No. II(2)/CTR/933/2024.—In exercise of the powers conferred by clause (b) of sub-section (1) of section 9 of the Indian Stamp Act, 1899 (Central Act II of 1899), the Governor of Tamil Nadu hereby provides for the payment of consolidated stamp duty of Rs.40,00,000/- (Rupees Forty Lakh Only) chargeable under the said Act in respect of issue of insurance policies by the Life Insurance Corportation of India, New Business Department, Salem for the period from 01.07.2024 to 30.09.2024.

No. II(2)/LWSD/944/2024.— In exercise of the powers conferred by section 27 of the Minimum Wages Act, 1948 (Central Act XI of 1948) the Governor of Tamil Nadu hereby makes the following amendment to Part – I of the Schedule to the said Act, the intention to do so having been previously published as required by the said section of the said Act.
Amendment.
In the said Act, in the Schedule, in Part – I, after the expression "94. Employment in Home Textiles, that is to say, Bed room Textiles, Bath room Textiles, Living room Textiles, Decorative Textiles, Kitchen Textiles and the like items", the No.II(2)/LWSD/945/2024.— In exercise of the powers conferred by clause (b) of sub-section (1) of Section 3 and sub-section (2) of Section 5 of the Minimum Wages Act, 1948 (Central Act XI of 1948) and in supersession of the Labour and Employment Department Notification No. II(2)/LE/487/2019 published at pages 551 to 554 of Part II-Section 2 of the Tamil Nadu Government Gazette, dated the 26th June 2019, the Governor of Tamil Nadu, after consultation with the Advisory Board, hereby revises the minimum rates of wages payable to the classes of employees in the Employment in Food Processing Industry in the State of Tamil Nadu as specified in column (1) of the Schedule below, as specified in the corresponding entries in columns (2) and (3) thereof, the draft of the same having been previously583 Oct. 2, 2024] TAMIL NADU GOVERNMENT GAZETTE published as required by clause (b) of Sub-section (1) of

(2) Dearness Allowance.- In addition to the minimum rates of basic wages fixed above the employees shall be paid dearness allowance as indicated below:-
(i) The dearness allowance is linked to the Average Chennai City Consumer Price Index for the year 2010, that is 161 points (with base 2001=100) and for every raise of one point over and above 161 points, an increase of Rs.44.65 (Rupees Forty four and Paise Sixty five only) per month shall be paid as dearness allowance.
(ii) The dearness allowance shall be calculated on the first April of every year on the basis of the average of the indices for the preceding twelve months, that is from January to December.
(iii) The first calculation shall be effective from the date of publication of this Notification in the Tamil Nadu Government Gazette based on the Average Chennai City Consumer Price Index Number for the previous year.
(3) (i) To arrive at the daily rate of wages, the monthly rate of wages shall be divided by 26.
(ii) To arrive at the monthly rate of wages, the daily rate of wages shall be multiplied by 30.
(4) Where the nature of work is the same, no distinction in the payment of wages shall be made in the case of male and female employees.
(5) Wherever the existing wages are higher than the minimum wages fixed herein, the existing wages shall be continued to be paid.
Explanations.- (1) Dearness Allowance.- In addition to the minimum rates of basic wages fixed above, the employees shall be paid dearness allowance as indicated below:-
(i) The dearness allowance is linked to the Average Chennai City Consumer Price Index Number for the year 2010, that is 161 points (with base 2001=100) and for every raise of one point over and above 161 points, an increase of Rs.3.04 (Rupees Three and Four paise) per day shall be paid as dearness allowance.

Revision of minimum rates of wages for the employment
Act, 1948 (Central Act XI of 1948) and in supersession in Aerated Water Manufactory under the Act. of the Labour and Employment Department Notification [G.O. (2D) No. 75, Labour Welfare and Skill Development No.II(2)/LE/562/2019 published at pages 664 - 665 of Part II–Section 2 of the Tamil Nadu Government Gazette, dated the 10th July 2019, the Governor of Tamil Nadu, after consultation with the Advisory Board, hereby revises the minimum rates of wages payable to the classes of employees in the employment in Neera Tapping in the State of Tamil Nadu specified in column (2) of the Schedule below, as specified in the corresponding entries in column (3) thereof, the draft of the same having been previously published as required by clause (b) of sub-section (1) of Section 5 of the said Act.

