புரட்டாசி 4, குரோதி, திருவள்ளுவர் ஆண்டு–2055.] No. II(2)/HO/972/2024.—Under section 6 of the Delhi Special Police Establishment Act, 1946 (Central Act 25 of 1946), the Governor of Tamil Nadu hereby accords consent to the extension of the powers and jurisdiction of members of the Delhi Special Police Establishment in the whole of the State of Tamil Nadu for registration of a case under section 120-B read with sections 420, 467, 468 and 471 of the Indian Penal Code and section 13(2) read with section 13(1)(a) of the Prevention of Corruption Act, 1988 (Central Act 49 of 1988) and its investigation against Thiru. M. Raja, Director, M/s Kaizen International Lines, Tuticorin District, Tamil Nadu.
AND WHEREAS, the movable property specified in the Schedule to this Order is alleged to have been procured by the said financial establishment from and out of the deposits collected from the depositors;

AND WHEREAS, the Government are satisfied that the said financial establishment is not likely to return the deposits to the depositors and hence, the Government have to protect the interests of such depositors;

The Competent Authority and District Revenue Officer, Tiruchirappalli District is requested to pursue further action in accordance with the procedure laid down in sub-sections (3) and (4) of section 4 of the said Act and also the formalities prescribed in the Tamil Nadu Protection of Interests of Depositors (in Financiai Establishments) Rules, 1997.

The Special Government Pleader, Special Court for the Tamil Nadu Protection of Interests of Depositors (in Financial Establishments) Act, 1997, Madurai, is requested to render necessary assistance to the Competent Authority and District Revenue Officer, Tiruchirappalli District in filing the application before the Special Court constituted under the said Act. No. II(2)/LWSD/978/2024.—WHEREAS, the Governor of Tamil Nadu is satisfied that the public interest requires that the "Catering Industry who are manufacturing packed meals and providing in flight catering services to Airlines" should be declared as public utility service for the purposes of the Industrial Disputes Act, 1947 (Central Act XIV of 1947);
NOW, THEREFORE, in exercise of the powers conferred by sub-clause (vi) of clause (n) of Section 2 of the said Act, the Governor of Tamil Nadu hereby declares the "Catering Industry who are manufacturing packed meals and providing in flight catering services to Airlines" to be a public utility service for the No. II(2)/LWSD/980/2024.— In exercise of the powers conferred by clause (b) of sub-section (1) of Section 3 and sub-section (2) of Section 5 of the Minimum Wages Act, 1948 (Central Act XI of 1948) and in supersession of the Labour and Employment Department Notification No. II(2)/LE/602/2019 published at pages 705 to 707 of Part II-Section 2 of the Tamil Nadu Government Gazette, dated the 24th July 2019, the Governor of Tamil Nadu, after consultation with the Advisory Board, hereby revises the minimum rates of wages payable to the classes of employees in the Employment in Cooking Food in the State of Tamil Nadu specified in column (1) of the Schedule below, as specified in the corresponding entries in columns (2) thereof, the draft of the same having been previously published as required by clause (b) of sub-section (1) of Section 5 of the said Act. 2. This Notification shall come into force with effect on and from the date of its publication in the Tamil Nadu Government Gazette.

Explanations.- (1) Classification of Zones: - Zones
A, B, C and D shall comprise the following areas:-
(1) Zone-A: All Corporations.
(2) Zone-B : All type of Municipalities.
(3) Zone-C : Townships, Contonments and Town Panchayats.
(4) Zone-D : Village Panchayats and other areas not covered under Zones A, B and C. (2) Dearness Allowance: In addition to the minimum rates of basic wages fixed above, the employees shall be paid dearness allowance as indicated below:
(i) The dearness allowance is linked to the Average Chennai City Consumer Price Index Number of the year 2010, (i.e) 161 points (with base year 2001 =100) and for every raise of one point over and above 161 points, an increase of Rs.60.95 (Rupees sixty and ninety five paise only) per month shall be paid as dearness allowance.
(ii) The dearness allowance shall be calculated every year on the first April on the basis of the average of indices of the preceding twelve months, that is, from January to December.
(iii) The first calculation of the dearness allowance shall, thus, be effective from the date of publication of this notification in the Tamil Nadu Government Gazette, based on the Average Chennai City Consumer Price Index Number for the previous year.
(3) Where the nature of work is the same, no distinction in the payment of wages shall be made between men and women employees.
(4) (i) To arrive at daily wages, the monthly wages shall be divided by 26.

[அரசாணை (டி) எண். 720, தொழிலாளர் நலன் மற்றும் திறன் மேம்பாட்டு (பி1)த் துறை, 20 செப்டம்பர் 2024, புரட்டாசி 4, குரோதி, திருவள்ளுவர் ஆண்டு-2055.] No.II(2)/LWSD/984/2024.—தமிழ்நாடு அரசு போக்குவரத்துக் கழகம் (திலி) லிமிடெட், திருநெல்வேலி என்ற நிர்வாகத்திற்கும் தமிழ்நாடு அரசு போக்குவரத்து கழகங்களின் தொழிலாளர் சம்மேளனம், திருநெல்வேலி என்ற தொழிற்சங்கத்திற்குமிடையே தொழிற்தகராறு எழுந்துள்ளது என்று அரசு கருதுவதாலும்; இத்தொழிற்தகராறை பின்வரும் எழுவினாவுடன் திருநெல்வேலி தொழிலாளர் நீதிமன்றத்தின் தீர்ப்புக்காக அனுப்புவது அவசியமென்று தமிழ்நாடு ஆளுநர் அவர்கள் கருதுவதாலும்; 1947 ஆம் ஆண்டு தொழிற் தகராறுகள் சட்டத்தின் (மத்திய சட்டம் XIV / 1947) 10 (1) (c) பிரிவிலும், 10 (1) (d) பிரிவின் வரம்பு நிபந்தனையிலும் வழங்கியுள்ள அதிகாரங்களைக் கொண்டு தமிழ்நாடு ஆளுநர் அவர்கள், மேற்சொன்ன தொழிற்தகராறு, திருநெல்வேலி, தொழிலாளர் நீதிமன்றத் தீர்விற்கு அனுப்பப்பட வேண்டும் என்று இதனால் ஆணையிடுகிறார்.

S. வெங்கடாசலம், ஓட்டுநர் (பணி எண்.7887) என்பவருக்கு நிர்வாகத்தின் அலுவலக ஆணை எண். டி.3532/ச07/ஓநபி/த.நா.அ.போ.க./திலி/2021, நாள். 31.12.2022-ன்படி அவர் வகித்து வரும் பதவியில் இரண்டு நிலை குறைத்தும், அதன் ஆரம்ப நிலைக்கு கொண்டு சென்றும் வழங்கப்பட்ட தண்டனையை ரத்து செய்து உத்தரவிடவும், தற்காலிக வேலை நீக்க நாட்களை பணி நாட்களாக வரைமுறைப்படுத்தி பின் சம்பளத்துடன் வழங்கிட வேண்டும் என்ற தொழிற்சங்கத்தின் கோரிக்கை நியாயமானது தானா? ஆம் எனில் உரிய உத்தரவுகள் பிறப்பிக்கவும்.
