WITHDRAWAL FROM ACQUISITION OF LANDS.
NOTICE UNDER SUB-SECTION (1) OF SECTION 4 OF THE TAMIL NADU ACQUISITION OF LAND FOR INDUSTRIAL PURPOSES ACT, 1997
(TAMIL NADU ACT 10 OF 1999)
[G.O. Ms. No. 96, Transport [I.1], 23rd August 2024, ஆவணி 7, குரோதி, திருவள்ளுவர் ஆண்டு-2055.] No. II(2)/TRA/785(b)/2024.
Under sub-section (1) of Section 4 of the Tamil Nadu Acquisition of Land for Industrial Purposes Act, 1997 (Tamil Nadu Act 10 of 1999) the Governor of Tamil Nadu hereby withdraws from Acquisition of the Land / Lands specified in the Schedule below in respect of which notice under sub-section (1) of section 3 was published by the Commissioner of Land Administration, Chepauk, Chennai – 5 in the Tamil Nadu Government Gazette No.435, dated 30.08.2022 and the Southern Railway, Chennai have also decided to withdraw the Acquisition Proceeding in their Letter No. Deputy Chief Engineer, Buildings, Parktown, Chennai-03. Letter No. Dy.CE/CN/MAS/KOK-ENR/4th line / D Dt. 04.05.2023. Hence the below mentioned 5th column total area of 98.5 Sq.mtrs. lands in the schedule are withdrawn from the land acquisition proceedings and physical of the Land / Lands which were not taken by Government or on behalf of the Government.