No. II(2)/LWSD/947/2024.— In exercise of the powers conferred by clause (b) of sub-section (1) of Section 3 and sub-section (2) of Section 5 of the Minimum Wages Act, 1948 (Central Act XI of 1948) and in supersession of the Labour and Employment Department Notification No.II(2)/LE/97/2019, published at pages 114 and 115 of Part II–Section 2 of the Tamil Nadu Government Gazette, dated the 23rd JanuaryTAMIL NADU GOVERNMENT GAZETTE [Part II—Sec. 2 586 2019, the Governor of Tamil Nadu, after consultation with (2) thereof, the draft of the same having been previously the Advisory Board, hereby revises the minimum rates published as required by clause (b) of sub-section (1) of of wages payable to the classes of employees in the Section 5 of the said Act.

2. This Notification shall come into force with effect of Tamil Nadu specified in column (1) of the Schedule
on and from the date of its publication in the Tamil Nadu below, as specified in the corresponding entries in column

(i) The dearness allowance is linked to the Average Chennai City Consumer Price Index for the year 2010, that is, 161 points (with base 2001=100) and for every raise of one point over and above 161 points, Rs.38.45 (Rupees thirty eight and paise forty five only) per month shall be paid as dearness allowance.
(ii) The dearness allowance shall be calculated from the first April of every year on the basis of the average of the consumer price indices of the preceding twelve months, that is, from January to December.
(iii) The first calculation of dearness allowance shall be effective from the date of publication of this Notification in the Tamil Nadu Government Gazette based on the Average Chennai City Consumer Price Index Number of the previous year.
(3) Where the nature of work is the same, no distinction in the payment of wages shall be made in the case of men and women employees.
(4) (i) To arrive at daily wages, the monthly wages shall be divided by 26.
(ii) To arrive at monthly wages, the daily wages
shall be multiplied by 30.
(5) Wherever the existing wages are higher than the minimum wages fixed herein, the existing wages shall be continued to be paid.

மேலும், 1947-ஆம் ஆண்டு தொழிற்தகராறுகள் சட்டத்தின் 10(2A) பிரிவின் கீழ், இந்த ஆணையைப் பெற்றுக்கொண்ட நாளிலிருந்து மூன்று மாதங்களுக்குள் தீர்ப்பு அளிக்குமாறு சென்னை தொழிற்தீர்ப்பாயம் கேட்டுக்கொள்ளப்படுகிறது.

எதிர்மனுதாரர் கம்பெனியில் பணிபுரியும் தொழிலாளர்களுக்கு 09.09.2015 அன்று அளிக்கப்பட்ட பொதுக் கோரிக்கையில் அடிப்படை சம்பள சிலாப்பில் உள்ள ஆண்டு ஊதிய உயர்வில் தலா ரூ.500 /- உயர்த்தி கீழ் குறிப்பிட்டுள்ள கிரேடில் உள்ள தொழிலாளர்களுக்கு 2019 ஆம் ஆண்டு முதல் அடிப்படை சம்பளத்தில் ஆண்டு ஊதிய உயர்வாக அளிக்க வேண்டுமென்ற தொழிற்சங்கத்தின் கோரிக்கை நியாயம் தானா? ஆம் எனில் உரிய உத்தரவு பிறப்பிக்கவும்.

எதிர்மனுதாரர் கம்பெனியில் பணிபுரியும் தொழிலாளர்களில் யாருக்காவது திருமணம் நடைபெறும் போது அல்லது தொழிலாளர்களின் பிள்ளைகளுக்கு திருமணம் மற்றும் இதர சடங்கு நடைபெறும் போது சம்பந்தப்பட்ட தொழிலாளர்களுக்கு சம்பளத்துடன் கூடிய 10 நாள் விடுப்பு அளிக்க வேண்டும் என்ற தொழிற்சங்கத்தின் கோரிக்கை நியாயம் தானா? ஆம் எனில் உரிய உத்தரவு பிறப்பிக்கவும்.

அனைத்து தொழிலாளர்களுக்கும் ஆண்டுக்கு ஒருமுறை பொங்கல், தீபாவளி, கிறிஸ்துமஸ் மற்றும் ரம்ஜான் ஆகிய ஏதாவது ஒரு பண்டிகைக்கு பண்டிகை கால முன்பணமாக ஒவ்வொரு தொழிலாளிக்கும் தலா ஒரு மாத மொத்த சம்பளத்தை முன்பணமாக அளிக்க வேண்டுமென்றும், இந்த தொகையை 10 தவணைகளில் பிடித்தம் செய்து கொள்ள வேண்டுமென்ற தொழிற்சங்கத்தின் கோரிக்கை நியாயம் தானா? ஆம் எனில் உரிய உத்தரவு பிறப்பிக்கவும்.

