Variations to the Approved Thanjavur Master Plan for the Thanjavur Local Planning Area.

In exercise of the powers conferred by sub-section (4) of Section 32 of the Tamil Nadu Town and Country Planning Act 1971 (Tamil Nadu Act 35 of 1972) and also in exercise of powers conferred by Government order Ms. No: 94, Housing and Urban Development [UD(4)1] Department dated 12.06.2009 published in Tamil Nadu Government Gazette No: 27, Part II—Section 2, in Page No: 228 dated 15.07.2009, the following variations are made to the Master Plan for Thanjavur Local Planning Area Approved under the said Act and published in the Housing and Urban Development Department Notification at page No:879 of Part VI—Section 2 of Tamil Nadu Government Gazette dated 11th October 1995.

Variations

In the said Master Plan in the "LAND USE SCHEDULE" under the heading "Thanjavur Local Planning Area, Neelagiri Therku Thottam village "

i) Against the "Agricultural Dry use zone (AG-10) " S.F.No.11/1, 11/2 & 11/3A shall be deleted

ii) Against Commercial use (C-14) the S.F.No.11/1, 11/2 & 11/3A shall be added

Variation to the Approved Sirkali Master Plan for the Local Planning Area

(Roc. No. 872/2024/MD-2)

No. VI(1)/793/2024.

1. In exercise of the powers conferred by sub-section (4) of Section 32 of the Tamil Nadu Town & Country Planning Act, 1971 (Tamil Nadu Act 35 of 1972), Land use zone conversion from Agriculture use zone into Residential use zone is ordered in G.O. (2ப) No.416, Housing and Urban Development [ந.வ.4(நி.ப.மா-1)] Department, Dated.13.11.2024. 2. In exercise of powers confirmed by the G.O.Ms. No.102, Housing and Urban Development UD4 (L.Re-1) Department, Dated: 18.08.2021, the following variations are made to the Approved Master Plan of Sirkali Local Planning Area which was approved in the G.O.Ms.No.296, Housing and Urban Development [UD4.2] Department, dated: 22.09.2005 and published in Tamil Nadu Government Gazette notification No. 40 at Page No. 427 of Part II—Section 2 of the Tamil Nadu Government Gazette dated. 19.10.2005.

Variation

In the Approved Sirkali Master Plan, in the "SCHEDULES" under the heading "SIRKLAI LOCAL PLANNING AREA" under the sub heading in 52. Thadalankoil Village, the following entries should be made.

(i) Against the entry "AGRICULTURE" for the expression "53 to 65" shall be deleted and the expression 53, 54/2pt, 55 to 65 shall be substituted.

(ii) Against the entry "RESIDENTIAL" MR the expression "54/1, 2pt" shall be newly added.

Conditions:

(i) உத்தேச மனையிடத்தின் வடக்கு மற்றும் மேற்கு எல்லையினை ஒட்டி வாய்க்கால் அமைகிறது. நீர்நிலைகளை ஒட்டி மேற்கொள்ளப்படும் வளர்ச்சிகளுக்குத் தேவையான உரிய வழிமுறைகள் பின்பற்றப்பட வேண்டும்.

(ii) தமிழ்நாடு ஒருங்கிணைந்த வளர்ச்சி மற்றும் கட்டட விதிகள் 2019-க்குட்பட்டு வளர்ச்சிப் பணிகள் மேற்கொள்ளப்பட வேண்டும்.

Variation to the Approved Coimbatore Master Plan for the Local Planning Area

No. VI(1)/794/2024.

1. In exercise of power conferred by sub-section (4) of Section 32 of the Tamil Nadu Town & Country Planning Act, 1971 (Tamil Nadu Act 35 of 1972) and exercise of powers confirmed by the G.O.Ms. No. 94, Housing and Urban Development (4-1) Department, dated.12.06.2009 which has been published in Tamil Nadu Government Gazette No. 27, Part II—Section 2 dated. 15.07.2009.

2. Land use zone conversion from Agriculture use zone into Residental use zone ordered in G.O.(2D)No. 263, Housing and Urban Development [UD4(1)] Department dated 26.10.2023 subject to conditions the following variation are made to the approved Master Plan of Coimbatore Local Planning Area under the said act and published in the G.O.Ms.No. 661 Housing and Urban Development [UD4(1)] dated 12.10.1994 notification No. II(2)/HOU/4377/94 at Page No. 1078 of Part II—Section 2 of the Tamil Nadu Government Gazette dated 09.11.1994.

Variation

In the Approved Coimbatore Master Plan, under the heading permitted land use in various survey numbers of COIMBATORE Local Planning Area, under heading in Coimbatore Master Plan, Sulur Taluk, Pattanam Village Page Nos. 377 & 378 the S.F. No: 230/1A2 the following entries should be made.

Under the heading "Residential MR 16 use zone" the expression S.F.No. 230/1A2 shall be added after the entry S.F.No: 219.

Under the heading "Agricultural AG 61 use zone" the expression S.F.Nos: 220 to 231 shall be deleted and the expression S.F.Nos: 220 to 229, 230 [Except 230/1A2] 231 shall be substituted.

1. In exercise of power conferred by sub-section (4) of Section 32 of the Tamil Nadu Town & Country Planning Act, 1971 (Tamil Nadu Act 35 of 1972) and exercise of power confirmed by the G.O.Ms.No. 94, Housing and Urban Development (4-1) Department, dated.12.06.2009 which has been published in Tamil Nadu Government Gazette No. 27, Part II—Section 2 dated. 15.07.2009.

