In exercise of the powers conferred by clause (bb) of section 16 of the Tamil Nadu Transparency in Tenders Act, 1998 (Tamil Nadu Act 43 of 1998), the Governor of Tamil Nadu hereby declares that awarding the work of rewriting the Tamil Nadu Financial Code, Volume I and II to the Institute of Chartered Accountants of India - Accounting Research Foundation (ICAI-ARF).
