pt (Except 468/2B) shall be substituted.

Land use zone conversion from Agriculture use zone into Institutional land use zone ordered in G.O.(2D) No. 258, Housing and Urban Development [UD4(1)] Department dated 25.06.2024 subject to conditions the following variation are made to the approved Master Plan of Coimbatore Local Planning Area under the said act and published in the G.O.Ms.No. 661 Housing and Urban Development [UD4(1)] dated 12.10.1994 notification No II(2)/HOU/4377/94 at Page No 1078 of Part II—Section 2 of the Tamil Nadu Government Gazette dated 09.11.1994.

Variation

In the Approved Coimbatore Master Plan, under the heading permitted land use in various survey numbers of Coimbatore Local Planning Area, under heading in Agraharasamakulam, Page Nos. 313, 314 S.F.Nos: 422/2A, 423/1B, 423/2A and 424/1A2A1 the following entries should be made.

Under the heading "Educational (Institutional) the expression S.F.No. 422/2A, 423/1B, 423/2A and 424/1A2A1 shall be added as first entry.

Under the heading "Agricultural land use" the expression S.F.Nos: 416 to 427 shall be deleted. The expression 416 to 421, 422pt (Except 422/2A) 423pt (Except 423/1B, 423/2A) 424pt (Except 424/1A2A1) 425, 426, 427 shall be substituted.

Conditions:-

Variation to the Approved Salem Master Plan of the Salem Local Planning Area

1. In exercise of powers conferred by sub-section (4) of Section 32 of Tamil Nadu Town and Country Planning Act, 1971 (Tamil Nadu Act 35 of 1972), Land use zone conversion from Agricultural use Zone to Residential Use Zone is ordered in G.O.(2D). No.277, Housing and Urban Development [UD4(L. Re-1)] Department, dated:02.07.2024.

2. In exercise of powers delegated by the Government in G.O.(Ms).No.102, Housing and Urban Development [UD4(L.Re-1)] Department, dated:18.08.2021, the following variations are made to the approved Master Plan of Salem Local Planning Area approved in the G.O.(Ms).No.105, Housing and Urban Development [UD4(2)] Department, dated:22.03.2005 and published in Tamil Nadu Government Gazette Notification No. 14 at Page No. 168 of Part II—Section 2 of the Tamil Nadu Government Gazette dated.13.04.2005.

Variation

In the Approved Salem Master Plan, under the heading permitted Land use in survey numbers of Salem Local Planning Area, under heading V.No.51 KUMARASWAMIPATTI Village in Page No.72, the following entries of S.F.Nos. 36 to 44, 52 to 57 and 117 to 127 should be made accordingly.

Under the heading "AGRICULTURAL USE and under the sub-heading "AG-2", the expression S.F.No.36 to 44, 52 to 57, and 117 to 127 shall be deleted and the expressions are 36, 37p (Excluding 37/1, 37/2), 38p (Excluding 38/1A, 38/1B, 38/1C, 38/1D, 38/1E, 38/1F), 39 to 44, 52, 53p (Excluding 53/2, 53/3, 53/4,) 54p (Excluding 54/1, 54/2), 55, 56p (Excluding 56/2, 56/3), 57, 118p (Excluding 118/2), 119 to 127 shall be substituted.

After the heading "WATER BODIES", the following heading and expression shall be added.

"RESIDENTIAL USE:

S.F. Nos: 37/1, 37/2, 38/1A, 38/1B, 38/1C, 38/1D, 38/1E, 38/1F, 53/2, 53/3, 53/4, 54/1, 54/2, 56/2, 56/3,117, 118/2" Conditions:

G.O. (2D) No.277, Housing and Urban Development [UD4(L.Re.1)] Department, Dated:02.07.2024.

i. At the proposed site, a Low-Tension Electric Line passes through. As per Tamil Nadu Combined Development and Building Rules – 2019, Rule No-19, Non-Objection Certificate shall be obtained from the Tamil Nadu Generation and Distribution Corporation Limited, for shifting the electric lines.

ii. As per the Site Plan and Revenue documents like FMB map through the Proposed site old survey no.118/2, 117, 53/2, 53/4, 56/2 and 56/3. and 56/3 (New Ward-G, Block No.15, T.S.No.12/23 and Block No.19. T. S.No. 18/5, 20/2, 20/4, 26/2 & 26/3 there is a waterway (patta canal) in the Survey numbers. Development should be carried out by reroute changing the course of the waterway (Patta canal) within the boundary of the Proposed Site and maintaining the structure of this waterway in the Proposed Site. Also, appropriate procedures should be followed for development works carried out along water bodies.

iii. Within the Proposed site there is a private property (New Ward-G, Block No.19, T.S.No.21/6), access roads must be provided to the above Private land while you are developing it.

iv. Developments at the proposed site, should be in compliance with the Tamil Nadu Combined Development and Building Rules – 2019.

Variation to the Sanctioned Dharapuram Master Plan for the Dharapuram Local Planning Area

In exercise of the powers conferred under sub-section (4) of Section 32 of Tamil Nadu Town and Country Planning Act 1971 (Tamil Nadu Act 35 of 1972) and exercise of powers confirmed by the G.O.Ms. No.94 Housing and Urban Development [UD4(1)] Department dated 12.6.2009 which has been published in the Tamil Nadu Government Gazette No.27 Part II—Section 2, dated.15.07.2009.

2. Land use zone conversion from Agriculture use zone into Mixed Residential use zone ordered in G.O(2D) No.323 Housing and Urban Development [UD.4(CLU-1)] Department dated 23.11.2023. The following variations are made to the Master Plan of Sanctioned Dharapuram Local Planning Authority under the said act and published in the G.O.Ms.No.230 Housing and Urban Development [UDIV(2)] dated 19.02.1991 notification No.18 at page 314 of Part II—Section 2 of the Tamil Nadu Government Gazette dated the 15th May 1991.

Draft Variations

In the Sanctioned Dharapuram master Plan under the heading permitted land use in various survey numbers of dharapuram local planning Area under heading in VI.AGRICULTURAL USE ZONE – USE ZONE-6, A2, Ward No:2, Block No:2, Page No:A19, the following entries should be made.

(i) Against the entry of 7 under A2, Ward No:2, Block No:2 under the heading VI.AGRICULTURAL USE ZONE – USE ZONE 6, the expression 7 shall be deleted after 6pt and 7pt (expect 7/1 and 7/3) shall be added.

(ii) Add TS No 7/1 and 7/3 in Ward No:2, Block No:2 under the heading MR of (b), MIXED RESIDENTIAL USE ZONE Ward No:2, Block No:7

No. 263/2024.—In exercise of the powers conferred under Section 11 of the Bharatiya Nagarik Suraksha Sanhita,2023 (Act No.46 of 2023), the High Court hereby appoints the following 1 Tahsildar and 7 Deputy Tahsildars in Thanjavur District as Special Judicial Magistrates, to undergo Magisterial Training for a period of 120 days, from the date of assumption of charge and confers upon them the ordinary powers conferable under this Code on a Judicial Magistrate to try such cases which were earlier triable and dealt with by an erstwhile Judicial Second Class Magistrate.