அனைத்து தொழிலாளர்களுக்கும் தற்போது ஒவ்வொரு வருடமும் 2 செட் யூனிபார்ம் அளித்து வருவதை உயர்த்தி 5 செட்டாக வழங்க வேண்டும் என்றும். வாஷிங் அலவன்சாக ரூ.1000/- வழங்க வேண்டுமென்றும், தரமான லிபர்ட்டி ஷீ 3 செட்டும், சாக்ஸ் 5 செட்டும் அளிக்க வேண்டுமென்றும், அனைத்து தொழிலாளர்களும் பயன்படுத்தும் வகையில் டர்க்கி டவல் தலா 5 அளிக்க வேண்டும் என்றும், தொழிலாளர்கள் உடை மாற்றும் அறையில் தரமான லாக்கர் வசதி செய்து கொடுக்க வேண்டும் என்றும், மேலும் தொழிலாளர்களுக்கு உடல்நிலை பாதிக்கப்பட்டாலோ அல்லது வேறு ஏதாவது காரணத்தினாலோ ஓய்வு எடுக்க தரமான ஓய்வறை அமைத்து கொடுக்க வேண்டுமென்ற தொழிற்சங்கத்தின் கோரிக்கை நியாயம் தானா? ஆம் எனில் உரிய உத்தரவு பிறப்பிக்கவும்.

எதிர்மனுதாரர் கம்பெனியில் பணிபுரியும் தொழிலாளர்களில் யாராவது இறந்துவிட்டால் அவர்களுக்கு ஈமச்சடங்கு செய்ய ஈமச்சடங்கு நிதியாக ரூ.50,000/- உடனடியாக வழங்கிட வேண்டும் என்றும், நிவாரண நிதியாக அனைத்து தொழிலாளர்கள், நிர்வாக அதிகாரிகள் மற்றும் ஊழியர்களுடைய சம்பளத்தில் ஒரு நாள் சம்பளம் பிடித்தம் செய்து அதற்கு ஈடான தொகையை நிர்வாகம் அளித்து இறந்த தொழிலாளர்கள் குடும்பத்திற்கு அளிக்க வேண்டுமென்றும், அந்த தொகையை ரூ.25,00,000/- ற்கு குறைவாக இருந்தால் அதை ஈடு செய்யும் பாக்கி தொகையையும் நிர்வாகம் கூடுதலாக போட்டு ரூ.25,00,000/- அளிக்க வேண்டுமென்ற தொழிற்சங்கத்தின் கோரிக்கை நியாயம் தானா? ஆம் எனில் உரிய உத்தரவு பிறப்பிக்கவும்.

[அரசாணை (டி) எண். 680, தொழிலாளர் நலன் மற்றும் திறன் மேம்பாட்டு (பி2)த் துறை, 10 செப்டம்பர் 2024, ஆவணி 25, குரோதி, திருவள்ளுவர் ஆண்டு-2055.] No.II(2)/LWSD/965/2024.—நிர்வாகம், தமிழ்நாடு அரசு போக்குவரத்து கழகம் (விழுப்புரம்) லிட்., வேலூர் மண்டலம் என்ற நிர்வாகத்திற்கும், வடஆற்காடு மாவட்ட பொது தொழிலாளர் சம்மேளனம் என்ற தொழிற்சங்கத்திற்குமிடையே தொழிற்தகராறு எழுந்துள்ளது என்று அரசு கருதுவதாலும்; இத்தொழிற்தகராறை பின்வரும் எழுவினாவுடன் வேலூர் தொழிலாளர் நீதிமன்றத்தின் தீர்ப்புக்காக அனுப்புவது அவசியமென்று தமிழ்நாடு ஆளுநர் அவர்கள் கருதுவதாலும்; 1947 ஆம் ஆண்டு தொழிற்தகராறுகள் சட்டத்தின் (மத்திய சட்டம் XIV / 1947) 10 (1) (c) பிரிவிலும், 10 (1) (d) பிரிவின் வரம்பு நிபந்தனையிலும் வழங்கியுள்ள அதிகாரங்களைக் கொண்டு தமிழ்நாடு ஆளுநர் அவர்கள், மேற்சொன்ன தொழிற்தகராறு, வேலூர், தொழிலாளர் நீதிமன்றத் தீர்விற்கு அனுப்பப்பட வேண்டும் என்று இதனால் ஆணையிடுகிறார்.

