மேற்சொன்ன தொழிற்தகராறில் உள்ள கோரிக்கையை சென்னை, தொழிற் தீர்ப்பாயத்தின் தீர்விற்கு அனுப்புவது அவசியமென்று தமிழ்நாடு ஆளுநர் அவர்கள் கருதுவதாலும்; 1947-ஆம் ஆண்டு தொழிற்தகராறுகள் சட்டத்தின் (மத்திய சட்டம் XIV/1947) 10(1)(c) பிரிவிலும், 10(1)(d) பிரிவின் வரம்பு நிபத்தனையிலும் வழங்கியுள்ள அதிகாரங்களைக் கொண்டு, இத்தகராறை கீழ்க்காணும் எழுவினாக்களுடன் சென்னை, தொழிற் தீர்ப்பாயத்தின் தீர்விற்கு அனுப்பப்பட வேண்டும் என்று தமிழ்நாடு ஆளுநர் அவர்கள் இதனால் ஆணையிடுகிறார்.

மேற்சொன்ன தொழிற்தகராறில் உள்ள கோரிக்கைகளில் கீழ்க்காணும் கோரிக்கை எண்கள் 1 மற்றும் 5 (பகுதி) (2 கோரிக்கைகள்) ஆகியவற்றை காஞ்சிபுரம், தொழிலாளர் நீதிமன்றத்தின் தீர்விற்காக அனுப்புவது அவசியமென்று தமிழ்நாடு ஆளுநர் அவர்கள் கருதுவதாலும்;
1947-ஆம் ஆண்டு தொழிற்தகராறுகள் சட்டத்தின் (மத்திய சட்டம் XIV/1947) 10(1)(C) பிரிவிலும், 10(1)(d) பிரிவின் வரம்பு நிபந்தனையிலும் வழங்கியுள்ள அதிகாரங்களைக் கொண்டு.
இத்தகராறை கீழ்க்காணும் எழுவினாக்களுடன், காஞ்சிபுரம், தொழிலாளர் நீதிமன்றத்தின் தீர்விற்காக அனுப்பப்பட வேண்டும் என்று தமிழ்நாடு ஆளுநர் அவர்கள் இதனால் ஆணையிடுகிறார்.

தொழிலாளர்களுக்கு ஹார்லிக்ஸ் மாதம் 2 எண்ணிக்கை, ஒரு டவல் மற்றும் ஒரு வருடத்திற்கு 4 ஜோடி சீருடைகள் வழங்க வேண்டுமென்ற தொழிற்சங்கத்தின் கோரிக்கை நியாயமானது தானா? ஆம் எனில் உரிய உத்தரவுகள் பிறப்பிக்கவும்.

காணும் கோரிக்கை எண்கள் 1, 2, 3, 4, 5, 6 மற்றும் 7 (7 கோரிக்கைகள்) ஆகியவற்றை சென்னை, தொழிலாளர் நீதிமன்றத்தின் தீர்விற்காக அனுப்புவது அவசியமென்று தமிழ்நாடு ஆளுநர் அவர்கள் கருதுவதாலும்; இந்நிகழ்வினைப் பொறுத்து 1947-ஆம் ஆண்டு தொழிற்தகராறுகள் சட்டத்தின் (மத்திய சட்டம் XIV/1947) 10(1)(c) பிரிவிலும், 10(1)(d) பிரிவின் வரம்பு நிபந்தனையிலும் வழங்கியுள்ள அதிகாரங்களைக் கொண்டு, மேற்சொன்ன தகராறு, சென்னை. தொழிலாளர் நீதிமன்றத்தின் தீர்விற்காக அனுப்பப்பட வேண்டும் என்று தமிழ்நாடு ஆளுநர் அவர்கள் இதனால் ஆணையிடுகிறார் மேலும், 1947-ஆம் ஆண்டு தொழிற்தகராறுகள் சட்டத்தின் 10(2A) பிரிவின் கீழ், இந்த ஆணையைப் பெற்றுக்கொண்ட நாளிலிருந்து மூன்று மாதங்களுக்குள் தீர்ப்பு அளிக்குமாறு சென்னை, தொழிலாளர் நீதிமன்றம் கேட்டுக் கொள்ளப்படுகிறது.

தற்போது அளித்துவரும் சம்பளத்தில் DA வழங்கவில்லை என்பதால் தொழிலாளர்களுக்கும் FDA-வாக தலா ரூ.3000/- அளிக்க வேண்டும். அனைத்து தொழிலாளர்களுக்கும் VDA-வாக 1982-ம் ஆண்டை அடிப்படையாகக் கொண்டு 800 புள்ளிகளுக்கு மேல் உயரும் ஒவ்வொரு புள்ளிகளுக்கும் தலா ரூ.5/- கணக்கிட்டு மாதாமாதம் வழங்க வேண்டும் என்ற கோரிக்கை நியாயம் தானா? ஆம் எனில் உரிய உத்தரவு பிறப்பிக்கவும்.

அனைத்து தொழிலாளர்களுக்கும் தற்போது அளித்து வரும் கன்வேயன்ஸ் அலவன்சில் தலா 25% உயர்த்தி வழங்க வேண்டும் என்ற கோரிக்கை நியாயம் தானா? ஆம் எனில் உரிய உத்தரவு பிறப்பிக்கவும்.

அனைத்து தொழிலாளர்களுக்கும் தற்போது அளித்துவரும் HRA வில் தலா 25% உயர்த்தி வழங்க வேண்டும் என்ற கோரிக்கை நியாயம் தானா? ஆம் எனில் உரிய உத்தரவு பிறப்பிக்கவும்.

அனைத்து தொழிலாளர்களுக்கும் தற்போது அளித்துவரும் மெடிக்கல் அலவன்ஸில் தலா 10 % உயர்த்தி வழங்க வேண்டும் என்ற கோரிக்கை நியாயம் தானா? ஆம் எனில் உரிய உத்தரவு பிறப்பிக்கவும்.
