Notification under the Tamil Nadu Agricultural Produce Marketing (Regulation) Act
Declaration of regulation of purchase and sale of the agriculture produces, "Red gram (whole), Black gram (whole),
Green gram (whole), Horse gram, Lab and Cow pea" in the notified areas of regulated markets under the control
of Erode market committee under the Act.

No. II(1)/AGFW/28/2024.—In exercise of the powers conferred by clause (d) of sub-section (1) of Section 9 of the Tamil Nadu Agricultural Produce Marketing (Regulation) Act, 1987 (Tamil Nadu Act 27 of 1989), the Governor of Tamil Nadu hereby declares to regulate the marketing of agricultural produces mentioned in column (2) of the TABLE below in the notified market areas of Erode market committee specified in column (3) of the TABLE given below. The intention to make such a declaration having been previously published with Agriculture Department Notification No.II(1)/AG/60/2008 published at pages 108-114 of Part II—Section 1 of the Tamil Nadu Government Gazette dated the 24th December 2008, as required by Section 3 of the said Act.

1987-ஆம் ஆண்டு தமிழ்நாடு வேளாண் விளைபொருள் விற்பனை (முறைப்படுத்துதல்) சட்டத்தின் (தமிழ்நாடு சட்டம் 27/1989) 3-ஆம் பிரிவுடன் படிக்கப்பட்ட மேற்படி சட்டத்தின் 9-ஆம் பிரிவைச் சேர்ந்த (1) உட்பிரிவின் (d)-பகுதியில் வழங்கப்பட்டுள்ள அதிகாரங்களைக் கொண்டு, தமிழ்நாட்டு ஆளுநர் அவர்கள். கீழ்க்காணும் அட்டவணையின் நெடும்பத்தி (4)-இல் குறிப்பிடப்பட்டுள்ள அறிவிக்கையிடப்பட்ட விற்பனைப் பகுதிகளில், கீழ்க்காணும் அட்டவணையின் நெடும்பத்தி(3)-இல் குறிப்பிடப்பட்டுள்ள வேளாண் விளைபொருட்கள் முறைப்படுத்தலை இதனால் உறுதிப்படுத்துகிறார். அவ்வாறு அறிவிப்பதற்கான நோக்கம் மேற்சொன்ன சட்டத்தின் 3-ஆம் பிரிவில் கோரியுள்ளவாறு 24.12.2008-ஆம் நாளிட்ட தமிழ்நாடு அரசிதழின் தமிழ்நாடு அரசிதழின் பாகம் II, பிரிவு 1-இல் 108 முதல் 114 வரையிலான பக்கங்களில் வேளாண்மைத் துறையின் II(1)/AG/60/2008-ஆம் எண் அறிவிக்கையில் ஏற்கனவே வெளியிடப்பட்டுள்ளது.

1987-ஆம் ஆண்டு தமிழ்நாடு வேளாண் விளைபொருள் வாணிப (முறைப்படுத்துதல்) சட்டத்தின் (தமிழ்நாடு சட்டம் 27/1989) 9-ஆம் பிரிவைச் சேர்ந்த (1) உட்பிரிவின் பகுதி (d)-யில் வழங்கப்பட்டுள்ள அதிகாரங்களைக் கொண்டு, தமிழ்நாட்டு ஆளுநர் அவர்கள். பாக்கு (முழுமையானது அல்லது உடைக்கப்பட்டது), மரவள்ளி கிழங்குகள், மரவள்ளி பட்டைகள், மரவள்ளி கிழங்கு மாவு, மரவள்ளிக் கிழங்கு மாவுச்சத்து மற்றும் வாழைக்காய் ஆகிய விளைபொருட்களின் விற்பனையை கீழ்க்காணும் அட்டவணையில் நெடும்பத்தி(2)-இல் குறிப்பிடப்பட்டுள்ள ஈரோடு விற்பனைக் குழுவின் அறிவிக்கையிடப்பட்ட அங்காடிப் பகுதிகளில் முறைப்படுத்தப்படுவதை இதனால் உறுதி செய்கிறார். அத்தகைய அறிவிப்பை வெளியிடுவதற்கான அவருடைய நோக்கம், மேற்சொன்ன சட்டத்தின் 3-ஆம் பிரிவில் கோரப்பட்டுள்ளவாறாக, 24.12.2008-ஆம் நாளிட்ட தமிழ்நாடு அரசிதழின் தமிழ்நாடு அரசிதழின் பாகம் II, பிரிவு 1-ன் 108 முதல் 114 வரையிலான பக்கங்களில் வேளியிடப்பட்ட வேளாண்மைத் துறையின் II(1)/AG/60/2008-ஆம் எண் அறிவிக்கையில் ஏற்கனவே வெளியிடப்பட்டுள்ளது.