திரு. ஆர். தமிழ்செல்வன், நடத்துநர் பணி எண்.71803 என்பவருக்கு வருடாந்திர ஊதிய உயர்வினை மூன்று வருடத்திற்கு பின்தொடர்ச்சியுடன் தள்ளி நிர்வாகம் பிறப்பித்த குறிப்பாணை எண்:196600/ச5/த.அ.போ.க.(வி)லிட்/வே.ம/2021, நாள்.25.03.2022 என்ற இறுதியாணையை ரத்து செய்தும், தற்காலிக பணிநீக்க காலத்தை தகுதிக்கேற்ற விடுப்பாக கருதவும் என்ற இறுதியாணையை இரத்து செய்ய கோரும் தொழிற்சங்கத்தின் கோரிக்கை நியாயமானது தானா? ஆம் எனில் உரிய உத்தரவுகள் பிறப்பிக்கவும்.

R. சிறும்பண்ணன், ஓட்டுநருக்கு (பணி எண். 5797/97DR2034) நிர்வாகம், த.ந.அ.போ.க./கும்ப/கரூர்/DS/ D1/5413/2018, நாள் 23-11-2018-ம் தேதியிட்ட உத்தரவு மூலம் ஊதிய உயர்வினை மூன்று மாதம் திரண்ட பயனின்றி நிறுத்தம் செய்த உத்தரவினை ரத்து செய்வதுடன் 01.05.2020 அன்று வழங்கப்பட வேண்டிய வருடாந்திர ஊதிய உயர்வினை மீண்டும் அதே தேதியில் வழங்க வேண்டும் என்ற தொழிற்சங்கத்தின் கோரிக்கை நியாயமானதா? ஆம் எனில் உரிய உத்தரவுகள் பிறப்பிக்கவும்.

II(2)/SWWE/243 (d-3/2022 under Part II—Section 2, நாள் 18.04.2022-இன் மூலம் [G.O.Ms.No. 112, Municipal Administration and Water மாற்றியமைக்கப்பட்ட நீலகிரி மாவட்ட குழந்தை நலக் குழுவின் Supply (MA-5(1), 4th September 2024, ஆவணி 19, குரோதி, திருவள்ளுவர் ஆண்டு–2055.] 1998-ஆம் ஆண்டைய தமிழ்நாடு நகர்ப்புர உள்ளாட்சி அமைப்புகள் சட்டம், (தமிழ்நாடு சட்டம் 9, 1999) பிரிவு 118 இன் உட்பிரிவு (2)-இன்கீழ் அளிக்கப்பட்டுள்ள அதிகாரங்களின்படி, தமிழ்நாடு ஆளுநர், தமிழ்நாடு அரசிதழில் இந்த அறிவிப்பு பிரசுரம் செய்யப்பட்ட தேதியிலிருந்து இராமநாதபுரம் மாவட்டம், கீழக்கரை வட்டம், கீழக்கரை நகராட்சி, கீழக்கரை கிராமத்தின் கட்டுப்பாட்டிலிருந்து கீழே உள்ள அட்டவணையில் குறிப்பிட்டுள்ள, சற்று கூடுதலாகவோ அல்லது குறைவாகவோ உள்ள மொத்த பரப்பளவை கீழக்கரை நகராட்சியின் கட்டுப்பாட்டில் இருந்து விடுவிக்கப்பட்டுள்ளதாக இதன் மூலம் அறிவிக்கிறார்.
தலைவர் மற்றும் 4 உறுப்பினர்களை நீக்கம் செய்வதுடன், நீலகிரி மாவட்ட குழந்தை நலக் குழுவினை கலைத்தும் அரசு ஆணையிடுகிறது.
5. மேலும், நீலகிரி மாவட்ட குழந்தை நலக் குழுவின் தலைவர் மற்றும் உறுப்பினர்களின் பொறுப்புகளை கவனிக்க கூடுதல் பொறுப்பு வழங்குவதற்கு உரிய நடவடிக்கைகளை மேற்கொள்ளுமாறு குழந்தைகள் நலன் மற்றும் சிறப்பு சேவைகள் துறை இயக்குநர் அறிவுறுத்தப்படுகிறார்.
