The Government of Tamil Nadu having been satisfied that the lands specified in the Schedule below to be acquired for the Highways purpose of "Construction of Vehicular Underpass at the Junction of Mount Medavakkam Road & Southern Sector of Inner Ring Road near Madipakkam" and it having already been decided that the amount of compensation to be awarded for the lands are to be paid out of the funds controlled or managed by the Divisional Engineer (H), Chennai Metropolitan Development Plan, Division – IV, Chennai – 16. The following notice is issued under sub-section (1) of section 15 of the Tamil Nadu Highways Act.2001 (Tamil Nadu Act 34 of 2002).
NOTICE
Under sub–section (1) of section 15 of the Tamil Nadu Highways Act 2001(Tamil Nadu Act 34 of 2002) the Governor of Tamil Nadu hereby acquires the lands specified in the Schedule below measuring an extent of 1517 Sq.mtrs to the same a little more or less needed for the highways purpose of "Construction of Vehicular Underpass at the Junction of Mount Medavakkam Road & Southern Sector of Inner Ring Road near Madipakkam" in Alandur Village and Taluk of Chennai District.
The plan of the lands is kept in the office of the Special Tahsildar (LA), Unit-I, Guindy and the Special District Revenue Officer (LA), Highways, Chennai - 600 025 and may be inspected on any day during office hours.

The Government of Tamil Nadu having been satisfied that the land specified in the Schedule below is to be acquired for highways purposes to wit to the Widening of SH-115 Cheyyur - Vandavasi - Polur Road (From 43/800 Km to 45/000 Km) under Chennai - Kanyakumari Industrial Corridor Project in 176. Maruthadu-II (Addl. II) Village, Vandavasi Taluk, Tiruvannamalai District and it has already been decided that the amount of compensation to be awarded for the lands are to be paid out of the funds controlled or managed by the Divisional Engineer, Vandavasi (CKICP), Tamil Nadu. The following notice is issued under sub-section (1) of section 15 of the Tamil Nadu Highways Act.2001 (Tamil Nadu Act 34 of 2002).

The Government of Tamil Nadu having been satisfied that the lands specified in the Schedule below have to be acquired for Industrial Purposes, for the Formation of "Corridor - 3 - 47 - Navaloor Metro Station" and having already been decided that the entire amount of compensation to be awarded for the lands is to be paid out of the funds managed by the Chennai Metro Rail Ltd. The following notice is issued under sub-section (1) of Section 3 of the Tamil Nadu Acquisition of Land for Industrial Purposes Act, 1997 (Tamil Nadu Act, 10 of 1999).
NOTICE
Under sub-section (1) of Section 3 of the Tamil Nadu Acquisition of Land for Industrial Purposes Act, 1997 (Tamil Nadu Act 10 of 1999), the Governor of Tamil Nadu hereby acquires the land/lands specified in the Schedule below and measuring 105 Sq.mtrs., (or) 1130.22 Sq.ft., to the same, a little more or less needed for Industrial Purposes, to wit, for the Formation of "Corridor - 3 - 47 - Navaloor Metro Station".
The plans of the lands are kept in the Office of the Special District Revenue Officer (LA), Chennai Metro Rail Limited, Chennai which may be inspected during office hours.
