SBSB AND ASSOCIATES (MD 1064) Old No. H 43/1, New No. H 13, 5th Street, Anna Nagar East, Chennai-600 102, Tamil Nadu, as Auditors for auditing the accounts of the Tamil Nadu Pollution Control Board, Chennai, for the financial year 2024-2025.

No. II(2)/LWSD/1082/2024.—ln exercise of the powers conferred by sub-section (2) of Section 8 of the Factories Act, 1948 (Central Act LXIII of 1948) and in supersession of the Labour and Employment Department Notification No.II(2)/LE/47/2019, published at page 77 of Part II-Section 2, dated the 16th January 2019 and Notification No.II(2)/LE/119/2019, published at page 172 of Part II-Section 2, dated the 6th February 2019 of the Tamil Nadu Government Gazette, the Governor of Tamil Nadu hereby appoints Thiru S. Ananth, M.E., F.I.E., Director of Industrial Safety and Health, Government of Tamil Nadu as the Chief Inspector of Factories, under the said Act.
