ACQUISITION OF LANDS IN KARUR DISTRICT

Preliminary Notification

Whereas it appears to the appropriate Government has given Administrative sanction that a total of Hec. 2.38.50 ares of land is required in S.F.No.969, Aravakurichi Villages in Aravakurichi Taluk of Karur District to construct Aravakurichi Arts and Science College by Right to Fair Compensation and Transparency in land Acquisition, Rehabilitation and Resettlement Act, 2013 where it is applied.

The requesting department has not enter upon into the above lands. The Revenue Divisional Officer, Karur has been appointed as Rehabilitation and Resettlement Officer.

There it is notified that for the above said scheme in S.F.No.969, Aravakurichi Village of Aravakurichi Taluk in Karur district extent Hec. 2.38.50 Areas the details of which are specified in the schedule below are under acquisition.

VI-1 Ex. (328)—12 TAMIL NADU GOVERNMENT GAZETTE EXTRAORDINARY This Notification is made under sub-division (1) of section 11 of the Right to Fair Compensation and Transparency in Land Acquisition Rehabilitation and Resettlement Act, 2013 (Central Act 30 of 2013), to all whom it may concern.

The Land Plan schedule of the Scheme may be inspected in the (1) Collector Office, Karur. (2) Revenue Divisional Office, Karur, (3) Taluk Office, Aravakurichi and (4) O/o. Block Development Officer, Aravakurichi on any Working day during the working hours.

The Government is pleased to authorize Director of Collegiate Education, Chennai and Tahsildar, Aravakurichi and his staff to enter upon a survey land, take levels of any land, dig or bore into the sub-soil and do all other acts required for the proper execution of their work as provided and specified in section 12 of the said Act. Under sub-section (4) of section 11 of the said Act, no person shall make any transaction or cause any transaction of land i.e sale/purchase, etc. or create any encumbrances on such land for the date of publication of the notification in the Tamil Nadu Government Gazette without prior approval of the Collector.

Objections to the land acquisition if any, may be filed by the person interested within 60 (sixty) days from the date of publication of this notification in the Tamil Nadu Government Gazette as provided under section 15 of the said Act before the Collector Karur.

அரசாணை (நிலை) எண்.173, உயர்கல்வி (டி1)த் துறை நாள்.26.09.2024-ன்படி, கரூர் மாவட்டம், அரவக்குறிச்சி வட்டம், அரவக்குறிச்சி கிராமத்தில் அரசு கலை மற்றும் அறிவியல் கல்லூரி அமைக்கப்படவுள்ளது. அரவக்குறிச்சி கிராமத்தில் மேற்படி கல்லூரி அமைப்பதற்காக வக்ஃபு வாரியத்திற்கு சொந்தமான புல எண்.969 ல் ஹெக் 2.38.50 ஏர்ஸ் நிலமானது, நிலம் கையப்படுத்துதலில், நியாயமான சரியீடு மற்றும் ஒளிவு மறைவின்மை, மறுவாழ்வு மற்றும் மறுகுடியமர்வு உரிமைச்சட்டம் 2013-ன் படி (Right to Fair Compensation and Transparency in Land Acquisition, Rehabilitation and Resettlement Act, 2013) கையகப்படுத்தவும் நிர்வாக அனுமதி மற்றும் நிதி ஒதுக்கீடு வழங்கி ஆணையிடப்பட்டுள்ளது.

பிரஸ்தாப நிலங்களில் கேட்பு துறையினரால் முன்நுழைவு செய்யப்படவில்லை. மறுவாழ்வு மற்றும் மறுகுடியமர்வு நிர்வாகியாக கரூர் வருவாய் கோட்டாட்சியர் நியமனம் செய்யப்பட்டுள்ளார்.

ஆகவே, கரூர் மாவட்டம், அரவக்குறிச்சி வட்டம், அரவக்குறிச்சி கிராமத்தில் அரசு கலை மற்றும் அறிவியல் கல்லூரி அமைப்பதற்காக அரவக்குறிச்சி வட்டம், அரவக்குறிச்சி கிராமம், புல எண்.969ல் ஹெக்2.38.50ஏர்ஸ் கையகம் செய்யப்பட உள்ளது என அறிவிக்கப்படுகிறது. அதன் விவரம் பின்வருமாறு

இந்த அறிவிக்கை 2013 ஆம் ஆண்டு நிலம் கையகப்படுத்துதலில் நியாயமான சரியீடு பெறுவதற்கும் மற்றும் ஒளிவுமறைவின்மைக்கும், மறுவாழ்வு மற்றும் மறுகுடியமர்விற்கான உரிமைச் சட்டத்தின் (மத்திய சட்டம் 30/2013, 11 (1) பிரிவின் கீழ் வழங்கப்பட்டிருக்கும் விதிமுறைகளின் கீழ் தொடர்புடைய அனைவருக்காகவும் வெளியிடப்படுகிறது.

இத்திட்டத்திற்கான நில திட்ட அட்டவணையினை (1) மாவட்ட ஆட்சியர் அலுவலகம், கரூர், (2) வருவாய் கோட்டாட்சியர் அலுவலகம், கரூர், (3) வட்டாட்சியர் அலுவலகம், அரவக்குறிச்சி மற்றும் (4) வட்டார வளர்ச்சி அலுவலர் அலுவலகம், அரவக்குறிச்சி ஆகிய அலுவலகங்களில் யாதொரு வேலை நாட்களில், வேலை நேரத்தில் பார்வையிடலாம்.

மேற்சொன்ன சட்டத்தின் 12 ஆம் பிரிவில் குறிப்பிடப்பட்டுள்ள மற்றும் வழங்கப்பட்டுள்ளவாறு நிலத்தில் நுழைதல் யாதொரு நிலங்களை அளவெடுத்தல், அடிமண்ணை தோண்டுதல் அல்லது ஆழ்துளையிடுதல் மற்றும் இது தொடர்பான அனைத்து செயல்களையும் முறையாக செயல்படுத்த கேட்பு துறையான இயக்குநர், கல்லூரி கல்வி இயக்ககம், சென்னை, வட்டாட்சியர், அரவக்குறிச்சி மற்றும் அவர்களது பணியாளருக்கு அதிகாரம் அளிக்கப்படுகிறது.

இச்சட்டத்தின் 11 (4) ஆம் பிரிவின் கீழ், யாதொரு நபரும் நிலத்தை விற்பனை செய்தல்/வாங்குதல் போன்ற யாதொரு பரிமாற்றங்களில் ஈடுபடுதல் அல்லது பரிமாற்றங்கள் செய்தல் அல்லது மாவட்ட ஆட்சியரின் முன் அங்கீகாரம் இன்றி இந்த அறிவிக்கை வெளியிடப்பட்ட நாளிலிருந்து யாதொரு வில்லங்கங்களையும் ஏற்படுத்த இயலாது.

நிலம் கையகப்படுத்துதல் தொடர்பான மறுப்புரை ஏதேனும் இருப்பின் இச்சட்டத்தின் 15-ஆம் பிரிவின் கீழ் தெரிவிக்கப்பட்டுள்ளவாறு இந்த அறிவிக்கை வெளியிடப்பட்ட நாளிலிருந்து 60 நாட்களுக்குள் (அறுபது நாட்களுக்குள்ளாக) பற்றுள்ளவர் அதனை, கரூர் மாவட்ட ஆட்சியர் அவர்களிடம் அளிக்கலாம்.