2. Land use zone conversion from AGRICULTURAL use zone into RESIDENTIAL use zone ordered in G.O.(2U)No. 100, Housing and Urban Development [UD4(L.Re-1)] Department dated 04.03.2024. The following variations are made to the Master Plan of Approved Koothanallur Local Planning Authority under the said act and published in the G.O.Ms.No. 221 Housing and Urban Development [UD4(2)] dated 13.10.2010 notification No.43 at Page No. 793 of Part II—Section 2 of the Tamil Nadu Government Gazette dated 3.11.2010.

Draft Variation

In the Approved Koothanallur Master Plan, under the heading permitted Land use in various survey numbers of Koothanallur Local Planning Area, under heading in Village Koothanallur in SF.No. 109, 110 and 111 the following entries should be made.

Under the heading Residential use zone the following S.F.No. 109Pt, 110Pt, 111Pt, (i.e S.F.No. 109/5, 109/6, 110/4, 110/5, 110/8, 110/9, 110/10, 111/2, 111/4, 111/5, and 111/6) shall be added before the S.F.No: 123Pt.

Under the heading Agriculture use zone the following S.F.Nos: 109Pt, 110Pt, 111Pt, (Except S.F.Nos. 109/5, 109/6, 110/4, 110/5, 110/8, 110/9, 110/10, 111/2, 111/4, 111/5, and 111/6), shall be substituted.

Variation to the Review Approved Karur Master Plan for the Karur Local Planning Area

1. In exercise of powers conferred by sub-section (4) of the Section 32 of Tamil Nadu Town and Country Planning Act, 1971 (Tamil Nadu Act 35 of 1972), Land use conversion from Agriculture Use Zone into Residential Use Zone is ordered vide G.O. (2Pa) No.404, Housing and Urban Development [UD4(CLU-1)] Department dated.28.10.2024. 2. In exercise of powers conferred Vide G.O.(Ms.)No.102, Housing and Urban Development [UD4 (L.Re-1)] Department, Dated: 18.08.2021, the following variations are made to the Master plan of Karur Local Planning Authority which was Review approved under the said Act in G.O.Ms.No.237, Housing and Urban Development [UD4(2)] Department, dated: 01.11.2010 and in Notification No. II(2)HOU/700/2010 at Page No. 815 of Part II—Section 2 of the Tamil Nadu Government Gazette dated. 24.11.2010.

Variation

In the said Review Approved Karur Master Plan, in the schedule, under the heading in Andankovil West Village Page No. 97, regarding S.F.No: 532/4 the following entries should be made.

1. Under the sub heading Use Zone, in the S.F.Nos. against the entry Residential - MR, the expression 532/4 shall be inserted before the expression 535 to 543.

2. Under the sub heading Use Zone, in the S.F.No. against the entry Agriculture, the expression "528 to 534" shall be deleted and the expression 528 to 531 all sub divisions of 532 except 532/4, 533, 534 shall be substituted.

Variations to the Approved Master Plan for the Gummidipoondi Local Planning Area

(Roc. No. 101/2023/GLPA)

No. VI(1)/797/2024.

In exercise of the powers conferred by sub section (4) of Section 32 of the Tamil Nadu Town and Country Planning Act 1971 (Tamil Nadu Act 35 of 1972) Government in the order G.O.(2D) Ms. No. 411, Housing and Urban Development [UD(4)1] Department, dt: 30.10.2024 has permitted to change of land use of survey numbers making the following variation to the Master Plan for the Gummidipoondi Local Planning Area, approved under the said Act and published in the Housing and Urban Development Department Notification No. II(2)/HOU/610/2000 dated. 07.06.2000, at Page No. 295 of Part II—Section 2 of the Tamil Nadu Government Gazette date 7th June 2000.

Variations

In the said Master Plan in the "LAND USE SCHEDULE" of VILLAGE NUMBER: 195 Sirupuzhalpettai under the heading:

VI. AGRICULTURAL USE ZONE: instead of expression Survey Nos. 880 to 886, 890, S.Nos. 880 881, 882 (Except S.Nos. 882/1B, 2, 3B, 4B, 5, 6, 7, 8,9B), 883 to 886, 890 (Except S.No. 890/3A, 3B2) shall be substituted.

Under the Heading III - INDUSTRIAL USE ZONE, under the Sub Heading III(b) - GENERAL INDUSTRIAL USE ZONE, Survey Numbers, 882/1B, 2, 3B, 4B, 5, 6, 7, 8,9B, 890/3A, 3B2 shall be added.

Variations to the Review Approved Kumbakonam Master Plan for the Local Planning Area

In exercise of the powers conferred by sub-section (4) of Section 32 of Tamil Nadu Town and Country Planning Act 1971 (Tamil Nadu Act 35 of 1972), the Governor of Tamil Nadu hereby makes the following variations to the Review approved Master Plan of Kumbakonam Local Planning area under the said Act and issued in G.O.No: 184 Housing and Urban Development Department dated 24.5.2005 and published in the Tamil Nadu Government Gazette No. 25, Part II—Section 2, Page No.290 date 29.06.2005.

Variations

In the said Master Plan in "LAND USE SCHEDULE" in V.No. 103 VALAYAPETTAI village under the heading.

1. Agriculture use zone and Residential use zone the following entries should be made.

2. Against the entry of Mixed Residential use zone (MR-4) S.F.No: 120/3B1, 120/3B2, 140/1A, 140/1B, 140/2A and shall be added Before 121 and 144.

3. Against the entry Agriculture (AGW-5) use zone deleted and the expression 120 Part and 140 (Except 140/1A, 140/1B, 140/2A) and expression 140 Part shall be substituted.

Extent - 2.92 Acres.
